Darnell, Crystal and Mitchell were very helpful and patient on our first visit to Footaction this past Saturday. My son found the perfect pair of Crocs and was looking at many items that he liked in the store. There was a rack of good deals on clothing and shoes that my son was interested in. We will definitely be back to shop at Footaction in the Jacksonville mall!

Went to buy my kids some shoes from here show my id for the discount and cant get it cause they ask so many questions they dont need to such as when did u get out day mt year and alot more things they dont need to ask its crazy and to nosie if they see mine or my kids even my mom and dads thats all they need it says it all with the pic on the front of the card and our names i know its a little discount but when u r buying 3 kids shoes it helps

Made me do all the work. Didnt measure foot. Had to find tool and do it myself for daughter. After just having back issues. Would NEVER come again. And we love shopping at footaction. Buy at least twice a month. Never again.
