I was seeing an optometrist who had outdated equipment and still holding a pencil up to my eyes like its 1891! I was diagnosed with papilledema years ago which can cause blindness or death. Thank God l found Dr. Barnhorst! My first visit with him today was AMAZING! This facility has state of the art technology which is essential for an accurate diagnosis. The tech was extremely knowledgeable. The doctor patiently answered every question that l had regarding my test results. I got LASIK almost 2 weeks ago. Dr. Barnhorst was great. He explained everything as he was doing it. Everything went smoothly and the next morning I was able to see perfectly!! Getting my eyes dilated a few weeks before the procedure was more annoying than the procedure its self. I highly recommend Dr. Barnhorst. He will make sure you are a good candidate or he wont do the procedure. I liked the fact that the procedure was all laser and completely customized. I will be switching my entire family over to Dr. Barnhorst. I highly recommend him and his staff!

Wasted my time and did not address issues related to his assistant. Quick in and out with Dr. Then they wanted me to return for an additional test due to convenience of the office???? Not going back

Office is very organized, clean and modern. Front desk staff is extremely nice and friendly and was well prepared for my visit. Person who did my testing was very good and friendly. The Dr checked my eyes for diabetes damage and explained everything clearly. Best part is that no one tried to upsell me anything which was an issue with previous practice I was going to. I am going to stay with this practice.

They have all the latest technology to test allaspects of the eye. The staff is efficient and caring. I am so glad to have found them

First visit and everything was great. Did not have to wait long. Everyone was was kind and helpful. Dr Barnhorst was answered all my questions and and spent plenty of time with me. Overall it was a very good experience and I am glad I found such a good doctor.

The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming and answered my questions satisfactorily. The eye exam was the most comprehensive Ive ever had. I was glad Dr. Barnhorst reviewed the results at the time rather than requiring a follow-up visit. I am confident Teri will be accurate in performing the measurements on the lens.
