This bike store is the best. I bought a beat up40 year old bike into the shop on a Friday was told they would call me with an estimate. I did not expect much. I was called the same day, told it was ready and I was absolutley thrilled when I got the bill. Rode the bike today it is wonderful. Thank you

I purchased a bicycle from this shop in September, 2020. Unfortunately I had to bring the bike in for repairs, but the workers who were there helped me out and stayed past their closing hours to make sure I could get back to riding. Great shop.

First time out since the repair, absolutely perfect! Shawn was able to get these 30 year bike gears back in condition and it rode like new. This is our go to shop and I definitely recommend them. The patience and customer service is number one! Thank you.....

Was in NC on vacation when I got a flat and realized I hadnt brought my flat kit with me. Took my bike here to get the flat repaired and, unfortunately, after the first trip the tire went flat again after I had gotten back to where we were staying. Called them up the next day and brought the bike where they identified the problem and fixed it at no charge sub the first repair didnt work. Excellent customer service and, while I was not there to shop, had an excellent selection of bikes and gear to browse through. If I lived in this area, this would definitely be my go to bike shop.

Get all my more complex bike maintenance done here. Aligning derailleurs, trueing wheels, etc. They also do jogging strollers.

So glad they are enforcing the mask mandate. It and vaccines are what is going to get us back to normal. FOR SURE do biz with them; they care about you and your bike.

I had a front brake failure and was not looking forward to the cost of a repair. I spoke to Greg about my problem and he quickly laid out my options. Repair if possible and then showed me several price point options for a replacement. I expected to hear from the shop later that the brake could not be repaired but the pleasant news was the repair was an easy fix and they had the parts on hand. Easy fast and inexpensive fix! And best of all no attempt to up sell. Thanks for the great customer service Greg.

I had a bike fit, Pro, done at the Bike Gallery, on a $3100 carbon bike that never fit well, and Id had it fitted at another shop. The ride was uncomfortable to the point that I was considering scrapping it for a replacement. The fit took several hours, was exceedingly meticulous and professionally done. When I took it out for a ride the next day it was as if Id bought a brand new bike. Never would I have imagined that this bike would feel this great. Awesome service! Highly recommended.

Ive had the bike I bought here for over a year. Whenever I go in, to buy accessories or get a tune up, Ive had stellar service. My bike has served as a commuter vehicle for me as well as recreational. Theyve also done great work on my step sons bike (purchased elsewhere), when his brakes were having issues. Repair prices are reasonable and the bikes and accessories they sell are high quality and built to last.

Came in from out of town needed some work done on my bike before the weekend. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and my needs were addressed right away. The store is very clean and classy, they have a lot of gear and bikes, will def have to go back look more.Dropped the bike and the Tech walked me through my whole bike and checked everything out, they said the next day most likely I could pick up which I was more than pleased to hear but an hour later I get a phone call and my bike was done! All the staff was knowledgeable super nice and never tried to up-sale me...will def go back anytime Im in town.A+ Service and Staff!

Its awesome! My family looks at all the bikes, and theres lots of good deals! I like the colors on them! I like how nice the staff are to us, and they dont push you to buy stuff. Theres a lot of bikes to choose from, along with flavours of energy foods!

Best Bike shop in Ive ever been to!I drive almost an hour to see these guys for all bicycle needs. They offer tip-top of the line customer service and have the greatest inventory around.Not to mention, they support the local cycling community better than any other shop around. From regularly scheduled group rides, to skills and maintenance clinics, to technical support at regional race events. You couldnt ask for a better group!

This is a great shop to visit. The staff is anything but pushy. They are always friendly, even if theyre swamped, and extremely knowledgeable. They go above and beyond, even on the trail or road. These guys are such an inspiration that it makes me want to be more involved in the cycling community.

In my opinion nothing compares to the quality and detail of the products that specialized creates. They are always getting involved with the community.

I havent rode a bicycle since I was kid but wanted to throw cycling into my fitness routine. I bought a road bike here and was thoroughly impressed at the professional fitting process. I had no clue it got that in depth and they explained every step along the way so much so that it got annoying to my impatient self! The staff was extremely courteous for it being near closing hours on a Friday night. Matter of fact, the experience as a whole was so awesome, it felt like I was buying a bike at some posh shop in Laguna Beach versus Jacksonville, NC. Needless to say, I put in 20 miles on the first ride and the bike was great. Highly recommend.

Best bike shop there is... Period! Shawn and his staff will treat you right. I have purchased bikes for my kids there as well as one for myself, and had a great experience each time. Would not think of going anywhere else in eastern Carolina for bicycle needs.

I had a cheap bike not worth $40, the competition wanted $40 to fix my brakes that I could of repaired for a fraction of the price. I took my bike to the Bicycle Gallery, and they took a look spend 10 minuets for $10, and the breaks work great. That is good business.

They go above and beyond to make sure your satisfied. Installed a Sram Red eTap system on my bike. Did a fantastic job and even neatly packaged my old groupset. Will definitely deal with them again.

Ive been in the Market looking for a good used bike. Fortunately I did even better! I ended up with a 2 year old brand new Specialized bike!! The staff was extreamly helpfull, answered all my questions as a newb, and the atmosphere just seemed inviting! I cant wait to go back already.
