My experience at this store was top notch. Was greeted immediately by Rashada as well as the other employee working at the time. Rashada was extremely knowledgeable and upbeat but did not pressure me. I didnt personally come into the store (which is makes my experience that much better).I called this morning 10 am with a very specific mattress in mind that fit my budget...I asked the woman who answered if they had it and she said no she was also really thorough when explaining the mattress delivery schedule (which was amazing because I just moved and was sleeping on the floor).She told me that they didn’t have my mattress and that it would take me a few days so then she went above and beyond and found me a $600 memory foam mattress that was on sale for $300 dollars at another store.She immediately called the store and had them hold it for me...Now three hours later, I’m in love with my mattress + you can find me in my bed the majority of my days 💋

Super helpful and friendly staff, obviously being able to test out the mattresses is a huge help. The prices were the same as online and they did have some good sales going on (the mattress we bought was not included in the sale). We weren’t even planning on buying the mattress today, but ended up purchasing the Purple 4 mattress and the lady who was helping us even hooked us up with free diamond delivery service. All in all a great experience.

She had us try several different mattress after listening and taking into consideration our needs and finances. We purchased a Beautyrest Firm Hybrid mattress we were comfortable with and happy to get it on sale, a king for the price of a queen mattress. We also added the mattress head and foot lift option which is something we really wanted and needed due to back issues. Amazing customer service! My husband and I purchased a purple mattress online and stopped by to pick up a base for it. Mark was so informative about all of the products he had and encouraged my husband and I to try the mattress we purchased online without testing it. He assured us that we made the right decision and helped us choose a fantastic adjustable bed platform. Because they were in the process of getting new products in stock we were able to get an amazing deal on an adjustable base. Normally $2100.00 for $899.00. Initially we left without a purchase and were going to think about it, but after leaving we turned right back around to go make a purchase. Because of timing and 2 exhausted kids, I came back the next day to see Mark and finalize the paperwork. His assistant manager greeted me at the door by name as soon as I walked in and knew exactly why I was there. TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! WOW! We went to get an affordable but nice mattress for a rental property and Jim was extremely nice, knowledgeable and flexible. We purchased one but went back and realized we could fit a different one. Jim was kind enough to look at their inventory while I was on the phone with him. It was quick and easy to get exactly what we needed.

Worst purchase experience ever. DO NOT BUY FROM MATTRESS FIRM. They sold one to me without one being available. So far I have waited a month for a bed that I paid $2300 for, and no sign of getting it anytime soon. Staff is unhelpful and sarcastic (BRANDON). They provide no solutions.
