S&S Custom Exhaust did an amazing job on my LS Swapped FR-S. They did a custom mandrel bent header back exhaust to a magnaflow muffler out to two tips.It was a great value and really quality work. No need to look anywhere else. These guys are awesome!

I had a down pipe installed at a euro specialty shop in a different part of town that installed it improperly, I then took it to another exhaust shop to put some resonators on which ended up with more leaks. Finally after hating the way it sounded( from all the leaks I would later find out) I took it to S&S to have another resonator welded on and ended up with another leak, brought it back and they told me everything wrong with all the other work and ended up fixing everything for me and now my car runs and sound beautifully. These guys are really the best shop in town for anything exhaust related, very knowledgeable. I send anyone I know here.

So I had two shops that I have used recommend s&s. I came in today to get my Camaro worked on, the staff walked with me looked around the car and corrected errors another shop did and made the modifications I wanted. Amazing Job from the crew. Prices were great and everyone was very friendly. I highly recommend these guys for anything you need. Also all the welds look amazing, just like coins laying on the side.

Went in to get mid muffler delete and replaced with straight pipes. Charged me $100. Fast & professional. Got there a little after 8am and was done before 9am. The Cat sounds great

Service is great. I come here for my personal vehicles as well as anything I need at the shop exhaust related. Repairs are done quick. Customer service is excellent. The shop is always improving. I noticed a lot of the negative points (there arent that many, really) always hark on the parking... definitely a good problem to have, as it means they have a lot of customers! Besides, they invested in a brand new parking lot with fresh lines and pavement - they definitely do what they can to improve.

I used to love this place. Patrick is very attentive and eager to help. He always remembers me even though our cars dont need repairs that often these days and he always makes you feel like a valued customer. Theyve always done honest work at a fairprice. Steve, however, really lacks professionalism and left me, a long time, referring customer, scrambling for last minute solutions and was rude about it the whole time. I trust their work and their opinion but when I really needed them recently, they left me hanging so I had to find a new mechanic. I may be back someday, but my loyalty is shaken and Im not convinced anyone cares. Regardless, definitely never dealing with Steve ever again.

I called and left a message to be called back. I had to ask the gentleman that answered the phone and said he would relay my messages if he wanted my phone. Its been 3 days and I have yet to receive a call. The repair shops Ive worked at always get good service. I guess if your a regular customer and are not spending a grand you dont get any service.

Called talked to Tyrese told me bring it in.Thought I had exhaust issue they told me it was something else entirely.Went in with also the ignition coil acting funny and the new ones I put in didnt work so I left it with them for three days. Now Im back to riding.Would been five stars just one of my screws from my ECU missing.

This is a great place to take your car. People are reliable and seem to do good work. It is a one stop shop that’s taken care of both of our cars since we moved here. Just had the engine replaced in one of them. My only complaint is that they are very busy all the time, but that just goes to show you how great they are.

Took my truck in to get a catalytic converter replaced. The job was finished in a couple of hours and the service was great. The price was fair and I didnt get the feeling they were trying to upsale me. Ill be going back again to get brake work done.

They have been servicing my 2003 Tahoe when needed, always only fixed what was needed and gave me a few things to plan for future. Recently bought a 2011 Tahoe, took in for AC issues. They fixed and told me my left motor mount was cracked and eventually need repaired. I opted to repair. Told me yesterday it would be Monday. Called today that they went ahead and finished. Saturday they are only open for exhaust servicesAbove and BEYOND!!

Awesome Work at a Fair Price and Quick! Called them in the AM to get an estimate on a weld job; was given a great price and that they could get me in and out in no time! As promised, I dropped off my Ram 1500 about 20 minutes later, though there was 2 customers ahead of me, Steven gave a rough time frame to be completed in about an hour or so. This place is great theres nothing they cant do And they do not try to break the bank...If youve got any kind of exhaust issue they can fix it If you dont want to be able to hear it. Made an appointment waited 3 hours before my truck even got on the lift. took two hours to run the exhaust. confirmed price on the phone when i get to the register with cash the price goes up 100 dollars an the guy i confirmed the price on the phone with left early and was not picking up the phone. Took my F-150 in to replace a horrible job done by the previous owner. Got frustrated because they were so busy I had to wait quite a long time, but Im so glad I waited. They did an AWESOME job on my truck. Back to true duals, all stainless and a nice rumble... all done in under 3 hours and WELL within my budget (go ahead, try and get the same quality for under $500 somewhere else, I bet you cant). Solid job guys, Id recommend you to anyone.

