Body shop service, Tabitha, always helpful. 5 Stars for bodyshop.The service department is a madhouse. No one answers phones, they only want to text, it is the most unorganized dealership service department. Will avoid any service there. They think if they feed you and force you to sit in the madness and eat free food, that it will keep customers happy.Not this customer. Service Department a nightmare. NO STARS FOR THEM

4 hour fix extended well into the next day. VERY pricey compared to competitors!Asked if a sales rep would look at my Certified Used Vehicle that was purchased from same dealer, and give me an offer on it. Despite the fact that the car is in great condition and under average mileage, no one could be bothered to call me, even after I followed up with them. What good is taking it back to the dealer for service when treated like that?
Zarinea is my preferred service advisor because she gives excellent customer service. She is very thorough. She also takes the time to listen to her customer and always greet her customers with a warm welcome. Its always a pleasure to work with her.
Alexis, was the contact person I was assigned to when I brought my car in for service. From the very beginning she was attentive, to my needs from offering a ride and even breakfast as I waited. She was in constant contact from estimate cost of repairs to pick up. We also own a Ford that needed minor repairs we chose Coggin Ford ( dealership we purchased from) we had an appointment 4 days later after several calls with no one returning the calls, trying to found out what was wrong with the SUV only to be told it had not even been touched. Poor customer service.. Alexis is asset to Fields Mercedes Benz..

I next to never post reviews, but we were beyond pleased with the whole service experience we had at Mercedes-Benz Jacksonville. Drew was very good at keeping us updated and most important, they actually have real mechanics, not those who change parts till the thing starts. Further more, we could not have broken down in a better place, from the people at Enterprise Rent-a-car to Johnny Boys Garage that towed the GL450 and kept the 7,500# boat at his Garage for next to nothing while the truck was being repaired, and us discovering Jacksonville Beach Area we almost look forward to our next break down ;).

Wonderful buying experience from start to finish. We met with Yasmin multiple times over the course of a few weeks - he was always very professional and friendly and we never felt like a bother as we took multiple test drives and many calls with him even when not in the store. Since we made this purchase mostly so our dogs could travel safely in their crate - we do owe him a visit to meet the dogs - he made us promise we would.

I have to say the Convenience of having the service done right in my driveway was really worth it. Not having to take time off, as I’m a remote worker, really helped. The service technician was timely, informative and very courteous. Personally I give him five stars!

This was my first time making a long distance purchase of a vehicle. My sales person, Yasmin, went out of his way to make everything work well and the deal went without a hitch. Then we moved to the business office and, well, things did not go nearly as well. The business manager seems like a nice lady but there were issues with follow through and delivery on promises. This resulted in me feeling like my distance was taken advantage of since I had no way of knowing until the car was delivered. For that reason, I’m forced to take away some stars and give Jacksonville Mercedes a “Maybe” in terms of recommending.UPDATE: Attendant to the above posting, the manager contacted me to understand the nature of the problem. I explained what happened, he agreed with my issues and took care of it. Blew my mind, no choice but to change my rating. His prompt action is why I will highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Jacksonville.

