My Husband got a used battery for $80 it was a bad battery they didnt want to give us the money back and customer service suck the man answered the phone like why you calling me and they tried to steal our other battery that we took in. DO NOT BUY HERE!!! We ended up buying a NEW battery somewhere else for extra $20. Worst 2 hours spent.

I went to this establishment with just a battery issue. i was thankful that they waited for me as it was really close to closing. Once i got there the young man assisting me switched out my battery, connected the terminals wrong, and completely screwed up my car. His knowledge under the hood were limited as he was asking my boyfriend which way the battery was supposed to go as well as about the battery terminals. After he fried my computer he gave us back the old battery and sent us on our way. after this the car would start but nothing works in it any longer (the windows, radio, AC, steering wheel, gear shift, or gas pedal). So after taking my car to the dealership they tell me that my computer was fried when the man put the terminals on wrong. I called the company to see if they would rectify the situation and of course NO!! stating that they are not at fault for any of the damage. I will not be going back and recommend that you keep your money in your pockets

Out of 2 batteries both were dead the salesman put a charge on one and told my wife to drive the truck for about an hour and it should be fine well after 3 hours driving she went into the store when she came back out and had to get a jump to start the truck after spending 125.00 for a battery u would think they would come precharged I know they do from AutoZone and interstate battery

The problem with everyones complaint about the warranty is that they do NOT understand the terms. ANYWHERE you go will NOT give you a new battery under warranty if your current one tests good. Just because your car does not start does not mean its only the battery. It could be a multitude of things wrong with your car. Learn about the warranty terms before you make a trip to Sunn Battery

My father purchase a baterry for his Porshe and he was not told before paying that they do not install in his vehicle. My Dad requested a refund and Mrs. Phyllis was very rude and did not return his money. He is know stuck with a battery he has no use for. Please do not buy a battery from this company... Very poor customer service.

I ordered a battery via their ebay store. The item never arrived. Their tracking of my product stated it was at my post office. When I got to the post office, the item was never shipped. Now I have to fight to get my money back. This is bad service. I will never buy anything from this company.

Sun Battery was able to locate a hard to find replacement battery and have it delivered within 1 day. They have a large selection and great product knowledge.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SUNN BATTERY.Customer service skills are NON-EXISTENT.  Very unprofessional communication. They will do everything they can to avoid giving you a refund.  I suspect they are avoiding the postman to avoid taking delivery of my return.They packaged my battery and mailed it with no protective packing for the posts, and when they broke, SUNN BATTERY would not take any responsibility.  Luckily, I had someone force them to comply (AMAZON) or I would still be trying to get them to cooperate.  They told me to return part of the battery (it was sealed and glued - no removable parts - and when I asked them, sent pictures, explained, they kept insisting that I do that or no refund would be given. A RUN AROUND was what I got. The process of back and forth lasted over a month.

This is by far the worst place to buy from bought one of their batterys through ebay went bad i called them for a warranty exchange they tell me to pop the top seal on the battery and send it in and they will exchange for new one then tell me no we cant until proff of purchase send them picture of invoice and still no exchange DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!

I asked for an arm but they said they only sell auto body parts. So I asked where there automatic body part dispenser was but then they asked if it was a practical joke. I said I want to get 4 arms like certain tv characters and I thought I could get it here. Service was okay.

They tried to hit me with a $15 battery replacement fee even though my item was under warranty. They also were very rude when i called. Dont buy anything from them.
