The noise and smoke stays mild inside so you can enjoy your time there.This is a LCA [Limited Cigar Association] location that carries some rare cigars from the Privada Cigar Club #WeArePrivadaThe staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable on the brands they carry. If you need help they are always there to offer assistance. Ive found some new cigars thanks to the employees here.They have a beer and wine bar that is pretty consistent. Place is well maintained with cleanliness in the entire building [lounge, humidor, bathrooms, etc. ]. We like to go here for the LCA releases on the 1st Fridays and on the weekends with some friends.

Used to come to this store all the time about ten years ago and loved it. Moved back to town and came in for the first time expecting the same great experience. Incredibly disappointed. The guy who was working was condescending, rude, and consistently cut me off when I tried explaining to him what I was looking for. I’ve been smoking cigars for 15 years yet was made to feel stupid by the employee. Not really a way to ensure people come back to your shop.

Small but really nice cigar bar with a walk-in humidor. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. Variety is of cigars in the humidor is pretty solid. They have some beers on tap and when I went there were plenty of people inside talking and having a good time. I intend to return and hopefully get some pictures. Its somewhat close to my house.

Small cigar lounge, nice tv, a small bar, and a very nice walk-in humidor. I drive 30 minutes to come here. I can find most of my regular brands and almost always find a new one to try.

This place is a great find. The humidor is well stocked with a deep selection of cigars at very fair prices. The staff is very friendly and they have a good outdoor area to enjoy a cigar and unwind. Definitely the best I found in the area and enjoyed every minute spent here. I’ll be back for sure.

This is my go to brick and mortar locations. They are very cigar knowledgeable and always there with great suggestions for cigars that I may like based on my preference.They do serve beer and have a large selection of cigars that would fit any budget.

Mandarin is a class act. Their staff are knowledgeable about cigars and can always suggest something with my palate. I enjoy their wine and beer selection along with whatever cigar Im smoking. The people in the lounge are a great group who I feel like Ive known longer than one cigar. The leather chairs are comfortable with several big screen tvs. Great place!

Mandarin Cigar is great. You can sit in the shade of its overhang, relax and read a good book or interact with the locals. Either way, it is a relaxing atmosphere.They carry snacks, Beer, Wine, Sodas and Bottled Water.Their Cigars are varied and reasonably priced.Lots of parking.Hours have changed. They now open during the week and Saturday at 10:00.Enjoy

I dont know anything about cigars. I told this to the man at the counter. I highly recommend this course of action, I walked out with a lot more knowledge and the first cigar Ive truly enjoyed. Fantastic service, knowledgeable guy.

Absolutely one of the friendliest places I have ever been. Good priced cigars, small and quiet environment. good place to have a conversation and have a relaxing smoke. Great staff. Beers are well priced too. Overall a great little place to relax. I go as much as I can, and I drive 30 minutes to get here.

Worker was extremely helpful! Have smoked a few cigars but never purchased on my own. Had no problem walking me through the entire selection even though I had no idea what I was buying, just what kind of taste I preferred :) highly recommended and very welcoming!

Great little hideaway. Decent choice of cigars. Prices are a little high for the scene. There is a poker table that is set up for private parties that kinda takes up space and can ruin your relaxation if youre going there to chill out, as the groups can get a little loud. About 5 beers on tap and Direct TV.*Beware of the caterpillar infestation though* They are all over their outdoor seating area and crawl up your legs, back and fall on your head from the trees. Oh yeah and they bite! Great for an after dinner smoke after dinner from Bonefish next door.

Good cigar selection and a really nice lounge. But, the clerk was so condescending and rude that I cant imagine going back. Holy Smokes has a better selection and is a cigar smokers cigar shop. Holy Smokes is definitely my go to place in Jax for a relaxing stick.

Always have a great selection and new products I dont know, but sometimes disappointed with the help. As a bartender, if I know someone doesnt know what they are talking about, I use my knowledge to assist and educate them, not try to prove to them they dont know much.As Ive had worse experiences elsewhere, Im pretty happy with mandarin cigars. Its possible its just annoying for people to ask for help at a cigar shop. I know theres certain things that piss people off in every type of work. Makes me grumpy when someone orders at the bar and then walks away. That being said, theres no excuse for showing annoyance to a customer.Otherwise, Great cigar shop! Will visit again soon.