I did not receive the same quality service as others I seen there.. and I had all the things need on my behalf but still was denied proper service.. the problems wrong with my car were semi-repaired.. and now I’m forced to deal with finding proper authority to help me.. I have before and after pictures and emails and texts from my issues with this company..it was only one person that stood out to me and gave me help .. I no longer trust this dealer with my C43. Bottom Line Up Front: Go see Nate at World Imports instead--hell treat you honestly and fairly.In the grand scheme of things, the below is about getting only 11,000 miles out of a set of tires, run flat tires not actually being run flat (gave me troubles going only 5-7 miles at 40 mph or less) and the dealers poor response, including the service manager.----I started feeling a vibration in my front end early last week, so I called my service advisor, Joe. He told me to come in at 0730 and I could have his undivided attention.-I got there right at 730. Joe was busy, but I was told to wait at the counter where I could get breakfast and theyd send him once available. About 30 minutes had passed, before he stopped by, but he said he had to take care of something else first. I advised him at that time that the low tire pressure light came on just that morning, showing the front right and back left tires low (by 1 psi relative to the others). Maybe about 10 more minutes he came by after looking at my car, saying I needed new front tires. He said the tires were worn to the wear bars.-I asked for a quote. After 10 minutes, he brought me the invoice from when I changed out the front tires previously. He said the tires were about the same amount, but the alignment went up to $239 (previously $189.95).-He told me I COULD wait a little bit for changing the tires, but meanwhile, I would otherwise have to live with the vibration, but it was otherwise OK/safe. Nevertheless, I made an appointment after having been there a total of an hour (not the fast service I was expecting by arriving so early!!!)-When I got in my car, I looked at the previous invoice closer, and realized the tires had previously been replaced at 21,505 miles, and I now had just over 33,000 miles. So, what less than 12,000 miles on a new set of tires???? Ridiculous and unacceptable.-Also, I noticed the low tire pressure light was still on, with the SAME indications. Despite all the time I spent there, he had not fixed the tire pressures or reset the indicator like he said he would.-The NEXT day, the vibration got much worse, then I heard a pop, then I got the 0 psi warning light on my front right tire. The vibration continued, going 40mph or less. I called and left a voice mail. I went a little over 2 more miles down the road with still-a LOT of vibration. (run flats?) When I stopped, smoke was coming from the tire, and a strong burned rubber odor.-Joe called me back. I told him Id deal with it in the morning.-I followed up with both a voicemail and a text to him, asking him to find a DIFFERENT brand of tire with me. To this point in time (now), he has yet to respond to me at all. I followed up with a call 0830 saturday morning. Still no answer, no response. I called to ask to speak to a service manager. I left VM (yet to have a call back).-On the Continental website, a BMW owner seemed happy with them--got 30,000 miles out of them. I also called Tire Outlet, and also talked with other experts (including World Imports, my tow truck driver, etc), agreeing that less than 12K miles was ridiculous. Also, these tires are supposed to be able to go 50 miles, so long as you travel 50 mph or less.-So, without being able to get a call back from Joe or a service manager, I took my car to World Imports. (Up to this time, I took my 2018 C43 only to Mercedes).-I opened a case with Continental. They require the dealer to perform an inspection and call them back with the results.-After failed phone call attempts, I went in person to speak to a service manager--Manar. I explained to him all the above. He told me they were running a $75 special on tires, and he could give that. He also offered me a free alignment. I told him the only way I could leave satisfied was to get $1000 service credit (cost of tires/alignment). He refused. He didnt offer to inspect the tires for the Continental claim either.Not happy. Sending my business to World Imports.
I received exceptional service from the Mercedes-Benz service department and Drew on my E350. Drew is friendly, courteous and efficient. He had everything ready when I arrived including a beautiful new courtesy car. It doesn’t get much better than that! Thank you.
After not having purchased a new car for 15 years, over the July 4th weekend 2021, I went into the Mercedes Benz dealership here in Jacksonville to excitedly order my new vehicle. My sales manager was patient and we got my car ordered. And then I didn’t hear from ANYONE at Mercedes for three months. In September; I called and got a salesperson who could not locate the status of my vehicle. He promised a sales manager would return my call, but that didn’t happen. I made 4 more phone calls over a 3 week period to get the status of my car. CRICKETS! No one responded to my messages. So on Friday October 2, 2021, I went into the dealership and expressed my concerns. I let them know I was disappointed. After finally finding the status of my car, I was told that I would receive a call on October 4th to confirm that my car was in production. Again, no communication. This is literally the worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life. The return of customer calls is a prerequisite to being a premiere organization as MB proclaims to be. This shopping experience has been tainted by the lack of response. I contacted the MB national organization because there should be a website that customers can utilize to track the progress of a vehicle. I was told that this is left to the dealership. Fields Automotive has exhibited a lack of respect for customer needs. I will not be recommending Fields to any of my friends who are in the car market.

Service and follow up was very unprofessional. Poor communication through a text system not identified as the dealership. I was told also that they “sent me emails”and the only email I received was when I checked in my car. When I called to follow up with the service advisor, she said that she had tried to reach me several times unsuccessfully which was not true. She said she “did not want to argue with me”. When I explained how frustrated and disappointed I was with their service department I was told I was wrong that they did try and reach me which they did not. Additionally they needed to order parts and get prior approval which was again through an unidentified text number. I believe if you need prior approval for work or parts this would warrant a phone call. I then tried to reach the service manager about the situation. He never took the call nor called me back. Questioning whether I’ll ever return to this dealership. Further questioning whether I’ll ever buy a Mercedes again.

