Wow! Amazing customer service. Dr Grace was patient, and detailed in getting me perfectly satisfied. Thanks to Dr Grace, I now have the best vision of my life. We actually went through two prescriptions to achieve the outcome. Dont deal with getting rushed around, come here, you will not be disappointed. Dr Grace has an uncommonly good work ethic.

Dr. Grace is AMAZING! Very patient with a tricky prescription like mine, she will work with you endlessly to make sure you have the best possible outcome.

I would highly recommend this optometrist. I didnt personally see Dr.Grace but I did see someone by the name of Erin. She was amazing and was very good about making sure I was comfortable. My previous optometrist gave me the wrong prescription and I was anxious at first. I was worried about getting the wrong prescription again. But, When all was said and done I can actually see now and have found someone I trust to go back to. They also have a pretty good selection and my glasses were ready for pick up in 40 minutes.

Dr Grace is fantastic. She is very professional and personable. I always have confidence in my exams and her diagnoses. One recommendation is to get your appointments scheduled earlier in the year and not to wait until the end of the year.

Dr. Foster is great. Shes very nice and loves her job. I didnt feel rushed or neglected like 90% of businesses these days. The whole staff was great as well. Great conversation.

Dr Grace is friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. She explained all the tests and patiently answered all my questions. Her staff is also very accommodating and helpful. All 3 pairs of my glasses turned out perfectly.

Fantastic experience with Dr. Dorado-Foster and the vision works team. The exam was quick with newer technology allowing me to avoid dilation and the associated side-effects. The staff up front assisted me in choosing frames and provided me with a thorough explanation of my costs and what my insurance covered. To top off a positive experience, I got my glasses same day! Would highly recommend this location.

I saw Dr. Dobleo for a contact lens exam. she was very professional, thorough and informative. The whole staff was very welcoming and efficient. I was switching from hard to soft lenses and have to give special compliments to the staff member who patiently supervised me learning to put the lenses in.

Doctor Dorado was honestly the most welcoming and informative eye doctor Ive ever had. Her professionalism really shines through every second of the exam. It was my first visit to her office being new to the area I was nervous about finding a new doctor but I am so happy I chose her.

I normally don’t write reviews, but I actually left Vision Works very happy that I had found a new Optometrist that really cares and is so wonderful and kind to her patients. You will not be disappointed when you’re in the hands of Dr. Grace Dorado-Foster! She really does care and will go the extra mile to make sure she answers every single one of your questions. I will absolutely be going back here for all my eye exams and contacts/glasses. :)

Ive been wearing glasses since I was five and contacts since I was about 14 and in all my years of endless eye appointments Ive never met a doctor as great as Dr. Dorado-Foster. She checked my eyes after I put my trials in to make sure they fit correctly and Ive never had anyone do that. They usually just hand them to me and ask me if I can read a line and then let me go. After my last experience with Americas Best I was nervous coming into a new place but the difference in how they operate is night and day. Her office staff is superb too. I honestly cant emphasize enough how great this office is

I went to Vision Works as a walk-in. Customer service was excellent throughout the entire visit. Although it was one of the busiest time of year, the wait-time was reasonable.

She was beyond friendly and helpful. She explained everything to my 9yr about the process and the outcome. Took her time and is absolutely someone we will be returning to!

Ive been going to them for several years. They have a great selection of frames and even though they were very busy two of their associates, Richard and Rachel, took a lot of time to help my husband and I make a good choice for our new frames. I would definitely recommend them 😊

I called Grace Dorado-Foster office yesterday (10/15) explaining that I got something into my eyes on Saturday (10/12) and I wasn’t being able to take out. I asked the office if they could take out for me if I scheduled an appointment.Upon my arrival, I explained the doctor my situation and she examined my vision. She guarantee to me that my eye didn’t have anything inside. She referred me to a specialist saying that my problem was related to another issue. I asked her to take another look in my eyes because I was pretty sure there was something inside my eyes. Once again, the doctor said that there nothing inside my eyes and for me to schedule an appointment with a specialist. I left the office still in considerable discomfort.This morning I was able to take the piece of dust of my eyes myself.Conclusion: She charged me $100 dollars for basically nothing. Even worst, the doctor let me walk out of the office with something inside my eyes that could damage my vision.I called this morning asking for a refund because I basically did myself what the doctor supposed to have done and wasn’t able to do even with all the equipment. Furthermore, if wasn’t for me being able to take the piece of dust of my eye by myself, I would be paying even more for to a specialist for NO REASON.The lady who spoke with me on the phone when I called today wasn’t very nice. She refused to call a manager and said that she was in charge of the decision.Just poor medical practice from the beginning to the end of my experience at Grace Dorado-Foster’ office.Whatever you do, don’t schedule an appointment there if you have a vision medical issue.

So I must admit, that I suffer somewhat with white coat syndrome but was immediately at ease upon meeting Dr. Grace Dorado-Foster. She was beyond kind and helpful to me!! Dr Grace Dorado-Foster is clearly very knowledgeable and really took her time to make sure everything was right and that all my questions were answered.. I’ve had terrible experiences in the past, with Bowden eye associates, so I was pleasantly surprised with Dr Dorado-Foster and the practice as a whole.. I could go on and on but I must say again how wonderful Dr Dorado Foster is, and I can say with total confidence, that she is the most pleasant, kind, and down to earth doctor I have even seen in my 50 years!!! I will definitely continue my future treatment needs with her and anyone looking for an amazing eye doctor she’s definitely the one you’re looking for!!!

Dr. Grace Dorado-Foster is THE best OD I have experienced in 50+ years of wearing prescription lenses. After months of not being able to see correctly and MANY trips to another ODs office, I went to Dr. Dorado-Foster. Two visits later and I could see both near and far again! I have since recommended her to several people and moved my entire family to her office. She and her staff are very responsive and professional. Highly recommend Dr. Dorado-Foster if you are in need of an eye professional.
