Loved the service up until now. My last water delivery I left 4 empty bottles out to be picked up and 4 full bottles to be left just like I do every month. The usually credit me the bottle deposits that were picked up and charge me for the bottles that were left, so it balances out to 0.00. This month the driver forgot to mark down the 4 empty bottles he picked up and never issued the credit. I have tried texteing the driver 2 times with no reply, I have called the customer service number to be told they will email the location and have also sent two emails with no reply. Gave them to the end of this month (April) to refund the account or I cancel the service before my next delivery date so they can come pick up their bottles, and I will find another company besides this company and Primo since they are the same company. Im trying to stay a customer but so far their customer service stinks. Will update this as everything progresses.

Avoid this company like the plague! Absolutely terrible customer service. We setup our account in December 2016 and paid for our first month in full. A couple days later, they made our first delivery and everything was good. We were told that we would receive monthly deliveries, and that we would receive an invoice each month to pay. January 2017 came and went and we did not receive any deliveries. We were emailed an invoice, however it would not let us pay it online, and it instructed us to call. I called the office on Friday 2/10 and was told that we had to either keep a credit card on file, or they could run a credit check to approve our account. I asked them why we werent told this when we initially set the account up, and after some back and forth, I was told that it was handled and that we would receive another delivery in 2 business days. A full week passed and still no delivery. I called the office again on 2/16 and was given the exact same run around. I finally just cancelled service. It is clear that nobody in the office knows what they are doing, and you get mixed information from everyone there you talk to. Also please note that I own another business that has been using their services for over 10 years, so this is how they treated a long time customer of theirs. I will also be calling to cancel service at that business as well. STAY AWAY!!!
