They have fantastic sleep products. I have made purchases, not just for myself and household, which we all love, but Ive made purchases for friends and family too. They all love the pillows, sheets, comforters and sleep aroma diffusers. They have other products as well, one I am considering is the mattress! Soon... I have always been treated with energy and professionalism followed with great conversation. I always get major discounts and I am a regular for a reason. I want to throw a shout-out to Devante, good kid and I enjoyed his company.

Awesome service! But the products are so awesome the bed we have we never want to get up. It massages, it has different levels you can sleep or lounge in. The pillows I have not bought another pillow since I brought Unelma’s. Trust me will never go wrong.

Before covid a deal caught my eye for a great king size bed with adjustable frame. Great comfortable material and sheets. So glad I bought it having someone work from home all last year! Employees have been great to me from here and would definitely recommend to a friend.

Wow this place is absolutely fantastic! The customer service is out of this world and they treat you so kindly that it makes you feel like your the only person in the store. It was honestly really great and my nephew and sister in law were able to just chill and sit on the massage chair. While we were there we got two pillows and they were just amazing. We like firm pillows and have not been able to find one firm enough... until today they had the perfect pillow for us and we can’t wait to use it. I bought two pillows and they are some of the best pillows I’ve ever had! They feel great and let me sleep comfortably. I have been looking for a new pillow for 2 years now. I have purchased expensive and inexpensive pillows and this is by far the best pillow I have found in years. Mitchell provided great customer service and I definitely recommend!!

We bought the Moon Lavender Pillow and I really really enjoy it. I have been searching for a good pillow for so long and I think I finally found a keeper. We had a very good experience at this store. The owner spent a lot of time with us explaining and helping us to try out the massage chairs. They were all amazing and we plan to purchase one in the future when we have room in our house for it. We did purchase the bamboo sheets while we were there and have loved sleeping on them. They are super soft and silky. We were concerned at first because we have been spoiled with our Tercel sheets but these were equally amazing.Thank you to the owner for spending so much time with us.

From the moment Beth Ann invited me in the store, I felt welcomed. Mitchell demonstrated the firm king mattress and I fell in love with it. I damaged my feet back in July 2020 to the point of tears daily. We visited and worked with Stan who was very helpful to show us the products that were available as well as encouraged us to try out the products. We ended up investing in a Skyline foot massager and in just a few days along with a pair of good shoes, I am noticing incredible improvement.

I had another great experience at Unelma at town center today. Shiri was so helpful and was so patient and kind to me and my daughters. We purchased 2 more pillows because these are THE BEST pillows I’ve ever slept on. Will definitely be going back again

The bamboo pillows are worth every penny! My inital response to the store was skeptical, however, Connor was very knowledgeable about the benefits of Bamboo and why the products are worth investing. He discussed his experience with the products, and you could tell he believes in what he sells. I have slept on bamboo pillows for about a month and I can notice a decrease in my allergies when I wake up in the morning. Plus, I enjoy that the pillows are adjustable. If my preference for thickness changes I won’t have to purchase a new pillow.

I visited Unelmas in the St. John’s Town Center today in Jacksonville and received excellent customer service from Connor. He was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding the bamboo products and left us feeling secure and confident with our purchase of a bamboo sheet set and two bamboo pillows. Purchased two bamboo pillows and cool pillow covers. During this purchase a Mitchell Khuri & Noga Marbish were VERY helpful in deciding which pillow I wished to go with. being very patient as I tried all the models that were out they were able to help me find one that was not only perfect for me but for my significant other. I will definitely be returning to this establishment though probably not for pillows but to see what other items might make my sleep that much better.

I went to a famous mattress store near my house before coming here and the salesperson barely took the time to chat with me, he was busy answering the phone and doing other stuff. Awesome experience in store. The mattress is second to none. My back and neck pains have disappeared and my pregnant wife said it’s the only time of day she doesn’t feel pregnant. Everyone, including our kids spend more time in our bed... not sure if that’s a good thing but it speaks volumes about the product!

