The store is very clean and orderly, with hand sanitizer provided at the entrance (though it needed a refill during my latest visit). The staff members are courteous and knowledgeable about goods and their locations, which I found helpful since I just moved back to Jacksonville. The variety of goods is acceptable, though I do wish the produce section had a more robust selection.

I got off work and after a hard day I went to Publix hungry to get a delicious 🥪 sandwich. After standing over 15 min this guy is all over the counter WITHOUT a 😷 mask contaminating the food. I had to post it so its not a lie. Not looking good for Publix I expected higher service from its employees. 1☆ from me.

This Publix has been my store of choice since they first opened. Unfortunately the staff of the deli changes frequently and sometimes they are really good and friendly, other times not so much. But it is what it is. The store is clean, well stocked and most employees are knowledgeable enough to answer questions. The only bad thing is the parking lot, it is too small, does not have enough handicap spots and it floods terribly.

Terrible.....I understand everywhere is under staffed but the absolute rudeness is unnecessary. Especially when you have been waiting in line (outside) for over an hour, I would like a knowledgeable staff to talk to. Epic waste of tax dollars considering it is the tax collectors office....

Fantastic fresh made hoagie by a very nice employee. Store was busy with plenty of room to maneuver. Stocked shelves, clean store and produce looking good. At checkout I was greeted by 3 very friendly smiling employees.

We went here frequently while on vacation, its super close to my sisters house. Great food options and fresh fruit. Little bit more pricey than home (Mississippi) but not ridiculous. The cashiers were really helpful and nice to us.

The one thing I love the most other than the BOGO sale is that the have plenty of wheel chairs usually fully charged!! Big deal for those of us who are disabled!!

Large but well arranged, everything and much more than I was looking for and needed, and my cashier was friendly and helpful. I think I must have triggered the security observers concern with my somewhat unusual appearance and methodical shopping as I compared prices and Sodium levels, etc. Once I paid, however, they called-off their plans to detain me and never once was I directly approached by stop-loss or security. This suggests that there are enough incidents at that location for them to have such measures in place; therefore, I caution that bags be worn across the neck and not left in the cart...one simply cannot be safe enough these days.

They need to train the people they have bagging. The first several times I had to politely ask a young man not to put everything else on top of the fruits and vegetables I didnt mind, but now its just silly. Also, they sell these really nice reusable bags for cold items, but they dont teach any of their baggers what theyre for or how to use them. They overfill them and then they dont close so theyre completely useless. Theres no point in having good deals if everything leaves the store in bad condition.

This store is clean and staff are always smiling. If you need help finding something, the staff will accompany you to the aisle. Publix customer service is excellent and always treat their customers with respect. Always willing to go the extra mile to make us happy. I love the quality of produce and meats they carry. I love Publix my number 1 grocery store that I go.

Love to shop here at this place. Workers are friendly and the product is always fresh and I like this one because there are certain things I cant get anywhere else. There is a young man up front to that is always so helpful and positive.

This publix is so clean. I shop here all the time and never get disappointed. I love how professional the staff is from the managers to the cashiers all the to the cart pushers. It is marvelous. Their fresh produce is my favorite part.

The guy behind the sushi county was really rude being that they had sushi rolls with salmon with brown rice and spicy sauce in the same exact roll in white rice but no spicy sauce I asked him if he could play some spicy sauce I know you told me no I had to buy a whole tub of it so in return I refuse to buy anything from this Publix again so be aware that the people at this Publix are not very friendly

I WAS MOSTLY IMPRESSED WITH THE SPACIOUSNESS BUT MAINLY WITH THE BAGGERS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE HEAVY RAIN DOWN POURING WEATHER, HE STILL PUT ON A RAINCOAT AND TOOK MY GROCERIES TO THE CAR FOR ME. AWESOME!!!👍👍😃

This has to be the worst run Publix in the Arlington area. They are ALWAYS out of stock on many items ( especially sale items ) and they dont even stock the same items as the other Publix stores ( even one less than 2 miles away from it ). It doesnt matter what day or time you go there, it is the same story. Unfortunately I get stuck with this one almost every time I use Instacart despite me telling them about it and leaving notes to Not go to this one. I even wrote to Publix corporate about this store. I am disabled so I have no choice but to use Instacart. This has been going on for probably about 2 years so far so I dont expect it to ever change.

