We arrived at this location by a gps mistake. Thank goodness we did. The store is well organized. Fully stocked on every aisle. The staff was the phenomenal. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I will always drive the distance to shop here.

Extremely large establishment and very overwhelming for someone that its the first time feeling every time walking into a hair supply store. But the employees whom I asked for assistance was not bothered by me asking for help (which you can get at anytime especially in places like this) but willing and ready to help. Knowledgeable to what I was looking for or made suggestions of other items. Very clean and well lit.

Girls there are great but Im noticing a cpl things that def needs to be looked at I love the little Asian ladys an DC most the other girls but need to be more accurate with the transactions along with handing out the wigs I want not a imitation..so next time I go I gotta just be more careful and not be so trusting..overall tho j luv the store the employees are very nice just sum are very young minded and should care more bout good buisness value!!!!!

I brought a wig “supposed to been Vera Losa” I get it installed the ends split but when I brought it it was perfectly fine I think the girl that told me it was Vera losa lied and I paid a lot of money for this wig. I never have these problems.

I honestly didnt even know this store was open but it is huge and has absolutely everything and anything you need. Ive never seen a beauty store this big or clean and organized. The staff is very friendly and the prices are great I didnt know there was so many different options for bi-racial hair but well never be stopping anywhere else for my daughter and myself

ITS CLEAN AND IN ORDER

I visit this place during my visit in Florida I bought a bottle of lotion that I did not open until I got back to California had to contact the manufacturer of the lotion to let them know that the lotion was not what I have purchased from them direct before that it must have been expired even though it has an expiration date of 7/22 .

I touch a wig there. But the owner told me not fill the hair. So I want be returning

They finally got the order of eyelashes Ive bn wtg for!! So happy I bought 3 of them! Walgreens is overpriced and they didnt have the ones I like! THIS is the ONLY store that carries them- not even the other Beauty Depot stores had them! I was VERY happy!!

I literally just purchased two human hair Brazilian wigs from here 3 days ago. Never worn any just took them out to customize them and put them on my head. Both are tangling up and shedding like crazy. Like why are y’all lying and falsely advertising these wigs as human when they clearly have some of of mixed fiber plastic in them? I don’t believe that they’re real human wigs. Period.

Eight months ago I went there to buy my first week I told her to tell her that it was my first time buying a week and she didn’t measure my head she didn’t allow me to try any of the weeks on because she said of Covid and she showed me a week and she said it would be a good fit for me however it was not it was too tight did not fit my head and I never was able to wear it and I paid $200 on a week I’m not even using I ended up selling it for $120

Have been there multiple times to window shop and buy my first set of make up. The staff was helpful in helping me find my shade and even recommending me great starter items. They even threw in a make up cape free of charge to encourage me to becoming a freelance make up artist. Have never had a bad experience at this location.

The Beauty Depot stores in Jacksonville are the best beauty supply stores in the area. One stop shop. You can find hair, hair products, hair tools, clothes, shoes, jewelry, and more. With the range of products they offer its truly one of the best beauty supply chains in Florida. I’ve been shopping here for years. Only con about this location is getting in the strip mall and out. The traffic is hectic since it’s off of 103rd Street.

The young lady that works there (I believe her name is Ani) was extremely helpful today. My sister is disabled, and requires assistance with her shopping. Ani showed us where we could find everything we were looking for, and made sure that we were satisfied with our purchases. Customer service is very important to me, and I appreciate the effort from their employees.

Beauty depot has everything you need, its a nice clean place. But on the other hand customer service is poor. Theres always new workers with new attitudes and they do not want to help you with finding things. One of them was hiding acting like she was looking for the product for me. Instead of asking a co worker she basically stood there talking like it didnt matter. Eventually she decided to ask the manager that took 10 minutes to do. I gave it a 3 star because of the products are good but services are terrible. Ive been shopping here for almost 2 years. Services have been bad but this time they was worst. HIRE ADULTS instead immature kids that dont want to work.

Really clean and well lit. There is a great selection and a sales associate was actually asking people if they needed help in a genuine way (unlike other places where they are basically staring at you until you leave). The price on what I bought was wayyy cheaper than other places. I was actually going to order something from their website when I noticed their contact us number had a 904 area code and decided to see if they had a location near me. I was not disappointed!

Staff is helpful though low key messy. This place is huge they dont have much product. I dont normally use pack hair but it was need for a look. The type of hair I needed WAS displayed but they didnt have enough on the shelf nor anymore in stock.

They had everything I needed and more. The cute young lady was very helpful when I checked out.😃
