Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! Also most unorganized and do whatever they feel like doing at the time approach to business. Not only do they charge you when they dont even delivery. ---so make sure you check your bank statements on a regular! They make up their own schedule, they will not switch the delivery frequency if you want it more often..even though I used to have it every two weeks, they decided every 4 weeks and a different amount of bottles was better. Then, the delivery men have issues with each other so they decided to change the delivery date. When calling, thats a nightmare...to get ahold of someone, Im on hold for at LEAST 30 minutes before talking to someone and they say they will put a request in for something you want changed and it never gets done. I cant believe Ive even stuck with them for this long.

I never even had a chance to use their services. I was told I Must be home for the initial set up and delivery which was my only day off of work. No one showed up and I couldnt reach anyone to get an answer. When you use the email service you just receive an automated response that theyre looking into it. Then I Finally reached customer care representative and to be told they didnt have access to my house which is Not true since no one came.bSobIbhadbto terminate my services

I have been using this service for over ten years. I bought and own my water cooler. They have never forgotten a delivery even in hurricane weather when I stock up on 5 gallon bottles of water. I gave them a 5 Star only because I have not ever had a problem with their bills or service. I would fully recommend Crystal Springs Water as of June 2021.

The water tastes great . But we are now on our 3rd day past delivery date. We have called customer service at minimum 2 times per day and been assured our delivery was coming each day and gotten no call no show. A lot of patronizing sorrys from customer support number but no credible action or even offers to take care of us. Just stringing along. You have till the end of the day to get us our order if not Ill drive the equipment and empties there myself cancel my service and go on a scorched earth campaign and blacklist you on every site there is Im between jobs and have a lot of time.

Started service with Crystal Water Company in Jacksonville Florida a month ago. Was due delivery on 11/11/2020, but due to bad weather, delivery was delayed one day. 11/12/2020 came and still no delivery. Called the office twice and I was assured that driver would call me first thing in the morning on 11/13/2020 to let me know when they would deliver. 4 pm and no delivery or phone call. Called company twice and was assured that supervisor and general manager would call me. Saturday morning and no phone call from either supervisor or general manager. It’s now 3:45 pm on 11/14/2020 and still no phone calls or delivery. To say that this is very poor customer service is a joke. Come Monday morning, I will call the office and cancel service. Today, I had to go and buy a case of water, and I will be deducting that amount from my final bill. My spouse has a serious health condition that she has to drink bottled water and not tap water. I do not recommend this company to anyone!

For starts, the water cooler equipment isnt great. Had to replace the first one they brought within 1 hour due to leaking. Then had to replace the next one months later due to leaking also. Primarily, though, the delivery service has been far from stellar. The delivery person has normally been a day or two later than notification states (why notify us?). Our last delivery has not shown up for the original date, nor have they shown up for the 2 times weve called asking for a delivery since then. Looks like well be cancelling this service. Youve got to wonder what the point is having a water delivery company (or division) if you cant do the primary thing you advertise.Edit September 2021: The service has improved considerably so Im raising my first rating from 2 Stars to 4 Stars. I wont give 5 Stars until Im sure they stay on top of things (and so they dont get a big head).

I started as a customer of Crystal Springs Water back in 2003 when working at an office. Which eventually led to me having one in my home as well. Even when I left that job and have been at two other offices over the years, I’ve convinced them as well to set up an account with Crystal Springs Water. I love the convenience of a water cooler (cold and hot) and the convenient monthly delivery at a great price. To top it off, the beaches have the best delivery rep. David. He always goes above and beyond.

Not impressed with customer service.They dont respond to emails or if they do, it takes 10 days. I am still waiting on a response from an email sent 3 weeks ago. It was a question about their product. You would think they would want to sell something.It only took ten days to get a response on a billing question.You would think, regardless of the email, a response would be made.The customer service agent probably got credit for the email but never took care of the customerI am renting a water cooler, they gave me a dirty one. Where you put your cup is all sticky and gross looking. Youd think with coronavirus concern they would throughly clean the machine inside and out.I thought getting my water delivered was a good idea but with the pricing and lack of customer service and lack of sanitizing something we injest; I am rethinking. Pretty sad for a new customer.The delivery driver was nice.

Started service with Crystal Water Company in Jacksonville Florida in March 2020 and this is the 3rd time that we running out of water but this time is the worst, our water was due delivery on 11/02/2020. I have called customer serviced and they said I was on schedule, the water delivery never came and customer service assured they will come. Today, 2 days after my first call the empty water bottles still outside and we forced to go out to buy water. I have called again and now they are saying there is no more deliveries on my zone due to they are very overwhelmed with orders. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!

We have been using Crystal Springs for years and have always bee pleased from day one. The water is great...love our cooler so it is always chilled on these hot days. I really can taste a plastic taste from smaller bottles of water and it never quite taste as good as Crystal Springs. We will always be customers.

Would definitely recommend Crystal Springs water service. Delivery is prompt and customer service is impeccable. Anytime I need assistance they are very accommodating. Needed to have my water system changed out was done within a couple days.

