Blake was so incredibly friendly, informative and helped us through the process from start to finish on not one, but two vehicles! We had been looking for good deals on a family vehicle as well as a commuter car for over 6 months and he was able to get us into the best possible fit for our family for both in one day. I love the people and their attitudes and energy, but when it comes to the information and services they are lacking a little. I use the service department to ensure my vehicle is in running order and to keep it under warranty. The issue is each time I receive different information regarding maintenance and upkeep from things as simple as oil change schedule, mileage checkup, and each time I visit I have to return within a week because either a maintenance required light comes on or they didnt put something back in place. I think all of this is because of the overwhelming amount of business the company receives and just simple rushing to get customers in and out.

This is the second car that we have purchased from Stevenson-Hendrick Toyota in Jacksonville, NC. I called and scheduled my service to have an oil change only, but when I got there, I was told otherwise, that I did not need an oil change, just a tire rotation completed. This was because Carolina Calle was on top of everything, she looked up my VIN and saw that my car was certified new with 10K miles left under original warranty. She saw that oil change was not due till 30K mileage, so she reassured me that my 2020 Toyota Corolla was good to go, and I would be out in about 30 minutes. After the service was completed, she ensured that I was understanding of the warranty care I had, so she called the Toyota dealer in Virginia where I purchased the vehicle just a month ago. Carolina was very assertive and eager to find the answer on my warranty before I had left. Carolina did an excellent job; she has a great attitude and extremely personable. She made me feel satisfied for sure, glad I went to this dealer, will be returning for all other service in the future. Carolina was very helpful and answered all my concerns and questions, great job.

I came in to trade my gas guzzler Ram for a RAV4 hybrid. I had the pleasure of dealing with Allen S. He was very nice and answered all my questions, if he didn’t know he found the answer. He was able to help me pick the correct RAV4 I needed to suit what I wanted to do. This is the second car I have bought in three months from this dealership and it’s been awesome!

I worked with salesman Daniel Blackburn on finding a Tundra truck. He never made me feel hurried to buy and trying different used trucks and different options and pricing I decided on new 2021 Tundra. The sales team was able to locate one but would be approximately 30 days to receive . Knowing the market we were able to negotiate a good deal and order truck. Every time I come to service my vehicle here it NEVER goes without a glitch! Literally 3 visits in a row and I had to explain my promised service plan (oil change/tire rotations). The last visit I sat in my vehicle 15 minutes without anyone approaching me to check me in. Three service members directly in front of my vehicle and no help. I finally got out of my vehicle and approached service member letting them know I had been waiting 15 minutes to check into to my appointment. After checking in I’m told 1 hour and 15 minutes to do my oil change😳. Unreal!

I have had my car for a year now. When I purchased the car (used), Ruben was the best! He was helpful, patient, and was knowledgeable enough to help me find the perfect vehicle for ME. From the day we met she demonstrated qualities worthy of recognition that is when I decided she would be my service advisor and I would accept no other. Her attention to detail and careful consideration of my schedule is worthy of superior praise. In a business a representative that takes ownership of their respective area and treats their customers with familiarity yet professional respect is truly an asset to nurture and develop. This Toyota dealership has always taken care of my needs in the most efficient way. Scheduling for service is always convenient and always available. The service department personnel are always ready to assist with any questions you may have. Two other people of note are the tire manager and the service department manager who were exceptional at taking care of me multiple times and answering my questions regarding products and features for my vehicle.

