I had a really great experience with Midway. Everyone was super nice and accommodating. They worked with me, as I have a really tight schedule and only have certain times I’m free. I also drive a lot. This is the first time I have taken my car to a place and the quote was exactly what I paid, no surprise findings or costs. Certainly, I know every situation is different and sometimes things are found after the fact. However, these are trustworthy people. They did quality work on my car at a reasonable price. Family owned and operated is just another plus. I will definitely be recommending midway to those around me!

This was my first time I went to a body shop, and they were so LOVELY. I had a small bump in my bumper and they examined it and fixed it really quick for me! Im going to recommend this shop for the future if people need a quick fix with AMAZING service. Im already coming back for paint job for sure!

I recently moved to Jacksonville from CA and needed my rear pumper fixed. I found them via Google Maps close to where I live. Went in for a quote and it was very reasonable, then scheduled an appointment. Because I wasnt able to leave my car Ms. D worked with me. They removed the bumper while I was their, ordered and painted the new one. When it was ready I received a call, again while I waited they put the new bumper on taking about 30 to 45 minutes. My car looks like new and I appreciate them making it easy for me without having to leave my car at the shop. Mike the owner was great. I recommend Midway to anyone needing paint or body work. Awesome team!!!

I recommend Midway Paint and Body. Honestly I was looking for the cheapest to get this work done bc I was paying out of pocket. I walked into 5 body shops in total and Midway gave me the best price. I have used them years ago and was happy with that work. I ordered those spoilers online and had them paint and install those. Im satisfied with the work though not perfect, but what is. I was still a little hesitant (being a woman) and decided to stop by and speak with someone. When I arrived, the owner, Mike, greeted me. After explaining what I needed done, he advised me that he could take care of it with no problem! I felt like he was genuine, knowledgeable and extremely passionate about his business! This was my first and only body shop Ive visited and love. I got into my first accident a year ago and came here to get it fixed and I got my car back like it was brand new. I recently purchased a brand new car that got damaged brought it back to Midway, and they fixed it easy peasy, 10/10 would recommend to a friend or even a stranger!! I had to take my wifes car into the shop to be completely repainted after years of sun damage and bumps and scratches piled up and had eroded most of the clear coat. I spoke with Mike Jr who quoted me an extremely fair price especially compared to some other shops I contacted for rough quotes. When I arrived on a Wednesday I informed Mike Sr. the owner that we would be leaving town in two weeks and if it was at all possible Id like to have the car ready by then. He said no problem and had it done within a week. The paint job is flawless and my wifes car looks near brand new. Overall extremely satisfied with the work done and would highly recommend this shop.

Midway did an amazing job on my husbands 85 Land Cruiser.From start to finish, it was a smooth process. They advised us to keep the same original color and they were able to pull up the exact color match.They sanded down to the metal and sent pictures of the process. They also decided the car would need an extra clear coat, so they did that too.When we got the truck back, we were very happy.Then, somehow the hood got out of alignment and we ended up with a scratch on the edge of the hood. I thought they removed the hood and therefore it was caused by them, but they never removed the hood. Despite it not being there fault, they offered to repaint the hood for me anyways. I was blown away by their thoughtfulness and professionalism. They truly care about my car and my needs. Thank you!!

I highly recommend Midway Paint and Body. I had to have some welding done around the windshield of my F250 before the windshield could be replaced. Michael and Kiara were the people that I worked with and they were very knowledgeable and professional. We had to coordinate with Safelite to remove and install the windshield. The job was completed on time, the weld was perfect and the paint was a great match.

This is a small business that provides excellent customer service. The panels on the hood of my car needed be realigned after an accident. After visiting other shops, I decided to go with this one. The other shops wanted almost twice as much to fix my car and would take 2-3 weeks to finish. Midway fixed my car in two days and they work with you on the deductible. I am satisfied with outcome and the quality of customer service I received. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

They did a great job on my car. They perfectly matched the color of the front bumper with the car color. I had a doubt on them as they gave me the lowest quote among others. Then, I checked the reviews on Google and found very satisfactory reviews. I went with them to fix my car and the reviews were right. They are transparent in price and parts. Gio was the person who took care of my car and he is the best. He did the other little work on my car in same price. I highly recommend this body and paint shop than any other collision center even the dealers Collison center.

I recently brought my Honda Fit here after I was rear ended. Decided to do a full repaint due to the car being completely delaminated. Mike and his team did a great job! Mike and his office manager Evan were very polite. Evan got my estimate quickly at a great price and had my car in within a few days. I was quoted a week and a half and my car was ready in only 8 days. Mike stands behind his work and let me know if I have any issues bring it back anytime. Highly recommend!

I damaged my front right fender and had it fixed by someone else and they really messed it up but then I took my truck into Mr. Mike and he made it look brand new again. I now have the shape and shine back and he even did a little bit of work to the bumper. The customer service is outstanding and him and his team will make sure you are pleased with the end result. All of my vehicles will go to him from now on!

I went to Midway to have my car repaired from a hit and run accident. Mike quoted me an amount and that is exactly what he charged me once the job was done. I was waiting on my insurance company to pay the total amount for the repairs and he let me take my car before the full amount was settled. Everyone there is nice and helpful. I had a great experience dealing specifically with Mike and Evan. I will go back if I ever need to, hopefully I won’t need too. I recommend this shop to anyone needing quality body work done at a fair price. They also provide a 5 year warranty.

Midway paint & body shop did a really nice job. I installed after market Spy headlights and brought my car to Mike in pieces. LOL It needed the bumper repainted, rust removed from the hood and some damages hurricane Matthews on the trunk. I checked a lot of places in Jacksonville and they wanted to charge a ton of money for very little work Midway did a phenomenal job on my 2008 Pearl Lexus in three days and was very reasonable. Mike went out of his way to help me out and I truly appreciate his kindness. Now my car looks new again thanks to Mike and his staff.

This is a “small business” type place with awesome customer service! I had a horrible dent in my car door from a driver smashing into my parked car. I had multiple other quotes from other places who wanted 3x the amount midway quoted me for. I decided to go to midway because they had the best deal. They fixed my car in 3 days where as a few other shops said it would take around a week. My car is perfect now. It looks new thanks to them! I will never go anywhere else if I ever need body work and I will recommend them to everyone.

Was worried my scratch wouldnt look right because my car is metallic silver and thats a notoriously difficult color to do. They got it done in a day and it looks perfect, couldnt even tell there was ever a very deep to the metal scratch.

In todays world it is rare to receive outstanding customer service and satisfaction above what you expected. I brought my Moms car in that had been rear ended, and at the same time wanted to see if it was affordable to repair other damage on the car from previous at fault accidents, scratches etc. that she was in denial about. The car now looks brand new... My budget was extemelly limited, but it was my Moms car. I received an above and beyond quote that I was able to afford. Sooooooooooo grateful!!

Brought in our 06 Dodge Sprinter that was turning into a Rust Bucket and they made it look like a brand new truck. Fixed all rust and dents the right way, showed us how they cut out rust and reweld in new metal, not just bondo over the rust like their competition. Painted the rims, plastics, and just did an overall great job. Check this place out before you take your vehicle any where else in Jacksonville.

Horrible!!!!My son ans his girlfriend took the car there for a minor repair and it has been 3 weeks and they havent finish! Several excuses: They bought the wrong parts, now the person that answer says their employee is lazy and thats why car is not ready yet!Is this my problem if you cant deal with your employee????Are they doing this just because the car owners are teenagers or are they just plain irresponsible???