UPDATE TO MY REVIEW BELOW:After my review, I received a call from the Operations Mgr. Nathan who was extremely apologetic and even admittedly embarrassed to hear about our experience with the company. He offered to make things right and was willing to do whatever it took to retain our business. I appreciated this very much, but we have already purchased a new water cooler and I too much had transpired at that point. I wish Id spoken to Nathan much earlier in the game and it may have turned out differently. He listened to my grievances and feedback, willing to take it all in for future consideration. He was not happy and I feel sure he will take action to ensure others dont have the same experience. I also received an email back from Cara K. who responded to my previous review. She assured me my account was canceled and pick up of equipment would happen. That has since taken place as promised and Im told the new charges I was emailed have been removed and account is closed. Its an unfortunate situation. The customer service we received at the end, would have saved our account had we received the same care from the beginning. The automatic delivery system is broken and needs to be fixed. This will alleviate many customers frustrations. And customer service needs to not make promises when they cant ensure what theyve promised will happen. I hope and do have confidence that the manager was very concerned and will do whats within his power to make the necessary improvements going forward. Thank you again to Nathan and Cara for helping me finally resolve my concerns.*Changed from 1 star to 3 for the efforts of Cara and Nathan and customer service I received from them.If I could give less than 1 star I would. Our business signed up with them about 6 months ago. Automatic deliveries that you modify, postpone or cancel are ignored. They deliver anyway AND charge you for items you didnt want or need and TRIED to cancel delivery on. Canceling of your account is NOT easy. Have requested 3 times this week alone. Emails to customer service not answered. Long hold times when you call. When they answer they say theyve taken care of it, but issues still not resolved. NOT user friendly or accommodating as promised upon getting the service. Just far too aggravating to deal with when trying to resolve issues. Youre told issues resolved and they are not. Very disappointed and STILL waiting for them to pick up their cooler and cancel our account. Meanwhile we are still getting emails about our next upcoming delivery!! Spoke to yet another representative just now who PROMISED someone would pick up the cooler today and that our account will be canceled. Well see if it happens today as promised. If not...BBB and escalated complaint is next.

It was easy enough to start an account, but exponentially difficult to cancel my account. The phone number listed here gives me a busy signal. When I dial the (800) numbers from the website, I am automatically transferred to Canada 🇨🇦, because my number is Canadian.They answer the phone Canadian Springs. It took several attempts before I actually got connected to a US call center. I spoke with Shay, who was a bit rude. I asked her why I could not cancel online, since that was how I registered/joined. Her response was I needed to call in order to cancel. I was not made aware of that policy when I signed up.The delivery driver on my route was outstanding and very friendly. Perhaps he should work on the customer service line.

A.C. Johnson is our delivery driver and he is always upbeat, happy and friendly. Once, my hearing and vision impaired wife didnt hear the doorbell and realized she had missed delivery and I was away on business. My wife cant carry the large heavy bottles. I contacted A.C. and he came back and completed delivery for us.

Great delivery experience, the new app is great, good customer service, our delivery driver is super friendly. Knocked off 1 star because the premium water products in the glass bottles arent available in our area and I really dont know why.

Delivery schedule is constantly changed online, extra deliveries added, deliveries removed, etc. They always claim I called them to make changes, but this has never happened. The delivery driver has an attitude, its not my fault your company decided to deliver me 8 bottles when I only ordered 4 and now you have to carry them back to the truck, get a new job if you dont like this one. Customer service representatives are not helpful, BUT the only other company available in Saint Augustine is so much worse, so your choices are limited

Weve had Crystal Springs water delivered to our door for decades, first in Atlanta and now in the Jax area. The price is a little high for people on a tight budget, but we love the taste of Crystal Springs. Getting the bottles delivered monthly encourages us to drink more water, since our tap water doesnt taste good to us. We have NEVER had a customer service problem over all these years. Whenever weve had a question about billing, delivery schedule, or a damaged bottle, we are able to reach someone by phone quickly and the matter is always handled professionally, in a friendly manner. The toll-free number on the website is a good way to reach a customer representative. The delivery people have always been great, too. This is an excellent, reliable company in our opinion.

Smartest thing I ever did. No bottles to dispose of, to store, or to carry from the store, car etc. I get distilled water which has helped digestive issues from local water. Having clean cold water to drink and cook with, plus the positive impact on the environment gives me peace of mind

BE AWARE!! These people will rip you off when it comes to automatic payments. Unprofessional and ignorant customer service. Blocked my account same day of delivery for no reason. Then the driver show up on my door a week after for delivery. Not to mention my flooded kitchen from their cracked bottles.

We have not received water in over a month because they apparently did not receive a check that was sent over 2 months ago; therefore, they say that our account is $20 past due. We received no notice and cannot talk to the local company about this. We had an account with them for 7 years. I was told a week ago that they would email the local company to see if they would be ok delivering water to us and there has been no response. We will give our loyalty to someone else.
