They were great and replaced my windshield fast! Prices are extremely good and Ive already told people to bring their vehicles to Moonlight. Only issue is they didnt seal my windshield so water is getting inside my car. Specifically my foot and some of the electrical system. I called to let them know and the guy on the phone wasnt the nicest guy ever. He said they would re-seal it but I need a receipt. I didnt even pick up my car that day (I was 1 month postpartum) so I dont have a receipt. I asked about a bank statement he said he wasnt sure and hed call me back. Never heard back from him.

These place was very helpful. They fixed my daughters car in no time. They were also cost efficient. I would recommend if you are having trouble with your car windows. The regulator was fixed in no time. Highly recommend!

Called and scheduled to get my windshield replaced a week ago for my work van, took off of work nobody called nobody came I called and they said it was actually for the next day and they apologized so I stayed home from work again waited all day nobody called and nobody came...total unprofessional and lack of communication. I will happily go to safelight and even pay double to get away from this company.I never even heard back as I write this post..

Over several years, Ive used Moonlight for 3 windshields and recommended this location to others. Unfortunately, a part on my wifes windshield molding recently came off and I just knew that since several months had passed that they would not warranty the part/labor. I was extremely pleased that when I returned today they replaced and repaired the molding in about 15 minutes at no charge to me! Great service, and great people. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this company! I shopped around before selecting this company but I decided to keep it local, and thank god I did because they did not disappoint. I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism, expertise, budget conscious estimate, and quick turn-a-round time. They are competent and very competitive in their pricing. They wanted to charge me $35 to put some glue onto the holding clip 1inch by 1inch that holds the interior rear view mirror! Got it done for free at a respectable business and treated the Tech to lunch. Beware moonlight glass and company will also rob you during the sunlight!! Rip Off

I had my car window broken into and came to this location because they had a great price. They didn’t clean up the broken glass and left pieces of broken glass inside the door. I regret not going to a better place. I only saved a few bucks but how am I going to get the pieces of glass out of the door? They should have let me know but hopefully whoever reads this review has the proper expectation.

Amazing work, professional, reasonable price they do accept cash (no tax)but if you use credit debit card you will pay tax. They replaced the windshield on my Mazda 626 several years ago over on Evergreen St outstanding job.

Very poor customer service! I would not recommend this place to anyone! I called and gave them the part number and received a quote to get my back glass replaced and they quoted me a price of $225 (used) which was a great deal. I told them to go ahead and order the glass and they said it would be within a week. OK no problem. I call them a week from that day in the morning to make sure it was in and they told me by noon. OK no problem. Called back and they said it still hasnt made it in and that it would be Tuesday. OK no problem. Tuesday comes around and they tell me around noon. OK no problem. I call back around noon and finally they have it in. So I go ahead and head that way only to get there and they pulled the wrong part! They pulled a windshield. OK! NO PROBLEM! I waited over an hour and a half for them to call around for another part just for them to tell me its going to be 25 more dollars. OK! No problem mistakes happen. I give them 100 dollar deposit and they said it will be a couple days from now. One of the guys I was dealing with apologized and said that he even wrote down the part number. OK no problem! That day arrives and I call to confirm only to find out that yet again they pulled the whole top part of the roof of my car and told me that now its going to be $300. Do what! At this point I was in shock of what i had just heard as I repeated it back to make sure I wasnt missing anything. He said yes 300 dollars because he had to pay for the guy who pulled the wrong part. I said why do I have to pay more for a mistake your guy made! He said that he has to pay the person who pulled it and for the part. I said this doesnt make any sense at all and that this was poor customer service! I asked if there was anything he could do on the price. He told me he could do $275 which was still more than the first two quotes he gave me! I said this is poor customer service and I will be by to pick up my deposit . I picked up the deposit and they did apologize, but this was about a two to three week span I had to go without a back glass and hassel. This is why I rated Moonlight glass poorly and took my business elsewhere! I truly hope that this was a one off issue and that you guys dont conduct business like this regularly. I hope this was a learning experience for you guys as it was for me.SincerelyA disappointed customer!!!
