They r slow...on Filling out prescriptions. They say No Co pay ltr u have to pay or not Covered by ur Insurance we just spoke & was told No Charge but then oh not Covered... Bad Bad Bad. I called from Morning like 10 hrs no one is picking up the Phone......

This is the worst Pharmacy to use out of all of the CVS, My medicine was sent over on the 7th,I checked the status on the 8th and it stated it was filled.Went to go get my medicine only for them to lie and say they did not get the prescription until today.Told me give them an hour.I gave them several over 5hrs and my prescription still is not filled it is now going on three days since they were granted my prescription.There is no excuse what so ever that they can grant to remedy this.This is not the first time they did such a thing either my previous subscription they did not fill for a week and had me coming back every hour upon the hour promising it would be filled.I had to call my doctor to force them to fill it.Absolutely horrendous service.They never answer their phone even though there is always more then 3 people in their pharmacy.

Im a prescribing veterinarian. I recently had to leave a voicemail, as instructed by a pharmacy tech after waiting on hold for some time. From my voicemail apparently they had a question about the prescription dosing, but instead of calling my office to clarify, the pharmacy filled the prescription with the wrong dose of the medication. Luckily the dog has been on this medication for a while so the owners noticed the different dose and notified me, so I called and spoke to someone at this pharmacy, who saw the note on the file about the dosing but that they had filled the wrong dose and quantity as well. So luckily everything worked out for the dog but this was irresponsible of the pharmacy not to clarify if they werent sure about something, and I will never be leaving a voicemail with them again because I cant trust them unless I hear them read me back the prescription. Ive had bad experiences with other CVS pharmacies as well, so this doesnt surprise me. Your corporate leadership needs to improve training or checks and balances or something because Ive never had a chain cause as many issues as CVS routinely does. But this was my most recent experience here.

My doctor called in a script for me. I waited for the pharmacy to call me to pick it up. I had also changed my regular pharmacy to mail order because I was not happy with the service at this location. The people are rude and take their time to wait on you. I have complained to the management but they dont seem to care how their customers are treated. Anyway they put my meds on hold on the 12th when I went to the doctor on the 8th. I finally called on the 29th and found out they did have the order but had put it on hold and had not informed me. Now I can pick it up today the 29th but have to wait 3 hrs.You can bet this is my last visit there for anything...

Perscription sent in 0850 in the morning, still not ready 4pm. 45 minutes on hold, nobody answered the phone. Drove there, still not ready.

The worst pharmacy place ever. Service is so bad they literally have two people working in the pharmacy and they leave you waiting for so long. Even calling them barely works as I’ve been on hold for the past 45 minutes.

Its a CVS. If youre desperate, they have stuff. Its really rundown and gross and the pharmacy is TERRIBLE (slow, unfriendly, not terribly knowledgeable).Edit: tried again bc insurance pays more here. Its worth paying more to go anywhere else. Truly the WORST pharmacy I think Ive ever been to.Good luck finding a parking spot if you should decide to give this disgusting store a try!

This is my neighborhood CVS. Yes it is located close to my home; but I only keep going back because of the very efficient service and the friendly people who supply these services. I had my flu shot and was already caught up on Shingles and Pneumonia shots.

The WORST. The fact that you cant even count on the store to stick to their hours is ridiculous. Closing early when you are in charge of peoples medication is unacceptable to say the least. Take your prescriptions and other needs to a better and more dependable CVS location.

Messy aisles and the store itself just has a dirty feel. Seems as if prices are higher at this location then other locations. They accept my insurance so I’m stuck going here when filling my prescriptions. I will say that the pharmacy dept has improved drastically in between the times I’ve been.

We left Walgreens Pharmacy because one could no longer speak with ones long-time pharmacist with ease by phone but had to speak with someone less experienced by phone in another country or state. We started going to THIS CVS pharmacy instead for all of our RX needs and love it. EVERY TIME you walk in the door someone offers a friendly greeting and they say good bye the same way as you walk out the door. The Pharmacy staff has gotten to know us over the years and we have a good rapport where we feel comfortable asking questions and seeking advice as needed. Very professional. Love this pharmacy! Highly recommend. Ive never had trouble with their hours of operation like some of the comments seem to indicate but I usually pick up my rx right after work or in the morning.

CVS Pharmacys Head Pharmacist filled my prescription BUT also advised me of something to use following my surgery that my doctor DID NOT advise/prescribe them to give me! Come to find out that the week following surgery using what she gave me was the WRONG solution, and was the reason for my extreme discomfort and pain I was experiencing!!! Makes me furious of their incompetence. Filing a complaint, lucky Im not one of those lawsuit against everybody for negligence types of people.DO NOT GO HERE, RISK OF WRONG PERSCRIPTION/medication/advice and lacking product knowledge/treatment options

You should update your hours to the correct time you are open. Brought in RX for husband after he left hospital and was told you were open 2 more minutes. Its very stressful to take care of someone post surgery and this store was zero help. Your website clearly says 9 not 8 you should be available till 9 as listed.
