So Ive had some vibration action going on with my steering wheel so initially I thought a few things....my tires, possibly my wheels....possibly a tire balancing issue....alignment......maaaaybe rotors [but I bought and installed aftermarket slotted rotors a few years back myself and those were supposed to be guaranteed never to warp].....anyway, a good mechanic shop and good people are hard to find.I took my car to Pep Boys in Orange Park...had a decent experience with them getting an alignment done on my other car. They couldnt find anything wrong except they claimed that my brand new Toyo tires [bought 4 months prior on all 4 wheels] were bad and that they looked like the shape of an egg rolling down the street]. They offered me a deal on a set of 4 tires....I said, nah...Ill look more into the issue.I came to Tire Engineers, after reading the mostly good reviews, and found a good experience with what I would consider to be honest people! They did a diagnostic on my vehicle...found no issues with any of my hardware...even refuted the tire/egg theory saying that, while they did see SOME bouncing, that a lot of tires do that and that it was doubtful that would cause the excessive steering wheel vibration.After looking into it further, my aftermarket slotted rotors in my front end were cracked and slightly warped. They changed the front rotors out, balanced and rotated my tires (just in case), and I had them change out my front brake pads....they did all this in an hour while I shopped next door at Hobby Lobby! Fair price and labor was included....even gave me a military discount for being a veteran!They earned my continued business today! Great job guys! Kudos to the service manager who personally met with me and explained the possible issue and talked me through what they could and would do to resolve the issue!See you guys next time!

Manager was incredibly knowledgeable and informative, as well as extremely personable. Entire staff was friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home in the waiting room with our two small children while repairs were done. I was impressed, not only with how quickly they got us in, but also with how fast they were able to find the issue with our AC. These guys had it FIXED in less than 30 minutes. I was so impressed with our entire experience. I can not imagine what the dealership would have wound up charging me and I will be forever grateful for the time and money saved. This was the best car repair shop I have been to in a long time. The staff were all so friendly and professional, and I was in and out within an hour for a walk-in tire patch. For longer repairs, the shop is also within walking distance to other stores while you wait. I’ll definitely be back for more service!

This is a very good place to get oil changed tires balanced and rotated and radiator flushed and new antifreeze put in. They reset everything. The Jeep dealership in Yulee changed the oil but didn’t reset the system. I Will only take my Jeep to express oil change for anything . I wouldnt recommend them fleet vehicles but Im sure there fine for regular autos. The tech I dealt with was a good guy and was trying his best to do a COMPLETE PM but apparently there not set up to do anything bigger than a regular truck.

As a single mother, I have learned how to fix my car myself. However as a full-time student finishing my degree and managing a retail store my time is more precious than my money sometimes. I’m also very money conscientious… I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation/balance. They were super expedient, upon working on my car they discovered that my Lugnuts were the originals and they had rusted from the inside out. I made it very difficult to get them off. I also had a low pressure tire gauge due to a huge concrete screw in my tire. These gentlemen were so kind and thoughtful. I knew what was wrong with my car and instead of thinking or treating me as if I was crazy… they listened. The staff I encountered treated me with the upmost respect. They also only charged me for what I needed. And the kicker was, I need a new Lugnuts. The sweet man priced the Lugnuts for me. He came to me and said Mam’, I understand times are difficult right now and inflation is high. I really think that you can find the Lugnuts cheaper online. He took the two minutes to help me locate them and I ordered them… he saved me well over $150 dollars! One small active kindness gained my complete trust. I’m sure in the long run this facility will make much more than $200 off of me. I will be a returning customer forever. I also made sure to make a pleasant Facebook post about my experience so all of my 1500 friends would know exactly where to go when they needed anything to do with auto repair:)I would also like to add, that these men showed compassion and a Christian like attitude. I attended a church of 3000. This man made my day, because they didn’t know the struggle I was in that week, but they definitely softened the blow so much more than what they understood. Thank you!

Today i probably experienced the best oil change of my entire life. This was my first time doing a drive thru oil change and its the only way i ever want to do it from now on; never had to leave my car The employee who was in charge of my car was Charles and he kept business short and sweet. He checked a bunch of stuff on the car while the oil change was underway and he gave me a 10 second run down of what he thought i might need replaced. I said no thanks and that was it. No pushy upselling/upservicing which usually causes me to seek business elsewhere. I could tell he was being genuine.Also, the whole team in the garage seemed to move around with the efficiency and teamwork of a formula 1 pit stop team. They moved with a sense of purpose. I will undoubtedly return for my next auto servicing needs.

Great Service in and out Quickly.

I’m typically skeptical of chains but every experience I’ve had with this location has been great. My most recent visit was for a brake inspection because Tire Kingdom had told me they were close to bad which I didn’t believe. Lo and behold, my brakes were fine. So fine in fact, I likely have another 5-6 oil changes (40-48,000mi for my car) before I need to change them.

Took a little longer to get my oil changed on my 6.4 engine. Good service though. Would go back.

They were very quick and gave me a lot of extra services besides just a basic oil change. I didnt time whether or not it was exactly 10 minutes but they were very efficient. The prices were great for what you got and in the time you got it. Charles was nice and explained everything very well. All the guys had good attitudes and were funny. Ill definitely be going again and I told my boyfriend about it, so he will probably go by when he needs his oil changed.

