This store looked great. I just paid $4000 and was delivered a dirty and I am assuming used bed. After spending hours on the phone, the best we were told is that they would send a replacement bed in 30 days. I am getting no support from customer service. VERY shocking that no COVID-19 protocols were followed and I was delivered a dirty bed and no help from the store, the call center or corporate office.Trying to understand who regulates beds during a pandemic! Unreal given this brand at one time was known for superior quality. I guessShelly Ibach does not hold her team to any standards.I posted pictures so you could tell me what you think the stains are.Go anywhere else!

I do not recommend buying from this store! once you buy and they send you an email with a promotion without telling you that if you make any changes to your initial purchase you will have problems if you want to return the bed.This is what is happening to me and they are passing the hot potato between all of them, some tell you that they cannot do anything and others tell you that you have to talk to the managers.

I didn’t get the bed yet but wanted to review my experience and give James Harrell my “sleep expert” props for walking me through all the options and information with no pressure. He let me know of all the good value options and deals. Walked through how the bed worked and answered my questions expertly. He gave good real examples and stories from customers and his experience with the beds that helped inform my purchasing decisions. Quoted different options that clearly compared cost and value and benefits at different price points. 0% financing for 24 months sealed the deal. I’m stoked for my new bed!

So far so good. Tom was a great salesman and I would do business with him again if opportunity presented itself. We ended up ordering the Sleep number model 8 king split head and feet adjustment. He spent uninterrupted time with us. The deal was hassle free and dealing with a salesman like Tom, who wasnt pushy was refreshing. We bought from the store at the town center in Jax, Fl. He was able to explain all of the questions and was generally just a great person to deal with. He needs a serious raise. My only complaint was the wait time for delivery of the bed, we cannot wait to get and not getting free pillows for the amount of money we spent. Great job Tom, you deserve a raise.

Love my bed! Went in to ask about warranty & Tom was SO HELPFUL!!! Patient with my silly questions & kind with his answers. I recommend Sleep Number HIGHLY! Its worth the investment!! Just make sure you get temp control.

Never thought I’d spend the money on an expensive bed but Tom had us sold! He made sure my partner and I were comfortable, explained everything very well, and had us walking out comfortable with our purchase decision! Yes, the beds are expensive, but prices were talked about up front so it didn’t seem like a slap in the face. Very excited for it to arrive!

Great Service and Good Quality Beds

Jimmy was amazing. He helped us find the perfect settings and perfect bed for our needs. I would go in on a weekday since we were the only ones in the store from 7-9pm. I took a little longer than expected, but it was completely worth every penny. We got an amazing deal and I cant wait for our new bed to be delivered!!

Very easy and relaxed experience. We got pre-approved financing online, walked in unsure if we would buy today, and walked out with mattress delivery scheduled for a week from today, 2 new pillows, and a new sheet set....all within 45 minutes. Great way to spend an impromptu date night! Cant wait to sleep on our new bed!

My wife and I were very happy with the service and attention we received at the Sleep Number store at St Johns Town Center. We were encouraged to spend the time we needed to be sure that mattress that we choose was the most comfortable for us. The salesman was knowledgeable helpful and patient.

If you are serious about your health you must at least go to the Sleep Number store and experience the difference from traditional mattresss. There is no doubt in my mind that a Sleep Number bed is a life changing experience.Bryant, the store manager, and his staff are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and dedicated. They will provide you with an outstanding retail experience.

Jimmy was very helpful & extremely knowledgeable about the different features of each mattress. I already own a sleep number mattress and I get the best night sleep. I have had it for over 20 years and we are upgrading to a newer model.

Do not buy. The salesmans will tell you anything to make a sale and beware that there is a $199 return fee if you do return it, which is not on the return section of paperwork or mentioned to you, they just keep telling you that you have 100 days to try it. The mattress pad which is $175.99 on sale takes away the cooling effects of the mattress which is on of the things they boost about during the sales pitch. The delivery people and technicians dont speak English very poor for the few that supposably do. Customer service is horrible.

Great experience and great bed!!! Went in to see what they are all about and ended up buying one. I’ve slept great ever since. Don’t believe everything you read online just go into the store to experience yourself!!!!

Specifically came to the Town Center to go to the Sleep Number store to purchase a new mattress and when we first walked in we were greeted by a woman telling us to let her know if we needed any help with anything. While looking around I picked up a remote to try one of the beds out and an extremely rude bald man, I want to say his name was Jim, told me to not touch with the remotes for the beds like I was a child. We immediately left and they lost a paying customer.

Very leary of shopping for matresses since I dont like being intimidated into buying something I dont need. Todd took the time to listen to my concerns about back pain, sleeping, etc. It was the most productive shopping experience I have had. Todd is exceptionally knowledgeable and instantly made me comfortable. It turns I was sleeping on the wrong type of mattress for years. Be sure to ask for Todd!

Best bed ever, although if you buy one that tracks your sleep habits, make sure your smart phone is compatible with the bed.

We were a little leery about a sleep number beds thinking it was way out of our price range but a very helpful staff member showed us everything we need to see and worked out a great deal for us. Our bed will be delivered the end of this month 😊

Im paralyzed from the waist down and this bed has allowed me to get out of my hospital bed into a bed that allows me to sleep next to my wife for the first time in 18 months. The associates are fantastic.

Me and my wife bought mattress sleep by number with platform and and everything, thinking we will have better sleep, now after try differents sleep numbers, We being waking up in the middle of the night with BACK PAIN!! and RESTLESS, doesnt matter what Sleep # I put on it, same with my wife! This is the worst way to spend money on mattress. Dont waste your time and money on this air mattress.

Visit the other two sleep number stores. Dont waste your time at this location. These people think the world spins around them. They have zero customer service and dont care how much you want to spend with them. They will discount you and if you dont look like you have money, you will not be waited on at all. Go to any other location except this one for sure. Dirt bags work at this location.

Initial experience was good but the customer service fron the oval store is non existent . Any problem is dealt with by providing the corporate number.

Highly reccomend Sleep Number beds!

The product is terrific, but the delivery is terrible. When we ordered our first bed, we told the saleperson that our Queen bed was wood. We ordered the extended queen. After several delivery attempts (the warehouse told us the bed was going to be delivered and the driver would call to tell us that either the mattress or support was not on the truck), the delivery people told us that the extended Queen only worked on a metal frame. We had to reorder a Queen. In the meantime, we had also ordered sheets which arrived in various sizes (apparently no one reads the sizing labels at the warehouse). My husband even wrote a letter to the CEO and received a phone call of apology. My most recent purchase was a king size pillow and pilot protector. I received the box today and inside was one standard pillow, so here we go again.

Over priced Ill buy a car first! Sales person was not pushing
