Hair was ok. Service terrible. I ordered the more expensive hair with warranty(3 bundles and frontal) i received the lower grade frontal and when i confronted the owner. He said the better grade frontals were not available at the time due to covid even though he had that option and still taking customers money for it. It took 2 months to get a refund for difference. I most recently ordered a frontal and never received anything so i asked for my money back. Its 3 months later and this man had only sent me $50 and told me i cant keep asking for a refund . really? I didnt get NOTHING. Hes told me over 10 times my money should be there and even asked for my cash app and hasnt sent anything. So here it is almost 3 months later and this man has not given me my money or a solution. He does not value customers and has to be a little delusional
Purchased Virgin Indian Hair and Closure in January still holding up. Best hair investment. Still have another 6 months to use before I change out. I havent used a lot of heat. I wore it mostly in a natural way.
What happened to their awesome service?? I remember purchasing my first bundles and they wrapped my bundles with care and tied them with ribbon. Today I went there and they had the hair I just paid nearly 300 dollars on wrapped in cheap elastic and rolled the hair in cheap paper. Then the desk clerk had an attitude when I wanted her to check on the lengths of the hair. I would say, you get what you paid for but this was not the case.
I wasn’t going to write a review but I’m over this brand and I will never buy it again. I use to faithfully buy this brand of hair for years. The quality of hair was good and even though it was expensive I was a returning customer. Last year I bought this hair and I noticed something was different. I figured maybe I received a bad batch of hair. Needless to say I switched to a different brand that was actually cheaper and turns out- has much better quality. Fast forward to a month ago… I needed to get some hair quickly and there was a store front in Jacksonville that I bought hair from.Here are my issues:1. The in-store price was different than the online price. When I questioned the woman at the counter she said “the stores can set their own prices”… it was literally $30 more.2. The hair sheds like no other. Never in my life have I had this much shedding from one brand. IT’S THE WORST. (No I didnt alter the hair with color and yes it was put in by a professional and yes my wefts were sealed)3. My mom even noticed that the quality of my hair was different without me telling her I bought the hair from beautiful hair 4u.4. My friend got married and she bought this brand . She knew that I used to wear it and she asked me if I liked the hair because she too was having a bad experience (without me telling her that I recently bought my hair from beautiful hair for 4u).For $300 on hair… I should not be rushing to take the hair out and I should not hate the hair.Never again will I buy hair from this company and I certainly will not be recommending them to anyone.Save your money and go elsewhere!!!!!
I will never buy hair from them again. I paid to have my hair overnighted to me and they have not sent it out and its been 2 weeks. This is not my first problem with them but it surely will be my last.
Not sure what all the bad reviews are for. Ive been buying hair from them for 5 years. Started at the jax location and then started going to the Orlando once I moved here. I have always received quality hair that lasts. Recently, I ordered online for the first time and was skeptical as their hair selection has changed. I paid for express shipping and hadnt received it in 5 days, called the jax office and they were very helpful in tracking my package and ensuring my hair would arrive the next day, and it did. and the hair is BEAUTIFUL!!! very happy

I ordered my hair Nov 18th and it still has not arrived. I’ve called daily and now the phone goes to voicemail. I’ve called the store in Orlando to get messages to orders, no call back. I paid thru PayPay. They still have my money and no one is talking to me. Send my order or return my money now.

The quality of hair has definitely gone down over the years . The last bundles I bought tangled and matted after one week .
I ordered hair in the store on 11/18 and was reassured 4 business days because I am going out of town. A week later and it has not been shipped and was specifically told it would be here in time. The lady I spoke to act like she didnt know what she was talking about. Im not ordering hair from here again.