What a Great experience! I shopped all over .. From Myrtle Beach to Charlotte to Raleigh and Wilmington. I wanted a RAV4 Prime. Of course none of the dealers had one in stock. Many said they couldnt get one... Wished me good luck. But Jo made it happen. He explained the supply and demand... The entire process. Then offered to order one for me. I was comment to wait months for the arrival of this vehicle. Two weeks later Jo called and said they had one coming in that week... Did I want that one instead! I took my truck for an oil change and they recommended the tire alignment at fifteen thousand miles, so they decided to keep the truck overnight because they wanted to take their time with the alignment. The next day they called me at 8am to go pick up the truck as it was ready. I picked up the truck and paid for the alignment and as I’m driving off the lot my steering wheel wasn’t straight. It was really noticeable like they never even test drove it to make sure it was fine. I took it back and they hadn’t done the alignment correctly the mechanic stated to me. So I waited for almost 3hrs, but finally got the truck back. Everyone was polite and constantly asking if I needed anything. I wasn’t upset I just wanted it to be done correctly. Honesty goes a long ways and everyone telling me what had happened and not making excuses was satisfying to me. I will keep conducting business with the Toyota Family.

The ladies who worked customer service convinced me to reschedule an appointment that I canceled. Aaron Prescott was my salesman and hey was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL at explaining the trade in, Credit and financing process to me. And Tim worked his but off to get me financed with the best finance company . The deal on the table was so great, they wouldn’t let me leave without taking it. I came in with poor credit, no down payment and a used car that I should have been upside down in. I left with a brand new car right off the truck. I mean it hasn’t been owned and only driven 13 miles, a lifetime, unlimited mile warranty, positive equity when it should have been negative and I was financed with a primary lender! Brought my vehicle here for a recall. Service Department stated they discovered a problem that would result in a $1400 repair. Thankfully I decided to get a second opinion instead of taking their word for it. Took it to a reputable local shop who found no evidence of the problem, discovered they hadnt followed proper procedures in refilling a fluid, and even found a shop rag left in the engine compartment. Avoid at all costs.

Dishonest, misleading, and disappointing. A lot of Marines I work with have had good experiences here so I was surprised at my experience with them.They gave me an initial offer to buy my vehicle. I declined at first. Within a few days they called me and implied that the offer was still on the table. After some thought, I decided to take them up on it. As soon as I came in for the appointment (about 7 days after the first one) they informed me that they are now lowering the offer 2 thousand dollars while denying the original offer amount.I would not recommend coming here if you value your time or honesty.

The staff that handled intake were fantastic! Very professional, polite, and enthusiastic. I have not complaints there. However, on my vehicle inspection list, they indicated that my cabin air filter needed to be changed soon. Little did they know, I had just replaced it 2 days prior to my scheduled service appointment. I opened my glove compartment to see if they had removed the filter and nothing in my glove box had been moved. So it was very apparent that the filter hadnt even been looked at. I went back to make sure the rest of the maintenance had actually been performed and it appears to have been done. So just the issue with the filter. I called to speak with the service manager to notify him of the issue but was unable to connect with him and I left a message with my contact information. I still have not had a reply.

Overall a good experience except the technician left the access cover to the cabin filter on passenger floor board so i had to install myself as i noticed after i was 7-8 miles down the road. But beside that everything else was fine. Still way better than Toyota of new bern. Just wish there was a Lexus dealer closer than Raleigh.

A year after buying a 2017 Toyota Tundra, I got my first flat. Unfortunately upon seeing my full spare for the first time, I noticed that it had been overtightened and due to 8 1/4 inch depressions in the sidewall, was rendered unusable.I reached out to the Dealership, in the hopes that maybe they could cover absorb the financial impact i would soon face replacing two OE-level tires. Unfortunately, tires fall outside of the warranty.However, the General Manager reached out to me from his personal cell almost immediately and explained that while the tires werent cover by any warranty, he was happy to take responsibility for the inconvenience and offered to put money towards my account to cover service costs in the future.The gesture showed me that Stevenson Hendrick Toyota will go above and beyond to take care of its customers.

Excellent friendly staff. I had accidentally not screwed my gas cap on tight but had diagnosed it prior to visit. Dash lights check engine and Tac off were checked twice, Appreciate only charged half of standard fee. Had oil and inside filter changed. Delighted service opened on Saturday. until 4 PM.