S&S Exhaust is a very well known amount the muscle car crowd here in Jacksonville. I took my 2015 Challenger in to have headers and better flowing mufflers installed and Pete did a great job. Just watching the guys work on the cars, they took their time custom bending tubing, had attention to detail, stepping back to make sure exhaust tips were lined up and even, and no cars left the shop till they were started up and checked for exhaust leaks. Be sure to get to the shop before they open to be first in line (first come/first served), and they DO get busy. They work fast, and the quick turn a round keeps their prices very reasonable. They do installs on so many different vehicles they can make solid technical recommendations depending on a customers wants (increased power, different exhaust notes, etc.) I came away highly satisfied with the way my car sounded and performed and highly recommend them!

Look, if youre going to the part of town where one can easily hop from one dealership to the next, theres a chance that things on your vehicle arent going to work. We had a problem with our keys, but once we called, he put us in touch with their key supplier, JC Keys, who was helpful, came to our house and programmed two new keys super quickly. There was a problem with one of those keys within a few weeks, but he came by within a week and replaced the one having problems no questions asked. I get it that aftermarket parts sometimes dont work perfectly so his warranty on his work was great.Back to M&J, we later discovered after a couple days that there was a problem with the exhaust and they referred us to S&S Custom Exhaust and agreed to split the cost of the repair as he didnt catch it before they sold us the car. It was a bit of a hassle to have to make an appt out there as well, take the car in, get a ride home, get a ride back the next day to pick it up, etc. (Especially since I had called, asked if they do walk-ins, they said yes, I came by and waited 3 hours one day and had to leave before they could get me in because I had a softball game across town. But I guess I should have known better than to walkin in the afternoon on a friday). However, the van is fully working now and works great.

Thank you Happy Trails Jeep 4x4 for recommending S&S Custom Exhaust and Automotive Repair. Great company to work with. I was quoted over the phone $230. After looking at it, they determined I was better off leaving the stainless steel pipes in place and only replacing the muffler. Ended up spending $112. They also got me in and out very quickly. Great team!

Brought my 2018 Ford Focus ST to have my incorrectly manufactured, but already installed, aftermarket axleback muffler hung up properly and delete my resonator. They tend to get busy after about their first hour or two, so I highly recommend especially if youre on a timetable, plan to get there before they open on a day you have free. The tech working on my car, I forget his name (but if youre reading this, remember I showed my inner Honda with the tags), was really cool, really quick, and went out of his way to completely redo both hangers on that muffler when it only NEEDED one. It took about an hour to get done and I was out the door with a 90 dollar bill, and now my car sounds like it belongs in the left lane. Excellent workmanship and professionalism, Ive never had a problem with any other exhaust shop Ive gone to before, but these guys blew everyone else outta the water.

Yes they definitely have parking issues, but some of that is because theyre awesome. first come first serve, so get there at 8. but they got my car in the shop in 5 minuets and had the repair done in 45 minutes. fair price as well. Highly recommended!

Honest / great people there. Shop busy, I was asked by 3 different workers if I was being helped. Even the owner did everything as possible to help to remove a bolt that held my motorcycle muffler. After trying to weld a nut to remove a broken bolt, still I appreciated that they tried everything to fix my muffler clamp on my bike. IAN was great and surprised the owner understood what I tried to get my muffler back on and sell my bike to move out of state.

These guys were awesome and so professional. I had to get a part placed on my vehicle. We purchase the part and they put it on for fifty bucks. Everywhere else was quoting me over $300. This is an excellent savings and they welded the part on for me so I dont have to deal with that again. Being a female, its hard to find good service in the area but these people really delivered. And they did it with an exceptional rate.

Best place for an exhaust system.. I don’t know a lot about cars but they were nice and knew exactly what I wanted/needed. I have a 2014 Honda Civic and I didn’t want the rice sounding noice so I told them that and they made it sound DOPE. Definitely will be back. If you’re sketched out don’t be. I’m a normal guy that doesn’t know much and these guys did amazing. GO if you want your car to sound dope

Freaking awesome! The 4runner sounds mean but not obnoxious. Definitely recommended!

