Saw a jeep online and called to see if it was available, was told it would be there tomorrow. Called the next day to see if it was available and was told it still wasn’t there but it would be held on to for me and ready to test drive the next day. Called them again to find out they sold it an hour before I called.

Very honest, friendly, and true to their word! I never post reviews on dealerships because they are always tricky and have hidden fees and motives, but LDB motors is different. I just purchased this scion tc today (07/06) and it runs like a charm after an engine rebuild. I would definitely recommend this dealership because you dont just leave with a car, but also a lifetime friendship with people whom you can trust with actual knowledge of cars. Great experience. I came in looking at a particular vehicle. The entire staff was helpful. They answered all my questions, let me test drive it and even let a 3rd party mechanic look at the car. Out of all the places I have looked at cars over the years, this is the first place where the sales men were not sharks. I would definitely recommend the place.

These guys are great. I dealt mainly with Alex, but Mike and Mark work together with him seamlessly as a team. They were fair and straight forward, as well as being friendly and extremely flexible. Got my car serviced here a couple months ago by the old crew, !After driving it one time it wouldn’t work anymore. I called LDB and found out about the new owners and let them know what was going on. Owner Alex Lsaid is NOT a man of his word. He and his family do not pay their debts. I recommend NOT doing business with someone who cant be trusted. A businessman is only as good as his word. STAY AWAY.

I bought a 3 year old truck that the manufacturer warranty had expired, so I knew I was buying as is but I was assured everything worked and was mechanically sound. Everything appeared normal on the test drive but as soon as I left the lot I noticed the nav system was not working along with controls for the climate and radio system. The problem happens about half the time the truck is started the other half it works fine.For over 6 weeks I tried to work with LDB Motors only to get the run around and finally to be told that the problem wasn’t there until I drove it off the lot. That is BS and an insult to my intelligence. My advice is do not shop here because if there happens to be a problem or something they can hide from you, they will and you will not be satisfied with there response!

First I would like to say that all of the staff are extremely friendly. They had exactly what i was looking for. They have a play area for the little ones which my daughter loved! They are very welcoming at ldb motors and will try their best to see that you have all that you want or need before you leave. Excellent place with a vehicle for all walks of life.

So I got a car from these guys and they said if there are any issues with it come back within 30 days and they will take care of it. Within those 30 days I got a low pressure oil light multiple times so I brought it in to have them check it out. When one of the gentleman met with me he said youre in here for that loud throwout bearing noise right? I told him no I was there for the oil pressure light. The mechanic proceeded to plug-in the diagnostic computer and came up with some unrelated error code and then sent me on my way. Couple of weeks later after the 30 day period Oil light keeps coming on multiple times so I bring it straight to the manufacturer dealership and they told me my lower main bearing was bad due to the oil pump having been in a state of failure for quite some time and the engine needed replacing. LDB sent me to their mechanic for a second opinion, once that mechanic also gave me the same diagnosis they told me I was SOL. This dealership is dishonest, inept and at a minimum corrupt if not criminal. To be fair after arguing with them at length on the phone they offered a $200 goodwill gesture provided I sign an agreement stating I will not disparage them on social media but I will also be held responsible for friends and family members posting disparaging comments on social media and would be subject to legal penalties if such comments were to be made. I dont know how you can hold someone responsible for another persons comments but they did make the attempt. I however refused to sign and here we are. Do not under any circumstances, No matter how destitute you may think you are you do not wish to do business with this dealership.

Doesn’t get any better than this. I normally associate car dealerships with going to the dentist, but this was a totally different experience. Mike was fantastic, the deals were GREAT and the service overall was phenomenal. I will never go anywhere else to buy a car.