I called to Schedule Service A on my car and was told they could come to my house 80 miles away to perform it. That helped me so much. Parker, the technician, called to let me know his arrival time. Parker was so helpful, friendly and professional. He went out of his way to be helpful to arrange Roadside Assistance to deliver a new battery to my house. He serviced the car in a timely manner and explained what he had done. Could not have asked for a better experience. Parker is an asset to MB!
Took my Sprinter RV into dealership for annual service. They did a fantastic job of getting my RV out on time and ensuring my house battery remained charged so my food didn’t spoil in the fridge. I would highly recommend.
OMG!!! Starting with complimentary breakfast and fast check in!!! Then taking a rental car for the afternoon to St Johns Town center for shopping!! And then getting updates throughout the day and after lunch and Abit more shopping we get a txt saying that our car was ready!! We get back to the dealership and Mr Joe takes care of us while explaining everything that was done!! We leave with some homemade cookies and 2 extremely happy owners of our Mercedes!! I have always had a great experience dealing with MB Jax but I must say, Alexis is awesome!! Brought my suv in for a quick fix but the power on the whole street went out and it couldn’t be completed (obviously not their fault). When I brought it in a few days later and it was taking slightly longer than expected Alexis was able to find me a loaner and send me on my way. She was pleasant and attentive both times and I am so happy with my experience! Five star service all around!!

I purchased a vehicle from this business three weeks ago.I had to take it back the next morning for an inoperable headlight. While the vehicle was being inspected another issue was found. Mercedes kept the vehicle and rectified the issue. Great service from Tony, my salesmen and Amber, from the service desk. However when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I felt that I did not receive the attention as those before me. No one walked me outside so I basically stood there wondering who was supposed to pull the vehicle around. The conceirges were running around and playing with each other. 🙄 Otherwise great communication and car buying experience.

When I purchased my GLS 450 the sales lady Jackie was wonderful.....Today I took it for a battery and the communication started out horrible and it ended up horribly. First of all there are too many service people on the vehicle, they dont return calls at a timely manner, the communication between the Uber drive and the dealer ship sucked but when its time to pay the bill...they wont their money 🤔. Im not pleased at all with Atlantic Blvd Mercedes service department!!

I have not gotten consistent emails since 2018, because of her efficiency we changed my email address and I should receive all future communications from Mercedes. I have spoken with four different service professionals in the last two weeks, they didnt find or correct the problem. Thank you Zarinea.
I brought my 2010 E350 to the Jacksonville Benz dealer on Atlantic avenue for service today. I arrived at 1.05 pm where I eventually met Amber the service rep. Amber tells me it’s going to cost 170$ for a diagnostic of why the engine light is on in my car. She asked me a few questions and says this will help the mechanic troubleshoot the problem. Her main question was when was the last time I put gas in and did any warnings come up on the dashboard. They take the car to the back where it remains for 2 hours. Amber comes back and says they were unable to diagnose the car in an hour. They wanted to lift up the carpet in the passenger seat to look or diagnose the wires. They need an additional 2 hours at 170$ an hour to TRY and find the problem. All Mercedes Benz have computers which makes it easy to diagnose with their equipment. I paid 170$ to know NOTHING. So you want me to pay $520 to diagnose and your gonna come back with a $2000 issue! The diagnosis charge should be a set amount and not charged according to what they can’t find in an hour or two or three… that’s ridiculous! This is a total SCAM! How do I know they spent the entire hour trying to really diagnose my car? I don’t but they want me to pay almost $500 to trust them…. You got me for $170 but That will be the last time !
Horrible service. Came to get a recall and requested a courtesy car during the service. Got there and waited over an hour to be greeted by a service representative that wasnt even mine. (due mind you that I brought my kids 2 years old and 3 months old because I thought I was getting in and out) Come to find out the person who was in charge of my service went home for the day and didnt bother telling his appointments. Following after I went home tried several times to get ahold of my new service representative to find out the eta on the recall and couldnt ever get ahold of her. Very poor service seeing as I picked this place over the closer Orange Park Dealership. Highly disappointed! *update to 5 stars, the service manager made this ordeal so much better, talked to me over the past week and made me feel valued. I appreciate the attentiveness and will come back!*
Ms.Jackie has truly exceeded my expectations Not once but twice. I have purchased my 2nd Mercedes Benz from Ms.Jackie on last week. I called her a few days before finalizing the deal trusting she’ll find me a Black on black GLC-300 with low mileage and she did just that within minutes.Ms. Jackie does an amazing job at what she does which is making her customers happy. Zarinea and the team at MB Jacksonville have always provided the best service for my E300. They have consistently worked with my hectic schedule and have been there for both early drop offs and late pickups. The vehicle itself has had a few issues that required more visits than I like, but the problems are resolved the first time nearly every time. Car issue fully resolved under warranty even though took a few days longer than expected. Only reason a start is taken was because the car passenger side got a pinky nail size scuff from hitting by another car’s door edge. Hope they can be more careful in the future but seems their lot is very crowded.

Dropped car off for service … their phones were hit by lightning but no one thought to use a cell Phone to update their customers I drove to dealership twice in 8 days to get an update. 12 days later I had to contact them again (their phones were working at this point) to find out my car was ready. When I picked it up, the “courtesy wash & vacuum “ was forgotten as well. Customer service was fair at best
