I dont even know where to start with how amazing my experience was here. Shawn(Sean), Cody and Caleb were beyond outstanding!I went in looking to replace my Dads mattress. He has medical issues so trying to find a mattress that would soot his needs and in the right price point I knew was going to be difficult, if even possible. These guys stepped up and hit the ball out of the park.They each went so far above and beyond to find something that would benefit my Dad, and in so many was, even beyond sleeping. They showed so much compassion for his situations and gave us an amazing discount we ended up leaving with more than we came in for. If it hadnt been for the fact that the store said one thing while online it said another, I would have given a higher rating. It was a hastle going through the credit stuff in store because the arrow said they could only do one thing but the sheet attached to the bed and online said it could do something else. Diamond was helpful in this process but even she was confused about why it was like that. We got the mattress we wanted at a good price but Mattress Firm needs to take a close look at how they operate between online and in store. Im sure many sales reps are losing commision because people simply go online due to the broken system in the store.

I have purchased four mattresses since the beginning of 2020, three in Jacksonville one in Wilmington, I have back problems so I needed a mattress that would be comfortable enough for a good nights sleep, I express this with each purchase no luck, so at the beginning of December 2020 I decided to try again called three furniture stores in Jacksonville all very kind, one being a very long waiting list if I purchased with them the other not really certain about exactly what I might need but very kind in trying to help I told him that I was also talking to someone at Mattress Firm, the gentleman was kind enough to tell me that mattress firm was a very good place to buy a mattress that they were experts and I thought even though them being a competitor that was very kind of them to express to me that I was talking with someone that was very likely going to help me, so I had been talking to Mr. Lax at Mattress Firm, 1345 Western boulevard Jacksonville NC, so for about the third or fourth time I called Mr Lax again he assured me he had the perfect mattress with all that I told him about my Back and Bone issues already picked out for me to come in try it out, so December the 26th my daughter and I went to Mattress Firm I tried out the mattress Mr Lax had picked out I even tested out another one although he assured me again the one he had chosen would be the best for me, so sure enough I bought the King Pressuresmart Plush PillowTop it was delivered January 1st, 2021, today is January 3rd 2021 and I have had two nights of restful sleep so comfortable I cannot even begin to express no tossing no turning no pillows just the most comfortable mattress and I should know this being the fifth one, I cannot thank Mr Lax enough for putting up with my phone calls and picking out this mattress for me if ever the need for a mattress family or friend I recommend Mattress Firm Jacksonville he is truly an expert and the top everything off they offer a guarantee, I also spoke with Ms Zoa at the same store before my mattress was delivered and she was so pleasant and helpful, I can only say whether it be just needing a new mattress or you have issues with sleeping to save you a lot of time and to get the right mattress please at least give them a try a phone call you will be glad that you did, thank you Mr Lax for helping me finally be able to sleep restfully through the night .

Zoa was knowledgeable in the different types of mattresses and helped my husband and I decide what to get. We even picked out pillows and a bas that works for us. We walked in not knowing what we wanted and walked out with a great deal on our purchase.

Amazing store. If you stop by, make sure to ask for Tony. He is very knowledgeable on all mattresses, and works with you to find something that will suit you regardless of price range. I spent over two hours there and he answered all of my questions without showing missing a beat. I ended up getting a mattress from them and came back the next day to buy an even better mattress from them after learning of the differences. Anthony even drove to our home, after store closing, on one purchase as one of the bed frames were missing a piece and he brought it to us so that we did not have to wait until the next day when the store opened back up.
