I had an issue with a battery they charge the battery recheck the battery and replace the battery no questions asked the gentleman that helped me was extremely knowledgeable my car is foreign explain the details just a great experience I felt like I was at a repair shop instead of buying parts... NAPA is awesome, the one on University Boulevard is where I received excellent service.

They have a great October sale going on went in to purchase Napa oil $2.39 qt. Will have 25 percent off oct 9,2021 storewide. Always like to keep oil available have a older car. Walmart brand has went up to almost $5 a quart.

Was looking for part, went to Advance 3-times O’Reillys 3-times, wrong part wrong part... “Called Napa”... we have it in stoke.... lol I’m on my way! Gave the part# over the phone, that’s it satisfied customer.

Saw “free same day delivery” and ordered some parts this morning. Store is already closed, didn’t get a call or an email. Still processing. ThanksUpdate: parts were at my door 5 days later. Already bought them elsewhere but I guess I’ll have some spares.

They aka assistant manager is in no hurry to help you.

Was having trouble removing one of my wiper blades and the manager helped me get it off free of charge.

Great place, nice employees but they arent friendly at first. Very knowledgeable and prices are better on somethings vs Advance Discount by 10$ on what I purchased. Napa is easily where I will go from now on, just wished the employees were a little more friendly. It truly upsets me a little to know there are people that would love to have their job, and homeless as they sit and complain about hours and days off.Customers I get it in some cases can be difficult, but all you do is find parts for cars.Really!!!!

My car broke down pretty close to here due to a bad battery terminal but managed to get it into the lot. They didnt have the piece i needed as i have a foreign car so I had to get a friend to take me somewhere else to get it and bring it back to my car. They wrote down the exact piece i needed and let me use their tools to fix my car. So helpful despite me not actually buying anything from them.
