Every time I go in this place it’s torture. The staff is in lala land. Gave my panini away to another person after I had been waiting for over 15 min. I know I know be patient. But I go there for good coffee and convenience!I was in and out of McDonald’s in8 min. It’s frustrating cause it’s on my direct way to work. I want them to succeed but the keep disappointing me.Oh and the location sucks I almost get rear ended every time I pull in from University.

I called during business hours and I had to call back five times before they finally picked up the phone and hung it up. I had only one question: whether they had Blue Mountain Coffee and I would have been a customer this morning so you guys lost a customer today possibly, if you do in fact serve that brand, and it really doesnt make me in any hurry to go back to Starbucks if thats the way Im going to be treated.