I will NEEEVER go there again. My truck was in FINE condition. I went there ONLY for a new Radiator, after leaving there my truck was SHAKING SOOOOOO BAD until I could not leave there shop. I went back in to inform them about what was happening to my truck, they immediately told me that I brought my vehicle to them like that, I quickly told them that my truck NEVER did that ever. Then a young girl interrupted us and said! Maam your truck needs a tune-up, I inform her that a tune-up doesnt cause a vehicle to shake that bad and why wasnt it acting like that before yall replaced my Radiator. They went from Tune-Up to Transmissions. They talked me into keeping it overnight, the next day I came to pick it up they couldnt explain why my truck was SHAKING like that. They asked me could they keep it overnight again I told them, NO!!! I will NEEEVER recommend my Family, Friends nor my Enemies to that place.

Ive had two welding related jobs done here, both were done very quickly and professionally, and both for less money than expected. Im very happy with this shop and will continue to use them for exhaust and metal work.

These guys are great! And super busy, which in this industry I think is a good sign. I called them almost in tears after receiving an insane quote from a local dealership. Patrick was so nice and assured me that they would fix it for a reasonable price. And they did! For less than HALF of what the dealership wanted to charge me. I literally saved thousands of dollars. The reception and waiting area are both spotless and there is a large window looking into the shop if you want to watch your car being worked on. I also have to mention that this is one of the few car repair places that I did not feel taken advantage of because I’m a female. I have, and will continue to, refer everybody I can here.

This place was awsome, i took my car in to get a quote and ended up staying for the whole thing. they are so very friendly and let me get right up under there with the guy welding my exhaust. they have nothing to hide and dont mind you watching, taking pictures, or even videos. great service at a great price. highly recommend**came back here in September 2016, they made me a nice tricky custom dual exhaust for my miata, it took 3-4 hours on the lift, and I was the first person at the shop that morning. I didnt like the worker as much as the other shop employees I have had before, but they got the job done, it sounds nice!**came back in February of 2018 and had them weld up a hole in my downpipe and add an o2 sensor spot. $50 and 1 hour later I was out the door, happy customer!

Great guys. Been calling them for almost a week on information about changing the catalytic converter in my car. Gave straight and direct information over the phone without any demand to see the car. Ive never had the good fortune of visiting this shop, but thanks to the recommendation of a fellow MINI enthusiast, my wife took her Cooper S in to get a little more rumble. So, heres my review from the perspective of a grateful husband. The technical details are that the work was top-shelf, the price was very reasonable and the technicians were efficient in their task, so there was not a long wait. In short, what was promised was delivered. Now for what I feel REALLY is more worthy of noting. My wife is not an imposing person, at just under 5 and relatively soft-spoken, its easy for her to be overlooked and perhaps even treated differently, especially in the automotive service/performance industry. I cant begin to tell you how she raved about her experience at the shop. From the professionalism of the office staff to the obvious skill of the technicians (which she was able to observe from start to finish, thanks to the large window into the service bays), she was able to see that the work that was ordered was being done and done well, furthering that element of trust. While waiting, she paid attention to those little details too, like clean floors (she loved the finish!) and good phone manners, and they passed with flying colors. All that said, they have earned a family of customers and a big thanks from a grateful husband.

My vehicle is also my source of income; so, maintenance is important for my livelihood. Every time I have major issues with my vehicle, Ill get comparative quotes; and every time, theyve had the best price. Their work has always been excellent; and they seem to have genuine concern for their customers. Ever their vending machines have lower prices. Yes, parking is sometimes difficult; as it is with any business of superior quality.

Most repair shops are constantly busy and the staff sometimes forgets your time is important too. I really appreciated being updated on the time needed to complete my repairs and a full description on what also may be needed in the future. The meer fact they prioritized all the repairs needed and advised me of such and together we moved forward.

Came in for exhaust on my turbo integra. I was really trying to avoid a loud ricer exhaust and i let them know. The finish product was amazing! I couldn’t believe and import could sound so deep. I will definitely be back again. Be warned though, may take all day.

As a woman, its pretty intimidating to want to have work done on your car. One never knows if the person is being truthful and honest. Ian was recommended to me by the guy who changes my oil, (because he did his personal car). I figured that was a great recommendation and took it. Im SO glad I did! He took time to step through what I did and did NOT want to do, discussed price points, and was incredibly honest about what would work and what would be, frankly, a very bad idea.
