The manager Mr. Varnell and his team offered great costumer service! I had an emergency vehicle break down and my vehicle was towed here in the morning. The staff got it fixed and back on the road the same afternoon. Everyone seemed very skilled and professional. I highly recommend this place.

Shawn was wonderful I called on way in from Wyoming. Showed up Monday morning and he and his crew did a lot for me. They talked to me about everything if there was a extra charge for something I asked them to look at and it needed to be replaced they let me know before they did it. My car is almost 4 yrs old but I dont know how my spaceship spark plugs got changed lol but now I do. They joy of plastic. We were in and out in a wonderful time. As not being from Florida and knowing where anything is here I asked him how to get to the mall, he even helped there. A couple days later he called to ask how the car was doing and if I have had any problems with the work he did. Sadly I couldnt give him a report when he called, my car was at Nissan because the transmission went out. However SHAWN DIDNT TOUCH THAT PART. My car from what Shawn and his crew did is wonderful. They did my tune up, oil change, air filter, cabin filter, checked my brakes, cleaned my fuel system, and Im sure I might be missing something but they did great work and let me know when all my next services are due that is a big plus. Very thankful to this shop for all they have done. If Im back in Florida visiting family and need my car looked at I will go to see Shawn hands down. AGAIN THANKS TO THIS SHOP AND ALL THEY DID!!!!!

Amazing job on my tune up! And kept the place clean and sanitary. I watched them clean their bathroom twice in the two hours I was there and kept their word as to how much time it was going to take for my car to be serviced. Professional and respectful. I’ll be back and you should go too!

I always take my car here for oil changes, from back when I lived in Tallahassee and started going to one there. The wait is never long and you can schedule appointments. The waiting area in the lobby is clean. They usually have coupons online. I like that they do more than oil changes too so I always have them do an inspection on my car. I moved to the southside and Im sad that that location has closed.

To start off Aaron is the man who owns these shops seen me my wife and 4 kids having car trouble at the hotel in the late hours of the night he stopped and help us try and find out the problem then had us go to this shop first thing Saturday morning and let me tell you these guys from the manager to the machines help us out so much they got us going so we could make it back home with our kids and didnt even ask us to pay a dime. God bless these people and people like them its 2021 and with all the crazy stuff going on in the world there are definitely still some very good people out there. Got what I needed done every time

I always receive courteous service when I go here. In my past experiences the tech were knowledgeable and provided prompt and accurate services.

I was a full supporter of coming here before I had a problem with my car that was actually complicated. They are only good for basic up keep jobs, if that. They put a part into my car that I didn’t need and I had to pay almost $400 (which I was suppose to believe was a “deal”) for a car that still wouldn’t start. I take it to a mechanic my father knows and in an hour he knows it’s the compressor. The precision auto mechanic previously stated it could be that and that he’d check it but obviously that never happened because now I’m having to pay another $550 for the ACTUAL PROBLEM. If I could give none it’d be 0 stars.

Update 2/26:I did wind up taking my car back 11 days later because the work the was performed at another place that shall remain nameless, changed 1 spark plug and ol1 coil and I was charged $175. Took it back to Kevin and got all 6 plugs replaced and need no coils, got fuel injection cleaning and paid less then half of what I would have paid if I took it to another place that was going to charge me $600. See honest repair shops DO exist in a sea of bad shops and mechanics. Regardless of what side of town you live on, I highly recommend driving the distance to the Northside to get whatever repairs you need to get done, here. I spoke with the manager and he has made a commitment to try and change the bad notion of dishonest people and places. I even spoke to a young lady that said she had been going to them for years. I will no longer take my car to anyone else but them and I suggest you do the same, you can even tell them that I sent you there.Although I didnt get my tune up here Kevin wouldnt touch my car because there was no indication that anything was wrong with it. In a world filled with so many dishonest auto mechanics its nice to know that there is still some honest people out there. If you need your car fixed go here and ask for Kevin I dont feel you would be disappointed.

I have been coming to a Precision Tune AutoCare for almost 2 years now and every time I come here. It’s nothing but hospitality and laughs. They’re literally like my family. They always take care of me. And today I came in panicking because haven’t been here in a while and they made me feel very much comfortable to talk about my car issues. As always. And even Kevin volunteered to go the extra mile to fix something on my car that I didn’t even know was wrong with it. I love coming here and will never go anywhere else to let anyone touch my baby (my car).

Last August, 2019, was this seniors third oil change at Precision Tune since moving to Jax. I am always treated courteously and professionally by everyone at Precision Tune on Lem Turner near I-95, and I feel valued and respected. They also look for other things they can fix, and I appreciate that, like cleaning my battery terminals (and giving me a $2 discount). I was fortunate to find this place my first time out. I notice some customers had problems at precision on lem Turner The manager there is very nice. If you talk to him he will do all he can to make it right. Im am writing this review from experience. Because not every auto mechanic can be trusted, or trustworthy. I referred my 3 children in college to this shop for all their cars repaired. Thank you for all your understanding. I give them a five stars because they deserved it at this point I would give them a 10 but that was not one of my choices.

I took my car here last week for an AC check and Cadillac was very helpful and friendly! He charged my AC and made sure I rode off having cool air! The big young guy doing oil changes showed me some stuff on my truck I needed to get looked at which I did notice before. Now I know exactly what it is I was seeing.
