Its definitely a family business which I loved and highly recommend (they made me feel like I was part of the family). Their car lot was filled with very nice newer cars, all with low miles. If youre looking for a car Id definitely buy here, no dealership fee and prices that cant be beat (and trust me I looked around). Honest trustworthy businesses like this are hard to find.

I purchased a car from this dealership 3 weeks ago.I drove 4 hours to this dealership and it was worth it.Sami was awesome and gave me a super great deal.When I test drove the car I had a issue with 2 wheel sensors that were bad. Sami made it right and fixed the issue! Since I been back home the car has not had any issues! I would recommend this dealership to anyone in Jacksonville and even if you have to drive a few hours its worth it!I have purchased a lot of cars over the years but this was by far the best and smoothest car buying experience I ever had!

Recently purchased a car from here. Sami was helpful and did not pressure to purchase any of his cars. Up front Sami showed the carfax to the cars I was interested in. After that and wanting to test drive, Sami gave me the keys and said I can go as long as Id like. When it came to purchasing the car Sami gave a good deal and the process to purchasing the car was easy. He offered that if any problems arise within a certain period, that I could contact him and bring the car back to be fixed for no charge. Sure enough within a few days, the car battery was low and was able to bring the car back to have a new battery changed. Nothing else had any problems and would recommend anyone to purchase from auto imports.

Great dealership. It has all you may want from a dealership: good prices and good people. I inspected the car for over an hour, without having anybody on my back. I tested the car alone, and did not give me any limit of time or miles. I said I needed time to think about it and they did not put any pressure on me. Last, they did not add any dealer fee to the price. Thank you Sami.

If I could find this business on better business.gov I would definitely file a complaint but they are not listed on there so thats a red flag.I am giving them a one star because I was taken advantage of here. I will say part of it is my fault. But first they undersold me on the vehicle that I was trading in and I know that for a fact, the guy didn’t show me the price he got a quote for. He said a price range and went with the lowest. First red flag. Second the car I bought was a BMW took it to my mechanics to inspect it over. And a bunch of leaks were found and it was even noted that the car caught on fire before. None of it showed up on car fax. They sold me a car that was worthless basically and the guy said they rebuilt the engine but it was a lie. They tried working with me getting it fixed but I refuse to use their mechanic after what was found. Still I had to pay out of pocket to get things fixed. So overall I would not go here. But others have had better experiences it seems

This is the most worst dealership do not buy any vehicles from this dealership I got a vehicle they did not let me know it was right and wouldnt even take me out there to look at it or anything wait it until the paperwork was done and then when the guy pulled the vehicle up I seen that it was wrecked Ive had nothing but problems since Ive got it I come out to get my vehicle wont start Im telling you this is the worst dealership Im warning yall do not buy a vehicle from this dealership

I bought a 2009 BMW X5 from them in mint condition. I was able to test drive alone. And they addressed all of my concerns immediately. The brake like came on 2 days after having the car and they had them fixed right away. Even gave me a nice loaner vehicle while they worked on my car. My only concerns were a jack, spare tire, and a broken reflector. They ordered all of those things for me with no hesitation. They were very great and if i ever have to buy another car, I would definitely make this place my first stop.

I drove from Statesboro, Florida to Jacksonville to look at a car at another dealership. When I got there, it was not as advertised, so I drove down Beach Boulevard and saw Auto Import Sales LLC. I found a reliable, low mileage car for my daughter at a price I could afford to pay in cash. Sami was incredibly helpful. He answered all my questions, and the buying process could not have been smoother. When my youngest daughter turns 16, I will gladly drive back to Jacksonville to buy her car from Auto Import LLC.

I saw this place while looking for a specific Car, a Buick Verano . From the start everyone that I had an interaction with was pleasant . I am a single mom and at the time my son wasn’t feeling too well . They drove the car to me me to check out and even Test drive with no limitations. They got me a great deal down payment and and the process was so easy . I had no previous Transportation so the day of signing they picked me up form my sons Doctor appointment, took us to get the insurance and back to the dealership! Even bought us Lunch . Oh and don’t get me started on the Car !!! I Love it the car is in Great condition inside and out with low mileage no issues . Out of all places and car lots I’ve been to I can Definitely say . Our sales rep Sami was great and the car had two issues after purchase (unforeseen problems) and the owner and our sales guy jumped right on the problems and they were immediately repaired. I have never dealt with a used car dealer that stood behind the vehicle they sold as much as Auto Import. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
