My mom took her car to Neal because she hit a pot hole and it was making a bad noise from the front passenger side. They looked it over and wanted to change the tires, rear brakes and do an alignment. All reasonable things. But they couldnt find anything wrong with the front end. Well 9 days later the passenger front wheel damn near falls off. Their 20yr tech obviously isnt to expireanced in Ball joints because the lower ball joint broke off. Now its going to take quite a bit more than a $14 part the fix this

Good deal on tires and alignment on my 93. Guys at the desk were very nice.Two new tires and front end realigned $310.00 out the door in about an hour. I will return.

All of these Men are such Kind hearted people. They go out of their way for their customers and they have been extraordinarily great to me. I will continue to come here for all of my car problems!

Would definitely take my car there again! I brought it in for an alignment that ended up not being the cause of my car issues. They not only didnt charge me for looking at it, but told me what was actually wrong in case I wanted to fix it. It was refreshing to get some honest business at fair prices.

Very helpful and friendly. I was able to get right in and out for what started as a tire patch and turned into a new tire. And I was able to get a decent tire for a decent price. They were also able to get me right in as soon as they opened were others in town couldnt or wouldnt to at least the afternoon and as someone who is just traveling through and needed to get home I appreciate not having to wait all day!

I went in to Neals in a bit of a panic, I had to get my daughter home to Chicago and then had to turn around and go back to Kansas City, MO, the same day. My tire would not hold air, so I knew I would be taking a huge risk driving on it (blow out at 75mph, not good). I went to Neals and they were not able to plug it and then they didnt have my size tire. They were more than willing to order me one....for the next day and that just wasnt going to work. What was awesome, was they sent me down the road to what I assume would be a competitor. I even spilled coffee all over the place, counter and floor that they cleaned up immediately, and they were still very kind and did all they could to help....thank you, Neals. I did get home okay but, thank you for your help! You have a great group!

Asked for an alignment and a tire rotation on my truck and not only did they not rotate them but they also took it for a joyride in the parking lot. After confronting the highly intelligent mechanic that was driving he informed me that he just took it to the lift and that was all. Apparently he didnt take into consideration that it is quite easy to see though glass windows as well as fairly easy to hear a straight piped diesel. Not impressed I wouldnt go back if they paid me.

Called them in the late afternoon and they got me in first thing the next morning. Price was great, work was great, they even gave me a ride to work!! Despite being busy, they were very accommodating!!

Had an appointment. Made the appointment on time. Was told that job would be done in an hour. Came back to pick up my vehicle in 1.25 hours. Vehicle untouched. They could not find my keys. Had to abandon the whole deal. If you cannot keep the promise then dont give one.P.S. The place is DIRTY.

Neal Tire did me dirty several years ago when I bought 4 tires they mounted them for my horse trailer 2 days later they was all flat I took two of men to get fixed and ask him what happened the guy that fixed them told me that they hadnt put anything on the rims so that they would sit on their good and then they tried to charge me for them doing it when I paid him for doing it to start with so I dont deal with Neal

We had a flat tire in the interstate and we put the spare on our Dodge dually. We noticed after doing the tire swap vibration in the truck. We found Neal Tire on the internet and pulled our rig into their business. Brandon was talking with Andy when I walked in, I explained what was going on an Andy immediately took the flat and asked me to pull around to bay 3. We were pulling a 48 gooseneck horse trailer at the time. Andy check the lug nuts on the tire I replaced and then pulled the tire off and inspected everything. Then he started asking questions and then started a visual inspection of the remaining tires. He found the left front tire had a separated or busted cord. We are so thankful that he took the time to listen and take the proper action. We were back on the road headed to Kansas. Pricing was very fair on the 2 tires a d related labor. We commend you guys for honesty and integrity.

So I needed an alignment, after waiting a couple hours and being assured it would only be a few minutes longer I was finally asked if Id like to reschedule. Of course I did not want too so I left and made arrangements elsewhere. With all that I cant say anything about billing or quality of work unfortunately. Have a good day

My daughter missed her appointment and they got her in later in the day balanced 4 tires and rotated for $20 . I can’t believe anyone puts a car on their lift for $20. Highly recommend

Do not go here. Ive taken my vehicle here four times and they have yet to even work on it ha! How does this place even make money when they never work on anything? Oh thats right when they finally decide to do something they overcharge about 4 times the normal price. They dont even deserve a 1/5. Drop your truck off at 9.. itll be about 2 hours go back in at 2 theyre gonna work on it next.. really? Then why bring it at 9?
