Tube blew out on tire in a few days within about a mile of riding on a sidewalk. Cheap materials used here. Beware.

My mountain bikes rear suspension had come apart and as a Christmas gift my daughter brought my mountain bike there to get it fixed and do the $100 tune up. A lady from the store came out and looked at the bike in my SUV and said shed have no idea where to get the necessary part. I told my daughter to bring it back home. Just got around to checking the bike last weekend. Im the least handy guy youll ever meet and I had it fixed in 10 minutes after watching a 5 minute Youtube video. All the parts where there. Just needed to screw it back together. Not sure what part she was talking about.

I just called them and cant believe what she quoted me and then hung up on me as I stammered in disbelief. I asked to replace just the outside rubber tread of 2 tires for an adult bike and she asked if including installation and I said yes. She quoted me $110 and hung up on me? Youve got to be freaking kidding me! The bike shop on CR 210 charged me $35 to replace one tire! I guess I will stick with them!

We were traveling to St. Augustine and needed a kite! A quick Google search led us here and we couldnt be more happy! This shop is great! Very helpful! They offer many different bikes, apparel, and YES even kites!

Bought 2 mountain bikes several years ago and just bought my son a bike from there. I looked up all three bikes online a couldnt beat the price anywhere. Seems they deal in mid to high-end bikes. All bikes I got had quality parts as standard which was nice. Its a smaller operation so the service is more personal which is a nice change from my typical Amazon order or publix visit. Going back to get a bike for my wife.

I was looking for a bike and visited another bike store in the area. The person at that store didnt give me the time of day. I am a tall women and needed help finding a bike that fit me. I went to Bikes Kites and More and the women that worked with me was wonderful. She had me try a few different bikes and listened to what I was saying. She finally said, I think I know what you need. I have one that I think will work but I need to put it together. Come in tomorrow and try it. I did and it was perfect. Ive been riding it for 6 months now I love it. This is the first bike I have had that fits me.

I havent owned a bike in 10 years. I brought my bike in and had it tuned up. I noticed that there was an issue with the bike after they addressed the bike. It turned out that the bike came from the manufacturer with a defective axel in the rear wheel. They helped me straighten and fix it at no additional cost. I would recommend them to everyone who has a bike or plans on getting one.

These guys have exactly what they say; Bikes,Kites, & More! They do fittings and repairs and financing and even TRADE-INS. They even have E-Bikes which I have been looking into a lot these days. You can buy an electric motor online from your choice of vendor and these guys will install it. Its a little pricey but if you Love your own bike but want to add some PeP, this might be an idea for you. This place is definitely worth checking out if youre looking for something to do with the kids or just have a fun hobby that will include exercise in with it.

And worse bike shop goes to.... this place;) Im assuming if you ask for a simple tire change, they will explain how the tire is made and over price it. Scammers buying from China and reselling.. if your going to get a bike or trike use the marketplace or craigslist better off.

Great experience with bike purchase! I came in a few times and they listened to me, gave honest advice and made recommendations. They did a great job explaining everything and I was never pressured into a sale. The third time I came back I was trying to decide between two different bikes so I asked them to come down a bit on the price to meet my budget so I could get the bike I wanted. They even threw in a water bottle holder for free. It was the easiest sales process Ive been through in awhile. Love their customer service and 1 year maintenance on new bikes. Definitely recommend this shop.

Fantastic customer service! I had some challenges with a higher end bike that I had bought and they stayed with me all the way. Really went above and beyond for me as a customer. I would highly recommend this local family business and they have a customer for life. It is nice to do business with people who know what they are talking about and not some clerk that really doesn’t know the product or care whether you are satisfied.

I read the reviews but thought I would give them a try anyway because they were so close. I needed my flat tire repaired on my bike and brakes fixed on my daughter’s bike. I left before he even looked at either bike. I guess they have all the business they need or want.Ended up taking both bikes to Champions cycling in Mandarin. They fixed them both up happily and cheaper than I thought it would be.

When we moved to Florida, we made it a priority to buy bikes for 3 of our 4 family members. The owner Tracy was extremely knowledgeable in helping me select a bike (havent had one in 20 years) that fit the purpose of my wanting a bike and also for each of my sons. There was no pushy sales or upsell...and she really listened. Repairs have been done quickly and shes always there to ask advice. Since then Ive bought a bike for my Dad and rented a tricycle for my Mom and gotten loads of accessories. Great Customer Service, thanks Tracy!

I was helped by Tracy at the bike store who is extremely patient and knowledgeable. Even though it was far beyond closing time, Tracy answered all my questions.I have been to other bike stores around the area, and I know I have purchased a quality bike at a reasonable price from the best store. I’m a lazy, lazy man, so I shop as locally as possible.This bike store is less than a mile from my house, so I bring in the 20-yr-old GT bike that my 12-yr-old son has ravaged for a tune-up/check-up and a tire or two, but I leave it in the car. I tell the guy what I need—a tune up/inspection/refreshening, maybe a couple tires and a chain lube or whatever they do and he immediately says I should get a new bike. Doesn’t even ask to check out the bike. I tell him I just need a “patch” on this bike to get it roadworthy til Grandma gets the boy another bike in November. Guy says, “well, two tires and tubes and a tune up is gonna be about $200 anyway.”I cordially thank him for his time and drive to Champion Cycle, which my neighbor recommended.Champion guy listens carefully, asks to see the bike, does a thorough inspection of it, and quotes me a lower price for much more work (including all new brake and shift lines as well as a thorough cleaning and new tire and tube).Champion guy seems interested in long-term customer relationships instead of quick, profitable hits.So I’m gonna tough it out and drive that extra three miles, and Grandma is gonna get Dwag’s new bike at Champion Cycle.

On Saturday (5-4-2019), I bought a 120.00 child safety seat to attach to my bike for my 3 year old son and also bought him a bike helmet from there. I was told by a very nice lady working there that if I had any issues installing it, just bring it up there and they would install it on my bike. I called they’re today and I guy answered the phone. I told him I bout the seat from there business which was 120.00 dollars and if they could install it. In his own words he says rudly “we don’t do dat”. It’s very disappointing because I spent money there, and was going to buy a beach cruiser for my wife while the child seat was getting installed. I hope the gentleman that answered the phone wasn’t the owner. I will no longer be doing business with them anymore. I went to Champions cycling in Mandarin and they installed the bike seat with no problem. They where very professional. I will be doing my bike shopping there for now on. For the gentleman said at Bikes and Kites that said “we don’t do dat”......Champion Cycling “do dat”.

I have bought multiple bikes from toddler bikes, beach cruisers, and road bikes. They are always patient and make sure every bike is fitted properly. I would highly recommend them!

I called this store today to see if they could order me a bike I saw online or if they had any in stock that were green, which is the color I am looking for. I then asked how much the beach cruisers cost and she said $350. I asked if they had any priced in the $150 range, as that is the price of the beach cruiser I see online that I can simply have shipped to me. Her response and tone of voice was so rude. She was pretty much disgusted that I would even think they would sell a beach cruiser for $150. Then when I kindly said, Thank You for your help, she replied Uh... ya...Thanks for being so rude... I will never recommend your place to anyone. Not everyone knows how much your bikes run brand new ... try being a little more kind to others.

Very friendly and great customer service. Conveniently located to my neighborhood in Julington Creek Planation. I come here often to get new tubes, tires, chains, and misc repairs. If she doesnt have the part she orders it quickly. I highly recommend this neighborhood bike shop. Reasonably priced.