Went in for an oil change while I was traveling on the road. (Did not get tired rotated) Charles was such a pleasure to talk with. Been going here for awhile with multiple vehicles up to 3 for maintenance. Service used to be good, prompt, quick. Stopped by today 1 bay closed down and waited 10 minutes for the associate John to just talk to a guy in a bmw who had no work performed on site. Just to chit chat. Losing a loyal customer.

I am frugal and usually do my own oil change but their service is fast and easy and even cheaper then the jl*be guys.

Not having to drop off vehicle or wait for an hour+ is a big deal. Fast (12 minutes and gone), friendly, and good prices. Understand my not always be that fast but wow!Now for some reality.....Dont understand reviews ive seen....one person upset because you had to sit in the car? Heck, they asked me questions about any issues as they went, sounds or odd feels. Thats called service. I could FEEL them checking things under the car for soundness. Thats quality. DID NOT push for extra work, just brought up observations. My spouse and kids will be going here too.

I went in today for an oil change on my wifes car. She told me the light came on so I reset the light and drove on over. The tech, Charles, greeted me warmly and joked about how they do indeed do oil changes so I was in the right place. Very welcoming. He then looked at the sticker, one that I forgot to look at, and said that he would love to work on my car in 4000 miles.He could have not said anything and made a buck, but instead he had the integrity to send me on my way. Fast friendly professional

Didnt take long, and the service was great.

I honestly think they can improve on the way they communicate with customers. Put some wheel on the computer so you can move where the person in the car can hear you and plexiglass on the side so people will feel safe. Also be consistent in offering tire pressure checks. It should be one of the checks that is done everytime you have a car pulling out.

Nice people, but was promised a quick turn around. That didnt happen.

I brought in my 2019 F250 for an oil change and tire rotation. It all went down hill during the tire rotation when I specifically asked for my wheels to be torqued after the rotation. As I observed the mechanic take a 1/2” drive impact and hold for a solid 2 seconds I knew instantly my wheels were over torqued. I proceeded to inform the mechanics manager that I requested my wheels be torqued to spec as one of the mechanics began installing my center caps without even using a toque wrench. The manger MR. Cruz directly lies to my face stating, “that air drive 1/2” drive impact only went to 50-60 ft. Lbs of torque” unknowingly to him I was educated on the subject and knew this was complete b.s. Meanwhile he also stated the other mechanic had already informed him he wasn’t done with the job? Back pedaling to cover up the mistake when I was watching him still install the center caps. So obviously nothing was said. After I stepped in the mechanic got out a torque wrench and proceeded to torque the wheels unfortunately for him I continued to watch him and almost every nut the torque wrench snapped immediately without travel and what that means to those of you who are uniformed is that the nut is torqued greater than the wrench setting. The wrench was set at 165 ft lbs and if you folks remember Mr. Cruz said it only went to 50-60ft lbs. so we are 100ft lbs greater then what the manager stated. So what all this means is my lug nuts were tightened to a unknown value greater then 165ftlbs. this shop is incapable of doing a simple task like rotating tires and torquing them, there is know way they will ever touch another vehicle of mine. It should be noted that the shop did not charge me for the rotation and oil change for free after this debacle, but if I had not watched or had knowledge of the situation I would have been just another naive customer giving a favorable review.

I just wanted to acknowledge Trevor, the service tech that assisted me. He has such a great attitude and was so friendly. He also advised me on items that I initially came in for but did not need at the time, and I appreciate his honesty. It was such a pleasure meeting him in the short time that we interacted. He is a great asset to the team and I look forward to my next experience with Express Oil.

I badly needed an oil change halfway through a 450-mile drive around the holidays and the folks at this Express Oil Change took care of me right away. Scott was extremely professional and quick, and recommend a tire rotation. Thats something I meant to do before the drive. Thanks guys! Ill definitely use our local Express Oil next time.

Ive always had a pleasant experience here, changing my oil is never a hassle and always a pleasant and friendly experience. Great place for sending your kids to get their first oil change, i remember not knowing a thing about getting my oil changed and i asked the stupidest questions, but they were friendly and didnt try to add on BS repairs, they did tell me some minor stuff but didnt make me feel pressured at all to go through them, 10 out 10!

Well run shop. Ive been there about 5 times and have always had good service. I had an issue with a balance and rotation today; one of the balancing weights fell off shortly after purchase. They were polite and resolved the issue with no hassel.

The guys here are very professional and took care of all of my requests quickly. The mechanic even helped face the fans into my vehicle to help cool off my infant who was in the car with me at the time of service. He was very sweet and caring. The manager there also came out and chatted with me for a bit. Will definitely be returning to this location in the future.

We always take our vehicles there for oil changes. The staff is awesome and they dont just try to upsale you products like some places I have been to. I especially like going on ladies day where I can save $5! Great job guys! Keep up the great work!

I went in to get an alignment at the max Leggett location and when they looked at my car, they let me know that I needed one but it wasnt necessary for the problem that I had with my car. First time at an Express. I usually go across town to TiresPlus. But I was in a hurry. Trevor was very polite and respectful. He informed me that my air filter, tires, and fluids were ok that they did top of the coolant as it was low. He suggested a service based on mileage and it was within my budget and they were very accommodating so far so I accepted. Good group of guys. Highly recommend.

They went above and beyond helping my family with a flat tire. We were leaving Florida after vacation and had to get a rental and coordinate everything over the phone with Charles. He was tremendously helpful and we returned to retrieve our van safe and ready to return home.
