Vanessa and Patrick were a joy to work with. Easy to get ahold of and I always recieved a call back by EOD if a call were missed. I was provided accurate time frames and Patrick stayed overtime to make sure I drove off the lot happy with my repairs. Overall great experience. Highly recommend

I recently got my car back from Tom Bush Collision Center & the work they did was fantastic!!! Throughout the entire process they kept in contact with me giving me updates on the status of their work. They provided a loaner car to me for the time they had my car. They dealt with insurance company that was less than cooperative on my behalf. Patrick got the insurance company the allow the PROPER WORK & MATERIALS to be used on my car. The quality of their workmanship is FIRST RATE!!! My car looks PERFECT!!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone who needs work done to their BMW. You guys are great=KEEP UP the work you do.

I brought my car to Tom Bush to get an estimate for the repairs on my car. I was greeted by Patrick Griffin, Collision Consultant. I gave Mr Griffin the report of the insurance company. I didnt have to deal with the insurance company, everything was handled by him. Ms Shanay Dow the Administrative Assistant was very helpful. Whenever I called her or Patrick they were always courteous & helpful. When I got my 2019 Honda Accord Sport Sedan back it looked new again. I highly recommend Tom Bush collision center for your repairs.

I wish I got the same experience that everyone else did. I got into an accident in June and didn’t get my car back until October. During that time 7K miles had been put onto my car while under the ownership of Tom Bush Collision Center they used up all of my gasoline and gave me my car back with less than a 1/4 tank and my car was not even fixed properly. It made noise my headlight didn’t work. I was very displeased I really didn’t think that they would ever deliver such bad quality. My advisor did not keep in touch with me throughout the process I had to basically phone stalk him to get him to give me updates. And then for some reason he thought it was OK to provide updates to my mother but not provide updates to me when I’m the one who pays for the car pays the insurance and it’s under my name not my mothers. I expected a lot more professional experience from here I’m really surprised. My advisor was a very nice person however at the end of the day being nice doesn’t really mean much when I had to spend $1000 just to keep my car and I didn’t even have it I still had to pay the Deductible. And lastly again my car still wasn’t even fixed properly. Very dissatisfied.

Patrick Griffin was my consultant on some recent work I had done on my Jeep Wrangler. Patrick was terrific to deal with. The work was done very timely and right in line with the estimate. Beyond this, I was extremely impressed with the honesty displayed by Tom Bush Collision. I had obtained 2 other quotes from what I thought were reputable auto body repair shops. The quote I received from Patrick matched identically to the other 2 quotes in regard to parts. However, the labor hours were significantly less at Tom Bush Collision AND the work was performed in exactly the time estimated. I will definitely return to Tom Bush Collision for any future work and highly recommend them to anyone in need of auto body repairs.

We were greeted by Christine. She was amazing. Best customer service I have ever received at a dealership ever. She was honest and went out of her way to help us. Just bought a 2022 Taos for my daughter and a car backed into it today at school. She took it straight to the collision center and after Christine saw how upset she was she pulled one of her technicians Eric to look at it. He is unbelievable. He was able to repair it in 2 hours. He popped the bumper back in place and then reattached it. It looks perfect. Thank you Eric and Christine for your teamwork today and helping us. Had my car worked on after an accident. Was kind of hard to get any timeframes from them during the process. My main issue is after the work there is now an excessive amount of cabin noise and its clearly from the area of repairs, my door panel also wasnt fully reinstalled. The car looks good but sucks to drive now because of the noise. Probably wont use them for any future work.

Frustrated because we t to parts to get a key made for my 2000 BMW 740 iL. I was told that my car had exceeded the BMW 10 KEY policy. I have only made three keys since I owned it as a pre certified vehicle. I then ordered a new kit and carried my car to Tom Bush Orange Park where my car has been since December 31, 2020 to have them for the installation of two parts, the ignition cylinder and the module which is installed under the dash. When I carried the car there the Head Shop mechanic told me in the presence of Clem Myles, that he had experience in re-keying, installing parts and reprogramming the same. As of 12:00 p m today I have not heard from anyone that my car is ready for pick up. With the purchase of an expensive jet kit and the preliminary estimate of over $650, I do not know whether the servive center can fix my car or not. Why cant they tell me that parts in the kit may be defective, there is a bad fuse or they need to call for help from the professional mechanics at the Atlantic Boulevard location.I do not believe it is fair to rate Ton Bush on this site until an opportunity has been afforded to complete the above referenced work professionallyI am a loyal customer of nearly 20 years, had my car painted twice at the collision center, been invited to most of the dedication openingis for the renovation of the collision center and a new car showing for a new Mazda in 2020. I just want my car with a time certain deadline for operational remote re-keying project brought to closure

When I picked my car up yesterday it wouldnt start. The battery was dead. Danny was nice enough to jump it. After leaving I noticed a light on the dash came on. I immediately got off on Atlantic blvdDrove the car to service at TB Mazda. The light was the check Engine light. Turned out mybattery was the problem. I had to leave the car for them to replace the battery. When I brought to TB Collision ion Wednesday, 11/18 it was just serviced at TB Mazda. The battery was fine. I feel the battery problem occurred durning the time it was in TB Collision, radio on while working door left open. I am picking my car up today and would appreciate the cost of the battery be the responsibility of TB Collision. I have also let the service writer Kathleen Murphy not to wash, wax or polish the car ad you advised me. I am really sorry this has all happened and I am suffering the inconvenience and cost. I hope you understand.The team at Tom Bush Collision; Danny Shanay and Dwane did a great job. Thank you for resolving all the problems.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Had there been an option to give it a zero that would’ve been more befitting. I was rear ended in a car accident and trusted Tom Bush Collision Center based off of the great reviews and their good standing reputation. I believed that they could do the job and do it right. I was very surprised after having my vehicle a few days that the bumper (what was repaired) didn’t match the color of my car. As I looked closer at the details in the bumper it also looked ajar (images below). Never the less I trusted Tom Bush Collision Center to correct the mistakes. I called and spoke with the assistant manager Christine Rand who lead me to believe that everything would be corrected and I would just need to bring my car to the shop so they could take a closer look at my concerns. I drove to the shop and Christine wasn’t there or not available so they had me speak directly with the manager, DeWayne White. DeWayne ensured me that all Lexus vehicle bumpers are different colors from the car’s body. I asked if they can get the color of the bumper any closer to or the same color as my car. DeWayne became very dismissive and tried to validate why the paint was two different colors. As a customer I expected the job to be done correctly the first time and not feed excuses of why it wasn’t. I asked DeWayne for the color code used to paint the bumper and he wrote down on a sticky note, color code “4GU” which is the incorrect color per the label inside of my car. Since my visit to the shop on 8/21/19 I’ve received an email from DeWayne apologizing that he provided me with the incorrect color code. I’ve sent emails asking for answers and the number to corporate and to this day haven’t heard anything back. I’m very dissatisfied with the quality of work and representation that I’ve received from Tom Bush Collision Center. I was ensured when I gave my automobile that everything was going to be completed 100% I was never notified that it would be an alternate shade of color instead of the original color that’s on the car. All I want is a resolution of my car being painted the correct color and the bumper in the correct placement. I submitted a request online and was contacted by Danny Vinuela the same day (in some cases the day after bc form submitted after hours).My work schedule at the hospital clinic changed without notice 3 times, and Danny worked with me to make an appointment around my schedule.The purpose of this visit was to identify and plug an interior leak after they made a major repair on my VW. Danny was prompt and kept me in the loop. They didnt have a loaner car, so they obtained a rental. The fix was quick, and after a day of constant rain, it proved effective.Very good!
