I went in about 5 days or so after I got into an accident which totaled out my car. Matt Meeks was the one to help me out, he let me look at the car, test drive it, and go up and get the car checked out at a dealership (you’ll have to pay for that but all i payed was about 65$). Matt filled up my gas tank before I left, and Rob was the one to do all the financial stuff, and he moves pretty quick in order to get you out and driving. They’re all very nice, and they don’t try to push you into getting a car or push you into a different car. They’re very patient with everyone that walks in the door, too. I would definitely check them out if in the need of a car or if you want a new one!

Just bought my 3rd car from Matt meek up at Capitol motors. Great guy great dealer. Got a deal on the car didn’t have to hassle or negotiate . Matt really looked out for me, I was in a bind and was a little lost he really “fathered” me to a new a car. Really laid back place not a lot of pressure. I’d like to mention the wide verity of cars. I’d also like to add the attention to detail when it comes to there servicing of cars on the lot, I bought an 05 Buick and every oil change I got people where blown away on how clean the engine bay was. Got compliments on the cleanliness of the interior all the time as well. They have a high standard for reliability! This goes for every car on the lot, if you don’t believe me go see Matt and ask to see some engine bays haha. I’ll be back in the next few months.

Purchase was quick and effortless however after purchase the car started showing signs of mechanical issues and despite a clean car fax it was to be discovered the car was in an accident at some point. The radiator and undercarriage proved this once on a lift so be weary and take the time to take it to a shop before signing anything. The quick and effortless approach works well when it works for them, two stars considering my negligence in relying on carfax/honesty.

We were looking for a car for our son and so tired of all the fees and extras that dealerships add on. Left Arlington Toyota fuming because of the $4000 added fees. Went right across the street to Capitol motors and was pleasantly surprised. I bought a 2010 Ford F-150 from them. Best deal I could find. Salesman Matt and manager Rob were very nice, helpful, and straight forward. After I left I noticed a squeak coming from one of my wheels. I notified the manager via text and he told me to bring it back to the dealership and they’d help me out. Went back and their mechanic replaced the caliper at no cost for me and fixed the issue completely. Overall couldn’t have had a better experience with these guys.

I thought it was odd that so many positive reviews were given specifically mentioning salesmans names. People dont do this naturally. I took the gamble and bought a truck. I was assured the truck was in great shape and was just being touched up. After buying it I started to notice it was very poorly painted with drips and bubbles. Looks like my 4 year old did touch up paint. Spray paont over spray on window trim and pillars. Okay no problemThe U joint was so bad the truck vibrayed terribly. I figured it was the tires. Mechanic said it was dangerous to drive and they had to know. Okno problem.What really got me was I went to put the tow hitch in to discover the entire sub frame of the truck was missing. They obvipusly just replaced the bumper after a wreck and didnt replace the entire subframe of the truck.SHADY

The online process that they have for reviewing your credit made the whole experience 100 times easier. They continually looked for the best creditor options for me until my monthly payment was reduced $50 per month without having to put an additional down payment. What a breeze it was to buy from Capitol Motors.