My husband and I passed by this store while walking through the town center and noticed the pillows out front. I had been complaining about our pillows for a few months and my husband asked if we should go in and check them out. Inside, the salesman, Connor was extremely helpful with out being pushy and overbearing. We tried out the three different pillow options and Connor helped us make our decision. We ended up buying two pillows and a set of bamboo sheets. The pillows are perfect and adjustable which is interesting . The sheets are SO soft and keep me feeling nice and cool. I can’t wait to make another trip to the Town Center, because we will most certainly be stopping back by Unelma to purchase additional sets of sheets.

I bought my bed at The Avenues Mall.. I had no intention of buying anything that day. I just went in to show my sister (from NJ) where I bought my pillows.. After Williams full demonstration I purchased the bed William was very good at answering all my questions. I have now slept on my bed for two nights.. I LOVE my bed... Only problem is I do not want to get out of it in the morning!!!

Vicki and Mitch were excellent. Was just coming out of dinner and they waved me in and had an excellent demonstration of their mattress. Very soft and made me feel a lot more relaxed.

If I could, I would give -5 stars. They are crooks. We got our bed and it was absolutely terrible. Firm as a brick. We can barely sleep and we wake up angry with sore backs. We are in our mid 20s waking up with bad backs from this bed. And when I wake up I have a hard time breathing because of how my body just spent time attempting to sleep. We tried adjusting it, nothing works. We sleep in our guest bedroom in a smaller guest bed to avoid sleeping in the thing. I’d love to sleep in OUR bedroom again but the company’s “return policy” for their “101- free trial” period includes non refundable bases. (+$2k) and a 25% restocking fee. And they will give you sheets and pillows and all that fun stuff for “free” but in all actuality it’s more like a safety net. If we don’t like the bed, at least they get their commission in “free sheets and pillows that we now have to pay for. ($159-$195 per set) My husband and I went to a different mattress store and their restocking fee was 2-3%. Which makes sense. Sleep on the bed for a week or 2 and don’t like it? Why would I pay you $500 for terrible sleep? My husband called in AND visited the store to try and get this thing returned. And the staff just stalls. “Give it 30 days” “try to swap firmness levels” No. He works 12 hour night shifts and I work 9-10 hour day shifts on our feet all day. When it’s time to sleep, we can’t go 30 days with little to no sleep on a bed set up costing over 5 grand. For what? Their commission?? We can’t sleep in our own room and when we do we flat out can’t sleep. This company is run by crooks and theives. DO NOT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS AND HARD EARNED MONEY. You won’t be able to sleep at night. LITERALLY.

My husband and I have been struggling (and the struggle is real!) for years to find the perfect mattress. I have sleep apnea and night sweats and he has back pain (on top of dealing with my snoring and night sweats). Before the hope that yesterday brought we were ready to sleep in the floor. Every morning has become a struggle just to get moving because we are exhausted and hurting. We didn’t go out looking for a mattress store yesterday. In fact we were going to a different store at the Town Center. Fate had other plans.I have never had a better customer service experience in comparison to what I received at Unelma yesterday. My daughter told us a few days ago that we needed to try bamboo. We happened to walk past and I made sure we went back. Shiri, district manager for Unelma, was not your typical sales lady. In fact I never felt like I was being sold a product through the entire experience. My husband and I are working class people and she immediately resonated with us as someone we could relate to. We did purchase a mattress yesterday we won’t receive it until tomorrow so I will do a follow up as to the quality of the mattress. I will say I didn’t walk out empty-handed, we got to leave with some pillows and sheets. And last night I had the coolest, most dry nights sleep that I’ve had in years!More to come...

This is the best mattress I’ve ever invested money into. I wake up feeling refreshed every morning. My wife wakes up without any pain and our son and cat can’t stay off the bed. Disappointed in the company. Stopped in 2 days ago and heard the sales pitch. I pondered it and went back tonight, ready to make a purchase. The employee was not empowered with any information and had to keep calling a manager off-site. She (manager on the phone) readily agreed to ship free so I didn’t have to pack my purchase in a suitcase. But then when it came time to honor the pricing I was given 48 hours ago, she advised she couldn’t sell at that price AND give free shipping. What a shame. I was looking forward to trying out the products.
