The lady was great helped me with everything I needed did a wonderful job store was nice and clean super friendly gave me advice ok n how to keep my hair nice and good..def will b coming back.

Prices are a little expensive when compared to Walmart but they have a large selection of products to fit different cultures.

Everything is kept in order and if you move the wigs there a lady that walks right behind you and moves them back. But she is always there when you would like something. I can not wait to go back.

I give them a one star because of there racial profiling!They follow you around in the store when you are just reading products, and choosing what products works for your type of hair. I will not return to there store! Shame on them!

The 2 stars I did give were because of their variety of products to choose from. Sadly, that alone isnt enough to give them my business again. One of the employees (Caribbean accent) was very rude. Regardless of the fact that this location is more convenient, I rather (and have been) drive out of my way in the opposite direction to go to Beauty Depot.

This is a nice place to tell if a diamond is peaceful we have a lot of things to choose from

If I could give negative 5, I would...3 days ago, I went in to get a few items but decided to look around to see what they have... My daughter spoke and said hello very loud and 3 more times to the Asian owner at the front of the store... Asian woman never looked up. We went to the wig area, she followed us in and never said a thing, I went through the aisles looking at the variety, she followed me to the next aisle and finally I went to the back portion of the room she slid down to view me there... I turned around and said So you cant speak to me but you want to follow me? She goes...No I wanted to see if you needed help, oh my God! First off... If you wanted to see if I need help... Even if you thought I would steal.. how about verbally acknowledge me first and ask if I need any help.This makes me remember, years ago at another store they owned called the Roxy, I was accused of stealing a $1 carmax tube right after spending money with them...I pulled out my own carmax and applied it to my lips not thinking about what they sell...the Asian lady at that store tried to tell me I was stealing and needed to pay...I told her to watch the camera..I stopped shopping with them for a long time after that but this time...Im really done! Ive spent thousands there over the years... my mom and sister shop at those locations as well...this mistreatment solidifies my decision not to give my cash to them ever again!

They wanted to charge me full price got the display that they had on the floor was watching me bgg shop very closely like they were under the assumption that I was a thrifty I ignored it and asked her if i bought 2 could she cut me a good deal and she said no and pretty much acted like I was American trash..I highly doubt ill b back

The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable and thy have a great selection and varieties of high quality products. I love the owners they amazingly carting about their customers and what they need. I am so very satisfied.

It is probably my fave because I have been going here forever. But ummm...anytime your money low...and you want a sew in...enter the door and the far right back corner is the sale area...either half off...or $10 and $5 hair. Its great.

This is the only beauty supply in jacksonville that I shop at. The staff always greets you as you walk in and theyre very helpful and friendly. The prices are reasonable and now they offer eyebrow and eyelash services.

My experience when I entered was....WHY IS THiS ORIENTAL LADY LOOKING AT ME????? But when I asked the oriental lady a question she was very informative & STOPPED!!!!! Following me around the store w/her eyes 👀 😃

While the store had a nice interior, this women stood still and stared at me and my grandmother shop. I hadnt paid attention to her, and I thought she was a manikin. She kept following us around until I spoke to her. I didnt buy anything. Us coco people arent trusted among their clientele I guess.

OlIf I could rate them a zero II would. I had purchased a product from their store and left to visit another store located in the same strip. My son had been advised to visit Walmart to use the restroom because their store didnt have one.bHe left then returned to be harassed and denied reentry. He explained that I had to purchase stuff for my hair and that he left me in there. The staff needed a name, as though they knew me. He had just gotten off from work. He is a painter and was headed to another job. So, he is a potential customer. He was a potential customer and they have lost at least five others with whom I have shared this experience. I called back to inquire the stores return policy and the man that answered danced around the answer, referred me to my receipt and finally replied exchange or store credit for returns. Wake up stop shopping in places that dont care about you!

They provide great customer service. I walked in someone greeted gave me a basket while shopped and also was there to help with my bag at the front

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! The young girls that work in the store are nice BUT the Older Asian Lady IS HORRIBLE! I asked did the Okay edge control come in Dark Brown? She said No when I later found out SHE CLEARLY LIED TO ME! I wish I can give 0 stars! Coming from the North I can not understand why anyone here in the South would subject themselves to her Horrible ways? The store on 103rd is HORRIBLE!

DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE! I come to this store at least every two weeks for skin and beauty products and have spent thousands of dollars over the years here. Yet they STILL follow me around like a criminal even though they know my face from seeing me so frequently. This is so dehumanizing, frustrating, hurtful, and humiliating. I will not be turning . Today was the last straw.

This is by far the worst beauty supply store! Sue has absolutely no customer service skills, and she doesnt care if she loses faithful repeat customer over $20 exchanges. The receipt clearly states that you are able to do an exchange within 10 days after purchase as long as product is in new condition. LIE! I tried to exchange hair that I had just purchased the day before, but I was told by Sue that I could not because the box was a little bent... Seriously? They will look for any excuse to not do an exchange! BEWARE! Do not shop here!! There are plenty of beauty supply stores around here that will value you as a customer, because Sue clearly doesnt!! I will not be returning here!

Ok, just left there last night labor day. i bought two wigs I live in Gainesville,FL and when I got home i notice my wig was the wrong length. The man on thephone told me it is a state policy that they cannot issue an exchange. i didnt even ask for my money back I just wanted the wig I tried on. i use to live in Jacksonville and had no problem with that store hated going to the area it was in and dont like buying from those people because i believe they get a memo from the white man to treat all black people like we dumb and hood rats. I never was brought up in the hood and i have a master degree and he was talking to me like I was igornant. i understand there policy but if you the owner you couldve exchanged it. Thats the purpose of you being the owner. he told me it was a state law. He breaking the law by paying people under the table from what the other review says.
