Been going to this Gate station for over 2 yrs almost every weekend because is less than a 1 mile from my condo. Every weekend buy ice, Gatorade and one six pack of beer. Seen Mary, the cashier, many, many times. Today Mary asked for my ID. At first thought she was joking but after I told her it was in the car, she said she needed to see it. Im 62 years old. When she insisted, I walked out. And went to the next station where a friendly cashier greeted me and handle the purchase. Congrats Gate - just lost another customer.

Staff are very rude. Especially in the morning. They dont smile, they dont greet you, you ask them something and it seems like nothing but attitude. Everything is over priced and just a bad experience every time I go there. Unfortunately its where Ive got to get gas. Just wish something could be done to make it a better place.

I wish I was able to leave a negative star. It is absolutely ridiculous for a popular chain gas station to not have a changing station in the restroom. I just had to change my son on my lap while sitting on the toilet. There should be a diaper changing area in both the womens and mens. I am surprised yall have gone this long without one .I will never do business with another Gate gas station for this reason.

Pretty much your basic Gate Gas Station really but, this store is always very clean its always busy but the staff is always on top of things.They keep the hot dogs and that sort of food hot and always ready dama and this is one of the few fast food places that actually seems to keep the milkshake machines clean, thats definitely a plus in the summertime.Michael H...

Well i was all set on some fine donuts that i love AND THERE WERE NO DONUTS NOW I HAVE TO STARVE FOR BREAKFAST

I went to Gate Store today (7/20/2019) around 8.30 pm. I bought one 10$ CASHWORD lottery ticket. I couldnt find the lottery scanner, I gave my scratchoff card to a girl at the counter and asked her to check the ticket. She scanned it and said its not a winning ticket, but I didnt see the result. Without asking my permission she put that ticket in the trash. I bought 3 more 10$ CASHWORD tickets. I went back to her and asked her to give my ticket back, she said that I didnt win anything and its in the trash. She is supposed give my ticket back. Please dont let them check your tickets.

There are new gas pumps at this location. You now have 2 choices for Regular gas---one is labelled E-10, the other E-15. Since I didnt see any posted sign at the pump explaining what these numbers mean, I went into the store to ask. Of the 3 clerks on duty, not one of them could explain what these new labels mean... Unbelievable!..I left and went down the street to the BP station....

Came in to grab some gas and meet a friend whos working w a crew of landscapers...As we walk into the store we grab a few items and head to the counter i noticed a employee staring my friend down. She looked like she was a manager so when i asled if there was a problem she got a ghetto tone in her voice(shes Caucasian) and said if it was i have no problem telling you. Very rude and unprofessional had a very bad experience especially when i am spending my money on products from this place. Noone likes to be stared down like they are stealing. Noone should be mistreated on or off work.

Cashier didnt talk or smile. Egg salad although in date was stale an no egg salad in the bread

*********PLEASE PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS - ALWAYS PRINT RECEIPT FROM THIS gas station. ***********I filled in gas for around $27 and I didnt get the receipt from the machine. It said not able to print the receipt and see the store. At that time I didnt realize how serious it was and left. But later I checked my credit card, it had transaction for $32. I didnt expect this to happen at this gas station. People going to this gas station, please be cautious and meet the store rep if you are not getting the printed receipt. Always validate the amount. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS.I finally had to call the credit card provider to get the refund. Hope everyone know how the customer care works. It was hell lot of wait time to get my $5 back.

Two african american girls working the shift right now are rude as hell or just racist as all hell. This place is dirty too. Dont deserve the label Gate. Go somewhere else. Corporate needs to fire those girls and close up

I would never go this gate store!!! The manager was making fun of my accent and she was so mean to me because I was foreign language!!!! Poor customer service.

Filled up 13 gallons of bad contaminated diesel. Cost me over 2k in repairs for my fuel system. DO NOT FILL UP AT GATE!!!!!

I bought diesel, I asked for my receipt and they seemed astonished, at the end I got a wrong receipt. Sometimes these criminals are inside. They must be robbing us and the station when they perform a service so confused and with so much intrigue and a shady service
