Great customer service! Gave me information that I needed and even went above what I expected.

Nice store. Semi-Nice merchandise. The boss needs to get all of his or her employees on the same page about warranty procedures. The young lady we bought them from assured us we could return them if needed . The stitching on the boots started to fray the second day worn. Took them in, boss said nope, they had already been worn. ?? Wouldnt have wasted my time buying them in the first place if I knew there was bait and switch tactics involved. Buyer beware!

Great place to shop. Loved Kristian who helped me today. But Ive always encountered great people on other trips here. Cant wait to get my boots in! I ordered glitter shirt boots in size 10 womens that arent typically kept in stock but theres PLENTY to choose from for most sizes. Love them!

Came here to look at boots for my son and myself. They definitely have plenty to pick from, along with many other things. Prices seemed pretty average for the most part and we will be getting out boots here.

Great place in Jacksonville NC. There is a Huge selection of Boots in all sizes. I also found Wrangler jeans that fit perfectly. If you go in ask for Bob! He did a great job of answering questions and ensured I was buying the right boots.

Great place to shop a little pricey but worth it. We lo e shopping here. The employees are great and always very helpful. Only thing is I wish they still had the kids clothes back in this store.

I am into all there western style jewelry. Lots of styles to choose from. The boot selection is amazing. If you are a small/medium size this is the place for you for western wear. I wish they carried larger size selection.

I was in the store.Came for my town which was 50 miles away.I asked a worker there if they had any boots there for under a 100 dollars.There were only a few.didnt get nowhere And then she didnt like the way I looked and was discrimination across the board there prices were to high i poorly give one star.

Walked around for 10-15 min and only one employee was on the floor, not once did he ask of I needed help....I dont see this store being open for long..
