I was shopping for a full set of tires and called multiple stores to price-shop and decided to call this one to see if they had any better deals - a big mistake. The tires I was looking for were Hankook Kinergy PT H737s 205/60/16. I was redirected to their Tire guy who wanted to charge $137 per tire, of which was an obvious big red flag when other local tire shops have offered

My car was towed in and I was never quoted a price nor did I give them an endorsement to work on my car, just for a diagnostic. I get a call with the price of the job which seemed to be high for the simplicity of the job. That’s because he worked on other issues unrelated to why it was brought in in the first place. I was not informed of additional repairs needed before they decided to work on it. And when I asked the mechanic he stated that he was doing what the Tow driver told him, when he did not confirm that with me, the owner. This was very unsettling and instead of offering to resolve the issue now I was told that he would “see what he could do next time” as far as any discounts. It’s like this town sees military and try to take advantage. Disappointing.

I dont recommend this to no one my husband just spent over $1,000 on his car. They said his car was fixed but it wasnt it was in more worse shape ever. We called them and they said they will try to fix it i believe if you spend over that much just to get one thing fixed it shouldnt be that much, we went back 3 days later and they said something else Id wrong with it. People watch who you get to work on your car because really they act like they fix your car but in reality they mess something else up on that away you can come back they you have to spend more money to get something fix... thats how they make there money by messing something else up on your car

BEWARE: I bought 4 new tires 8 weeks ago. I asked if the align front end and was told yes. Now my front tires are ruined and I have to pay for alignment. I usually use this place for oil changes also. Would have used them for everything but now Im starting a campaign against them. Also turned my back window into a billboard about them. They should have done and stood behind their words.

I ordered tires for my Chrysler Crossfire online from goodyear website who promised me that my tires (225/40/18s front, 255/35/19 rear) would be at Tire Country by the time my 11:00 am appointment arrived in a couple days. They were not there when I arrived. The staff at the counter was perplexed. Being a little steamed, I left. They called me a couple minutes later, 10 miles down the road to Emerald Isle, and it turns out the tires were there being unloaded at Tire Country as he spoke. So... if you order on line, be sure the tires are there before you go.After the above confusion, I got a very fair price on great low profile tires that it takes to outfit my car. I could tell they were careful with the hoist to put the car on the lift properly (at another place they dented my other car lifting it improperly). They were speedy and courteous.If you want a decent price and quality service by people who seem to have a genuine concern for your wheels and tires being perfect, it is a fine choice.
