Northside Auto Body – I can honestly say I have never dealt with an auto body shop that spent that much time making my dream car looking that good I them brought 2001 Corvette that looked great from 10 feet away. It had some scratches and swirl marks in the clear coat all over the car. It was again a 20 years old car. They took their time not rushing as I asked of them to charge me extra if needed. It was that important to me. Was I AMAZED in how good it came out look like it was a show car. I was truly amazed at the quality of the work they did!!!! The shop is nothing fancy, no flashing neon signs or even a coffee maker. Theynp were just hard working friendly people who took pride in their work. Dealing with other body shops I know they would have been watching the clock counting the hours up to charge you overrun costs. This was not a insurance claim as all I wanted was a nicer car. Northside Auto Body was true to the estimate they wrote fulfilling a promise the made me with outstanding work. I highly recommend them to everybody as I never dreamed it would look that good. Thank you so much Bill and his team as I promise I will send referrals your as way as a big thanks. I wish I could have included a picture to show you.

Well I cant say anything their work, because I was told that they would order the part for my car and call me and I havent heard a word since. Its been long enough. So I will go elsewhere. As far as customer service. Terrible.

Northside Collision is an approved vendor with State Farm. I’ve used them twice and both times I was extremely impressed with their service. They were efficient, professional and the customer service was outstanding. I’ll never go anywhere else.

Their quality can be very good but it seems you have to stay on them. The owner is very rude and you almost have to argue with him. I have had to raise my voice to be heard a few times. I want to do business with small locals but he makes it hard. His staff is nice. They did not listen to me on my last repair and it basically ended up costing me.UPDATE: I have lowered this to a 1 star. After finally being done I went back bc the clear isnt smooth in a small spot. I asked if he could buff the area to make the quality better. He told me it was a blend issue and he wont work on my truck anymore for free. Well, if you had done it all smooth to begin with I wouldnt be an issues. After multiple times going back and forth. Ill never go there again and recommend people to stay away.

Went in a few months ago to see about a paint job on my vehicle. Told me no that they do not do that anymore due to whatever reason. Just found out today my neighbor got a paint job from them 3 weeks ago in his vehicle. Is it because the color of my skin they said no?

I tried going up there to get a quote at 3pm and they said computer were down. (Understandable it happens) He Took my name, email, vin picture down and said he will follow up next day. Next day no call. I tried calling 3 times no answer again till about 330. I guess he miss placed my picture of vin number. Gave it to him again and he said he would follow up. Today is 4th business no follow up or quote. If u go here good luck to you...

I contacted them to discuss a rust treatment on my 2013 Chevrolet vehicle.Diane was very helpful at the desk to get the information needed for an appointment.They made an after-hours drop-off and pick-up which is not their normal routine available for us.Bill put the vehicle on the the lift and did a comprehensive inspection and included pictures that we requested.Put a 4 page document together that I was able to submit to the dealer where the purchase was made and renegotiate the sales price so the repairs could be completed.The document did show the dealer my grievance.. they did agree to an adjustment of original price.I highly recommend looking into using this company as they did conducted this transaction very professionally and exceeded my expectations.

I traveled from Texas and had some damage to my Jeep. I went to three different body shops and they were all very ridiculous in their price and quality of their work. I went to Northside and spoke to the owner, got a very reasonable price and they repaired my jeep to make it look just like new. I read three bad reviews but in my opinion this is an outstanding company who does very quality work at a very reasonable price. Thank you form a traveler from Texas, I would recommend this shop to anyone who wants a great job!! Thanks again!!

I have taken my truck to Northside Collision & Paint Center a couple of times in the past and received good customer service and work. I recently brought my truck in to have the roof stripped and repainted. I was given as estimate and told the work could be done in a few days. I scheduled an appointment and left my truck with them for 2 weeks without the work being done. I was told by Bill that if I were to reschedule a new appointment, I would receive priority service to get the job done. I brought it back in, as scheduled, and although they rechecked the work on the bearing they somehow forgot about the work they were supposed to do on the roof. When told my truck was ready to pick up I inquired about the roof and was told that they didnt know anything about that job and would not have the time to do it as we had previously discussed. I guess they only care about landing new customers, but arent concerned once they think they have them. I will find another location to do body work on my truck from now on since I am clearly not valued as a customer.

My car had some initial damage. Once they tore it down they revealed additional damage. Everything went smooth start to finish. Everything was fixed and they showed me the replaced parts. I like dealing with small family owned operations and this was a very pleasant transaction.Highly recommend Northside collision for any collision needs

Very disappointed. Bill the owner assisted me when I came in to have a jeep tailgate painted. A small job nothing big. This was on a Thursday. He informed me that it would take a week so I decided to leave it with him. He assured me he would call me as soon as it was ready to be picked up. A week went by and I did not hear from him so I decided to call that following Thursday a week later to find out if it was ready for pickup. I spoke with Diane and she said that she would check on it and call me right back. An hour and a half went by I did not hear from her so I called and she said that she got sidetracked and would go out in the shop and check right now. She came back and said that it was not ready so I told her that I would come by and pick it up. If Bill the owner could not have had my tailgate ready he should have told me it would take longer than a week and I could’ve chosen whether to leave it or not. He also chose not to call me at the beginning of the week to let me know that it would not be ready. Both he and Diane dropped the ball on this customer and service. I would never do business with this company again and we’re talking about a small job can you imagine What could happen with a big job.

Wrong part was order. Called on Wednesday, Jul19 to make an appointment for repair I was told by Debra to come in first thing Monday morning, 24 Jul. Arrived then was told didnt have the right part. Ordered new part. Set up for 26 Jul AM. They are backed up with orders its 1230. Im still waiting. Very slow and unorganized.

Great place fast service didnt even take two weeks to get car back even gave me $50 off my deductible.. will recommend them and i will send my car back if need be

Terrible customer service! The owner is rude and I wouldn’t trust him. I tried to have an adult conversation with him and he chose to speak over me and cuss at me. A mistake was made and all he wanted to do is blame me. I wouldn’t go back there if you paid me…

They refuse to fix things that arent properly fixed the first time around! They call their customers liars when they point out new things that are wrong after getting it back from them such as gouges in side view mirrors.

The worst place to take your vehicle for collision damage unless you do not care what your paint job looks like tried to help out the local business owner instead of the big boys should have gone to the experts trash in paint when they buffed it out they burned the paint with the buffer and say they did not do that and will not fix my my paint job they are acting like i took somewhere else when insurance paid them why in the hell would i pay someone else to fix there paint job they screwed me good.

Will not repair damages caused by shop and when brought into question they will disregard your complaints saying that is the state the vehicle came in. Avoid at all costs.
