Thank you store manager Glenda for going above and beyond. A plastic grocery bag containing a jar of marinara sauce split when I got home and broke all over my kitchen floor. I called to ask to stop by and have it replaced. Glenda insisted that I did not have to do that and someone would be delivering a new jar to my home within 1/2 hour. Wow!! Impressive!! And, within a half hour, someone did. Not only was the jar replaced, but since it was a 2 for 1 deal, both were replaced, and included in the bag was 2 slices of Chantilly cake. So kind, sweet, considerate. Thank you, Glenda, for going above and beyond.

This is my local Publix that I shop at usually is very pleasant. However there deli operation is a total mess, I constantly stand at the counter waiting for service while people walk around. My wife has ordered subs to be made online twice now and both times she goes to pick them up at the time provides by Publix and they arent ready. Not only that but she watches as workers in the deli do nothing as the pickup time passes. After speaking to a manager to get the subs made (15 minutes late) one of them was still made wrong. Do better Publix.

Management doesnt want to take responsibility for a lot of issues at this location. Lots of expired merchandise, outs (beyond regular issues due to pandemic), poor customer service, and bagging nightmares! You just dont bag wet with dry & cleaners with food! Do better. I will say that at least the produce & meat/seafood has fresh quality products.

The deli here is horrible. Half of my time spent in the store is waiting at the deli and, I’ve had to walk away several times without getting what I want because I can’t get any service and I run out of patience. Plenty of employees and managers stocking hot bars and surrounding island areas but they never stop what they’re doing to actually help the customer.

You simply cant go wrong with Publix. They have a trusted and reliable variety of goods. Items you cant find anywhere else youll most likely find at Publix. Everyone there has such a beautiful attitude they watch you and will ask you if they can help you find something that in itself is worth a visit. One thing that is for sure is that Ill be back.

I am a frequent shopper here at Publix, but I have never received the quality of Customer Service that Jonathon gave me tonight. He is incredibly friendly, upbeat, positive, and helpful. He helped me load my cart onto the conveyer belt, bagged my groceries, and offered to help me load my car all while sharing some friendly conversation. Thank you, for the great service!

These stores are huge and consistent. Wish they were in South Jersey!. Good selection of everything. I purchased chicken tenders and onions rings from the Deli area. . Very good!

Clean, friendly staff... What people think of when they think of Publix. Unfortunately, we are supporting Publix less due to their deliberate choice to continue advertising as though there were no shortages just to bait and switch folks into their stores. They were happy to take money form manufacturers for placement in their weekly advertisements, even when products were supposedly in short supply. And the blanket decision to refuse rainchecks for all advertised products seems like an incredibly unethical move.

Ashley at the register was very rude. Only time she spoke during the transaction was to state my total and what my change was. I had to grab the receipt off the printer myself. I dont need to be asked if I need help outside with 2 bags but I also dont appreciate rudeness. If I wanted the Walmart experience I wouldve gone there and save a few bucks .

Publix sale items are no good. Bought some salmon on sale and it smelled terrible when i brought it home. Bought mangos 4 for $5, had to throw away 2. 3 for $10 blueberries are moldy (not visible through packaging). I guess they don’t want to throw away bad stuff, they want to sell it to me so i can throw it away. Thanks PublixI know we can return items, but who actually keeps a grocery receipt.

I go to Publix rather than Winn Dixie as it seems cleaner. I recommend watching the weekly flyer for Buy a $50 Gas Card for $40 a 20% discount on Shell gas - best deal. Also their Buy One/Get One specials throughout the store.

I love this location it not to big and the employees still treat you like a customer.

Went to the deli to order a sub, waited there for five minutes before someone finally acknowledged me. There were a bunch of workers there btw i literally saw someone finish up a sub and then walk away from me while I’m standing right in front of them. All that waiting for them to not have what i wanted. Waste of time.

I got my favorite Boarshead salad the spicy one and it was terrible 😩 Lacked flavor and contents.Lettuce was soggy.

This publix is great, I usually always have enough people at checkout and they make sure to have enough roasted chicken for those that dont want to cook. I will suggest that they need more dairy free options with the heat and go meals in the meat department, that would be awesome! I enjoy coming here to get in and get out.

I use to come here a lot for my Publix subs. But today I encountered a very rude lady that made my sandwich. I love Publix overall but I will stick it out Bartram location. It’s more up to date as well at the Bartram location.

Yo PUBLIX your errors in pricing is bad advertising. Why does my receipt read $7.49 instead of the price you see printed on it? No no no.

This Publix is much better than the one on Southside or Atlantic, but its still not the old Publix way of just 4 years ago even. But at least the produce is fresh and the store well-stocked. The cashier was nice and the bag boy asked to take my groceries to the car.

Prices are a little high! But their customer service is perfect. Everyone is very helpful! I enjoy shopping there!

Ordered a Dulce de leche cake Friday. Spelled out my name for them, GINA. told them to write Happy Birthday David ON the cake. Have my husband go pick it up, they “cant” find the cake. I went up there and they put the cake order under JENA. Like my husband is telling you its under GINA and the cake says Happy Birthday David and all you can come back with is sorry dont have anything under gina ??? Anyways, They didnt even write happy birthday on the cake. they wrote it on the board. I told Ashley i ordered it so the writing can be on the cake. Then the manager Lola asked if there was a problem and i told her about the writing of the name. she offered to wipe off the spelling on the board and clear the top of the cake to write down happy birthday david. She was not understanding that I wanted them to write down happy birthday david on top of the whole cake!! the whole signature frosting that comes with the Dulce de leche cake plus the text requested. At that point, i just asked for a plastic happy birthday sign... they were out of the plastic cake knives as well. Then when i went to the car I seen that she had placed the happy birthday plastic sign on the opposite sign of the “happy birthday david” text thats on the board. Like ??? Literally One Cake, I placed the order 2 days in advance and cant even follow instructions. Not a huge deal, but just surprising coming from Publix.

As always, this Publix is sparkling clean and a great fun store to shop in ❤️❤️❤️

Thank you for not only making me the wrong cake, size, and flower on top of the cake, the buttercream in the center was not chilled enough for transport and the cake fell apart leaving the store. Luckily it was only $11. Happy birthday to me!!

I love Publix but there was a little longer wait in the check out than I am accustom to. Only two registers and one 10 item or less was open. ?

Went in to go grocery shopping some wine rep pushing wine tasting. So I said No thank you then she goes into a pressure spiel about it which I’ve been sober for almost a year and the last place I would expect alcohol being pushed down ones throat would be the neighborhood grocery store. Asked for a manager and told her about the incident she only explained that that was a different company and there is nothing she could do so I asked if she could at least talk to the lady about her pushing actions and the manager walked off the other direction. So they set up solicitors right at the entrance and won’t control their behaviors. I’m shopping somewhere else from now on.

Four minutes until opening this morning, I desperately needed to shop for my period. Under the sink plumbing problem prevented the alert that I was out of all feminine hygiene products and a true emergency arose. The doors were opened for the two employees clocking in at the last moment but I was not granted with so much as a glance as I waited patiently on the bench. My period had other plans.
