I had the best experience at REI! I took mike Schwinn Suburban in for a clicking noise and they were a bit busy but, the customer service provided by Craig and Charlotte was superb! It just gave me an opportunity to look around a bit. Craig fixed my clicking noise and I was out the door. After taking it for a spin in the parking lot I returned to tell him the good news and he was happier than I was. I will definitely return for future sporting good purchases.
