We explored water systems with several providers for our new home on Amelia Island. When we talked with Jax Water Conditioning, we were impressed with the product, the price and the service.Sergio did a terrific job helping us to understand the water chemistry and the ability of the system to meet our needs. He was thorough, on time, patient and professional.Installation was timely, effective and professional as well. We liked having Mike the owner engaged throughout the entire process and made sure we were pleased with the product.Sergio came back after a week to make sure everything was operating properly. It was working great.Our water quality is dramatically improved. No water spots on our wine glasses and countertops. Shower glass is noticeably cleaner and the water is much gentler on skin and hair.We are very pleased with every aspect of our experience with Jax Water Conditioning.

Great service! Sergio was efficient and explained the process and the type of systems available to us easily.Honestly they were not the cheapest quote but we felt comfortable with what we were getting and very pleased. Mike the owner came and set everything up himself. Drastic change in our water. Sergio came back to retest water and the numbers were frantic. We added the reverse osmosis as well for clean drinking and cooking water( no more plastic bottles) Highly recommend.

Great systems with professional installation

After researching many water conditioning companies, we chose to go with JAX Water Conditioning. Our sales rep Sergio was very professional and explained everything in detail. Prices were competitive and customer service was above expectations. The owner Mike installed our conditioning and R/O system and explained how everything worked. We have had our system for a almost a month now and are extremely happy with our purchase! We highly recommend JAX water conditioning!

Very knowledgeable and not pushy. Very fair price and good equipment. Everything you need for NE Florida water, and not over-kill. The installation was right on time and took less than 3 hours. After 2 weeks, works great and I expect it will last many years. I would definitely use them again!
