Everyone from the sales to delivery were great! I came in with a very specific medical issue and they spent as much time as I needed to feel comfortable with my purchase. Also, they didn’t try to over sell. I am a single mom and can’t afford all the bells and whistles like cooling factors, etc. I need a bed that wouldn’t hurt me and they sold me one that they felt confident would address my issues. I will go back again!

Well I was relocating from California to Florida. I have slept in several different types of memory foam mattress. I called the Oakleaf store and Fred answered on the line. He was so friendly,knowledgeable and informative! He offered me to come in store to test mattresses. I explained to him. I was moving and traveling across country. I told him our sleep position and said I was intrested in a hybrid mattress . He gave me all the information and I purchased it over the phone to be delivered to my home in Florida. Thank you Fred for not thinking I was crazy for doing this over phone. I will post another review when I get my mattress

The young man that helped me here was amazing. He helped me find a great mattress at a great price. His smile was infectious and his customer service is amazing. Mattress Firm is lucky to have him. This is the second mattress I have bought thru mattress firm and are very happy with our choice.

My sales person was Awesome!!! Bradley wasnt pushy though he did guide me through some good options. Bradley was very patient as I was on the phone with my wife the whole time. She couldnt be with me due to family reasons. Anyways, we all know that Mattress Firm offers great products. This guy made my shopping experience one to remember. I ended up buying a Serta plush pillow top and got an adjustable base. Price was my wifes only concern and shes stubborn. Bradley went over many options with me until I found the right one. I laid on quite a few mattresses while shopping. He listened to my issues with our previous mattress as a matter a fact this guy genuinely listened period, as he offered many solutions.So thank you buddy.My wife thanked me for talking her into a better bed this morning. Awesome service always. Like you can buy a mattress and u have 90 days to use it and if its too firm or too soft you have the option to trade it out with 90 days! Its amazing. I bought a very firm mattress but when it was delivered my husband started complaining after a month that it was too firm. So I decided to go back, bring my hubby with me and choose the correct mattress that we were both happy with, being that this purchase would be our final purchase. We purchased from Zechariah a Stearns and Foster mattress which he matched us up with by asking questions about sleep habits. His professionalism and product knowledge made an easy decision for us. Two days later I purchased a replacement set for our spare bedroom from Ben. Would recommend either of these gentlemen for your bedding needs.

I know the dread that most employees feel when seeing a customer arrive just before the end of a long shift, but the gentleman that helped us was incredibly kind, informative, and patient. He showed us pillows and mattresses that matched our price range and sleeping style until he narrowed our choices down to a few options. We purchased a mattress that evening! The service at the store was top notch. This is our 3rd bed we have bought through Mattress Firm. We haven’t been disappointed by the service no matter where we bought. Love that they have a history of what we have bought and what worked for us. So never had to return a bed.

Jaqurest was super helpful! He had us try multiple beds of different styles and firmness as we were unsure what we were looking for. We just new we needed something better than what we had. This place is a total scam. We paid 10,000 for a bed, and was delivered a different bed. They said they would work with us to get the o e we already paid for, butnit would be another 700 plus to get it. And if we want to return the bed, it would be a 3,000 restocking fee.
