Had my gears done and was doing the oil change, when I showed up to get my Jeep I noticed it wasnt out front, no problem . I walk inside and the guys had left it in the bay because of the storms heading in!! They even adjusted my open doors so it doesnt stick anymore! This is the best customer service ever!! Needed new door skins for my 05 wrangler and was concerned about shipping times for online purchases so a friend recommended 4WP, wasn’t sure what to expect because they are located in an industrial park type setting. As soon as we pulled in I knew I was in the right place. Great prices (comparable to online price) and got my door skins immediately from the HUGE warehouse they have. So far so good. Install of 6 in lift and new tires and rims. Just got it back today. They must do decent work. Took three weeks for an appointment to install.

Extremely professional staff that knows exactly what theyre doing. I brought my Toyota 4Runner there that another shop was telling me the alignment was okay and it wasnt. They had me fixed up and straightened out in no time. I wouldnt bring my 4Runner to anyone else.

Wish I could leave a higher rating but throughly disappointing service. Good luck getting someone on the phone, unfortunately if someone is in front of them they leave phone customers on the back burner. Repeatedly, this isn’t a first time thing. If you plan on buying a part in cash you better think twice about returning it. I returned a part to Ryan and reluctantly agreed to a check for the refund amount after being told it would take no longer than a week. It was over a month until I received my $47 refund.

Mark and Paul were phenomenal! When looking for parts for my 2006 Jeep Wrangler, I spent two afternoons in the shop debating over bumpers, tires, and wheels. I was literally worse than a woman trying to figure out which purse to buy. They were extremely patient and very helpful. Their customer service and positive attitude could not have been any better!

I order caps for my wheels they sell, since they didnt have any in stock they order from another 4 wheel parts location for me which was cool. But then charged me the shipping cost to get it to come to their store NEVER have I had a company make me pay for their shipping to GET A PART THEY SELL ALREADY, this is ridiculous last time I deal with this company

He saved me money and let me know what i did and did not need instead of trying to rip me off just becouse im a women and really dident know what i needed. He was kind, knowledgeable about what he was selling and i will deffinatly be telling everyone i know about this experience and also recommending 4 Wheel Parts on Alverez! I went in on 9/28/15 and ordered a set of rims and tires and was told the tires would be there the next day but the rims were in Ohio and they would be there in 3 days. I told them ok and that I couldnt come back till the next Monday 10/5/15 to get them put on and I start to head up there and I get a call at 8:12 saying my rims didnt come in and could he call me back in 30 minutes to find out where they are now its 10:57 and I still have not heard from him! Monday is the only day I had to get them put on. I am beyond aggravated they even had extra days to get my stuff there and yet they waited till the day they are supposed to be putting them on to realize that my stuff didnt come in. Thats crap if you ask me someone should have realized by Friday there was a problem not wait till the last minute. And this is not the first time Ive had problems with them this is just the time Ive had enough so now if they cant figure it out before they close I cant get my stuff till 10/12/15!! As thats the only day I have available. Sincerely one pissed off customer!!!

Sorry place to order from ordered double rollbar in chrome right at 1200.00 said free shipping 1 to 2 weeks out they call Monday on the 13th said be there this week then wanted 250.00 more for shipping I said Ill m on vacation week of 19th I will pick up there for trailer hooked up been on road for 4 hrs called to tell them I will pick up on Monday they say its on backorder Im pissed now I hauled my trailer to Florida from NC for nothing then call factory to cancel order they told me they were not to charge me freight I told them to cancel order what a RIP off I will never order from this place again

Drove my truck(2007 F-150) in to the Alvarez location in jax for a 3 inch lift kit. Got my vehicle back and didnt make it home. My transmission pump lines were damaged causing my transmission to overheat and burn. Cost to replace Trans: $2,883.00 American Dollars :(