I was very happy with the business I did with them at first. I bought a low mileage vehicle for myself as a 2nd vehicle. Had a mix up with finance company about 1st payment due date. Long story short, car gets repod and I go to them to get it back. Next finance company approves loan and Im back out with my car again. This time the payment is $110.00 higher because the trade in I gave them they didnt add into this transaction. Was told that trade wasalready paid for. I was going to seek legal counsel. But the $4500 they gave me for that trade that wasnt factored into new loan may be peanuts compared to the lawyer fees. So they got me. Be smarter than me.Lies. There were no missed PAYMENTS. I hadnt made the 1st payment yet. I was confused about when it was actually due. And it was not because if the recent repossession. Because you had me LIE to the new finance company. It was because you took my trade, the old contract was nullified but I didnt get any compensation for the trade. Which caused the price to be higher. So please do not try to spin this.. I had a part in this and so did you. I did not pay attention to the payment date and you took advantage of me needing help at that point.

This was an easy and stress free buying experience. Since I’m a first time buyer they help guide me in the right direction. I highly recommend these guys!

Definitely would not recommend going at all.. then when I gave them a call so see what could be done... He said I signed an as is... Even I got a lemon. He doesnt car at all. He made money...

Comfortable. That isnt a word that Ive ever associated with a car buying experience, but Greg, David and Alex made it that way. They were receptive to the concerns about the vehicle we were looking at and were never pushy. It honestly felt like doing business with friends. All 3 of them treated us like family, wanting to make sure that they found us the vehicle that WE wanted, not just what was on their lot. We found and drove the right vehicle, negotiated a final sales price on Wednesday evening and went back to pick up the truck Thursday afternoon. David had the paperwork ready and it was only a 20 minute visit. We went over our new vehicle, had our new keys and were on our way. I would not hesitate to do business with this team again.

Robert alley could best explain these folks.. I too lost alot trusting these people. Incompetent and spine less trash. Its what they sell and what they are period. Ask them about thier background in sales. Ask the collision shop that bought thier old place of scamming, i meant business. You know what they say...If it sounds too good to be true....

If i was capable of giving any stars i wouldnt give not even 1 star ..i purchsed a 2011 jaguar xf from these people put a considerable amount of money down plus a trade in signed the paperwork was told they needed till the next day to get it cleaned and shined. The next day i call to see when i could pick it up i get told there was a problem and they needed to fix it i could pick it up in a few days. I called a few days later they said it wasnt ready yet that they were waiting on a part from england to come in and that they would call when it was ready this went on for about 2 months. They then tell me that the car is at the jaguar dealership in jacksonville being taken care of so i wait and wait they tell me its still at the dealership. My husband went to the jaguar dealership and was told that the car was inoperable. So they show my husband a few other vehicles they tell him oh the 2013 chevy traverse works great no problems. I know you are probably thinking after the jag fiasco why continue doing business simple answer i needed a vehicle so with hesitation we get the traverse. Boy this was a big mistake 2 days after having the vehicle i start getting messeges such as reduced engine power, stabilitrack off, traction control off so i take it to LDB and they tell me oh its a problem with low jack so we took it off then it happens again this time they say oh its your fuse box just jiggle it...but then the problem continues to happen consistantly while driving back and forth to work now its getting worse because now my vehicle ahuts off while driving and locks up and doesnt start they tell me oh its some small sensor that had to be cleaned and they supposedly changed it out but guess what nope still not working. Driving home one night on the 295 toward orange park where i live the truck dies and doesnt start again right in the middle of US 17 my husband and son push it to ldb dealership from US17 at 1 am and leave it there i just got my traverse back 2 weeks ago and of coarse it still dies only now it wont move at all had to get towed from the middle of the buchman bridge as recent as yesterday dec 7th. I had a full diagnostics ran on my vehicle only to find out that there were necessary fuses that were removed it will cost me the amount of the down payment i made on the truck to get it fixed which the webside says 90 days power tran warranty on all their vehicles and that is one of the issues with my vehicle amongst many other major issues so now not only am i paying $ every month on a vehicle that is a piece sh*t litterally but was also advised that until it gets repaired to park it which i and my husband work on a daily basis so that is a problem...My advice to anyone who is thinking of going here run run run as far from this place as possible or you will be taken like the rest of us!!!! Oh by the way ldb really is sad your business is a sham and using falsified names to give yourself good reviews is really really sad.