Helpful. Purpose of visit was to get a vaccine shot. Even though I made reservations, they didnt have the one I requested in stock. They made a point of getting it with in 15 minutes and were very accommodating.

On 7/10, I ordered a Touchdown Birthday Cake, for my mother,but I was very specific on how I wanted with the Jacksonville Jaguar colors,because she is the biggest Jaguars fan. I was assured that it would be along with other specifications I had. When, I went to pick up the cake the next day, it was completely wrong. Nothing & I mean absolutely nothing I had specified was done. I was devastated & frustrated. A nice young lady, I believe her name was Crystal or Cynthia, came out & clamed down & asked for me to go over what happened again. She told me what could get done. Within 30minutes, she saved the day. She gave me what I had asked for in the beginning& decoratedthe cake herself. Thank you to her.

I love publix but for some reason they veryyyyyyyyy slow tonight. It took almost 20 mins to get a sub. On top of no one greeted me or the man standing in front of me. Sub was subpar but nonetheless good.

Enjoy this Publix alot. Price is always higher than Walmart but their meat is better flavor. Bakery has a decent selection and they carry BOARS HEAD!!!! Jerk Turkey is a must.

The People Are Awesome. Their caring, considerate and friendly. And always helping you out in every way. If you have a question that they cant answer, they will find someone who can. And the store is perfectly clean. Everything on the shelves and in the meat counters and in the produce are all neatly displayed so that it is easy to see and make your choice quickly. You wont see even a speck of trash on the floor. I watch how they clean each cart thoroughly before they give it to the shopper. Yes you will find Every associate wearing masks and observing all the covid-19 recommendations. The pharmacy is really awesome. The pharmacist and Pharmacy Associates are very helpful and answering any questions that you might have concerning your medications. You can see they are extremely busy but they will always stop what they are doing to answer your questions. This is a face value observation. I am not a friend of or related to anyone working at this store.

Super crowded but that was to be expected since it was the day before a holiday. The employees at Publix were super helpful and personable as always! Even with all the craziness and crowds, they still had everything I needed.

It’s like walking in to Heaven, every time I set my foot in to this store. Everyone is so friendly and very helpful at all times, no problem. The store is very immaculately clean and organized. The deli makes great subs, chicken, chicken wings and so much more. The bakery is just as good. The kids can get a free cookie upon request. The produce Dept rocks the house! The meat Dept is good. If you don’t see what you are looking for, you can always ask. The meat Dept employees are always ready to find what you need. I like it when they have BOGO specials on their meats. You double your money. The dairy aisle is always stocked well. They also have a seafood Dept and will Cook or steam anything you buy from them. They also have a Sushi area. I like my sushi fresh, but this will do in a pinch, especially if I am craving sushi, but have time to hit a sushi bar. It works.I also like the fact that they have BOGO specials(about 10-15 items)each week. They also have a special BOGO location. Easy to find. Each store has a different area.Thanks going out to Publix and what you stand for. I don’t have any current pictures to post at the moment.PS: I forgot to mention the Pharmacy. They are always very busy. But, not to busy to help you out with your Prescriptions.

This Publix gets more and more like Walmart everyday. Between the employees, the clientele and all the registers closed but you dont have a self checkout here. Walmart wins.Manager says that they are understaffed. Im in the parking lot now watching all the employees show up an hour after the store opens? Maybe a few of them can come in a bit earlier. Tighten up Publix.

Ordering subs on-line to AVOID waiting is a joke @ this publix. IF they cant meet the pick-up they should send you an email. Waiting 20 mins after your pick-up shouldnt happen. 2nd time this has happened... I guess I should stick to the publix @ 9100 Merrill road.
