I have been searching for a good, honest, reliable mechanic for a while now. This place came highly recommended to me and Im so glad I listened. For starters my work schedule didnt allow for me to make it there during business hrs. But I was able to drop off my car and leave the keys in the drop box. Picking it up was a breeze too. The service was awesome and professional from start to finish. They kept me informed throughout the process. There wasnt any point where I felt they were trying to scare or upsell me on anything. I got my car back quickly and it was a very fair price. My car is running better than it has in a LONG time. I cannot recommend these guys enough. I know where Ill be taking my car anytime work has to be done in the future. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!

Great honest auto mechanic

Weve always had a good experience. The repairs are fast and no added pressure to fix other things. When they find out whats wrong with your vehicle they let you decide how you want to proceed. If you ask for advice they give but let you make your final decision.

This place is know in the auto industry as a reliable place. The way I found out was from a my friend whos a Chevrolet head mechanic and he said this was the best shop in the jacksonville area. I took it there and to get my ac was 850 bucks. I wanted a second option and nimnight Chevy was 1800!!! Thats 1000 bucks less! Well they fixed it and it is 100 times better. Thank you so much! They also got it fixed in 2 hours after I dropped it off.

I have been going to D&D for 15 plus years; my husband died almost 6 years ago and he is the one who got us started with D&D. He thought so highly of them and their work that I just naturally continued using them and wouldnt want to go anywhere else. In fact, my husbands truck, which I still have, has to have an alternator or a starter and I plan to have it towed to D&D tomorrow. They are great people and do excellent work.

I went there thinking I had needed a major part to be replaced and after they put it on the diagnostic I was informed it was something else that was simple and less expensive too. I had visited many places today to clear a DTC historical code. The Jeep dealer wanted $133 and keep the vehicle for two days. The staff is very friendly, professional, and caring. They didnt even want me to pay anything for 5 minutes of work to clear a code. I even offered just $20 for his time. I will definitely use this place in the near future. Thank you.

My fiancé & I have recently discovered D&D automotive a couple months ago and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone! Anytime we have a problem with our truck we take it right up there and they do a great job. We never have any problems with them, Debbie who works in the office is super friendly and helpful! I cant believe we didnt find out about this place sooner because we will not be taking our vehicles anywhere else but there :)

Excellent service and impeccable work..

I never have been here before but stopped on my way to work when I saw that my tire pressure light was on so I could get some air put in my tire. When I walked up, no one assisted me, they seen me and walked away. So I walked inside, no one came. I walked back outside and this lady finally walked up and asked what I needed and I informed her that I just needed some air and my tire. So she proceeded to look around and told me that it would be awhile and to go to Big Chief Tire up the road. I am car savvy and never known it to take longer than 5 minutes to put air in tires. On top of that, I am looking for someone to do my brakes and was going to inquire about that as well, but now, no. You send potential business up the road to another shop. She could have simply said that she didnt feel like assisting me at the moment but I guess she did when she told me to go to another shop.

D&D has quick and friendly service. They checked my brakes recently, and I found that the previous service did a number on my studs and over tightened my lug nuts. Thanks yall!
