You need to know what your looking for when go in this store. Dont expect great customer service. Also, there are products you can find in other stores for much cheaper. For example, tgin, and Camille rose are over priced. Target offers these products for cheaper. Save yourself a few bucks, and get better service 🤔

I go here to buy my echo styling gel I can say that its a reasonable price here. I also love there variety of jewelry and how they dont follow you around the store and allow you to shop without hassling you. I also like the fact that the owner lets you know that certain items are buy one get one free.

Its a nice place but the cashier did not put my edge control in the bag in which I realized when I got home. Came back the next day with receipt and the lady acted like I was lying and she did not give me another one!!! All I gotta say is....CHECK YOUR BAGS before leaving because if not youll be S-O-O-L!!!!

This store is pretty organized and well stocked, they sell everything from hair care, drugstore makeup, and jewelry. Anytime Ive had a question the staff was very nice and happy to help.

I can say the staff and ladies are very friendly and helpful, however be careful when purchasing anything hair related. I tried on a wig (long) and asked for that same wig and when I opened it a few days later it was similar but a real short version, they gave me the wrong length. I totally understand the no exchange or return policy but this was an employee error and the manager was rude to me and told me there was nothing he could do. So basically I was S.O.L. I never wore the wig or even tried it on.I use to go there for all my products but no longer very disappointed in the management.

Beauty Depot is my favorite beauty supply store PERIOD. It has the best selection for the best prices. The interior is beautiful and always clean and organized. Also, their customer service is on point. Love it!

This is honestly my go to shop for any ethnic hair care essentials. The shop - to my understanding- is owned by Koreans, but they are very knowledgeable about various weaves, wigs, extensions, etc. There are also numerous African-American employees who are natural, and can help you with your natrual hair care needs, as well as offer some advice or tips. I also love coming here for wigs and weaves and extensions, and the staff are very helpful. I barely knew a thing about lace front wigs and a very nice worker was able to help me style my wig, cut the lace in a way that made the hairline look realistic, AND gave me tips on how to maintain the wig and what products to use for it since it was a human hair wig. Although this place isnt in the best area (although there are WAY worse areas of Jacksonville) this place is very lovely and literally has ANYTHING you will need, hair care wise, regardless if youre ethnic or not.

This store literally has EVERYTHING. What I really dig about this particular hair store is how pleasant the employees really are. That is rare...most stores around here the employees have such a chip on their shoulders. Its pleasant to go somewhere that you dont experience that.

I called about crochet hooks and they will tell u if they have it and normally do have it and their good its clean and they have a nice store and i rlly advise u use this store for hair bc its cool

I love this store. It’s always clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful HOWEVER ... I bought Vera losa hair from there today and it was terrible ... I washed the hair and it shed terribly. Then, I bleached the knots using the SAME products I’ve always used and the hair literally shed EVERYWHERE & is close to balding in the middle. I never bought hair from here until today & I can honestly say that I’m disappointed. I seen a bad review on the website saying that the hair sheds but I still tried it anyways & I wish I hadn’t.
