Always the staff are very nice and super helpful all the time and they help me pick out what is best for my skin/hair type. All the products in store all smell so good and work miracles. I really miss the brazed honey face mask and wish they brought it back.

Giving this 1 star because I was told to leave because I didn’t wear a mask. They offered one to me but I refused it. Meanwhile people pulling their masks down to smells products. So what exactly is the point Lush? You lost business. My friend and I walked across the street to L’Occitane and got our smelly goods. I’d rather pay extra for a store that appreciates my business. 👎

A company that bars people from entering who can not wear a mask due to a medical exemption is discriminating. The manager claimed they would serve you from inside while you waited outside. However, my daughter was not given that option. Besides the fact that cloth masks and surgical masks are not designed to stop a virus, this is a clear violation of their policy as well as a what appeared to simply be an exercise in rudeness. Brick and mortar stores will be out of business soon if people find that ordering from an online retailer is more convenient. Shame on Lush for being both a retailer that discriminates as well as a retailer that relies on inaccurate information when it comes to the science of PPE, which I have decades of experience wearing.

I love going to Lush! It smells so good, right off the bat. I always wanna try something new and buy something as often as I can. The employees are usually very helpful and the shampoo is perfect.

Wow just love Lush! To avoid the use of packaging and to support this outstanding vegetarian no animal testing company, our household has switched entirely to as many Lush products as possible. Naked Shower gel is our shower companion of choice. The naked shampoo is amazing! Lathers really nicely. Everything smells incredible. I am consistently amazed by the wealth of knowledge and information every single Lush associate provides when we visit. Wish I could give 10 stars!

Love the products especially the bath bombs and bubble bars. Prices are a bit high but most bubble bars can be cut into 6-9 pieces so you dont waste an entire bar on one bath.

This is a great LUSH location and actually the first LUSH store I ever visited but I can say that once I walked into this location I was hooked. The smell of a LUSH store is something you just have to experience, if you are looking for a good bath bomb to get you started I would recommend the butter ball. It has a light scent and its very moisturizing.

Walked in and was greated by a friendly employee! She was very knowledgeable about the products and was able to show me what I was looking for. She demonstrated one of the new products for me as well as personalized my sample based on my interests. Store was clean and organized. Great experience, cant wait to go back.

This shampoo and conditioner is great! I using the honey shampoo, and the hair treatment once a week. My hair is coming back to life again. All natural, love it! The girls at the avenues was very helpful!

Stopped in today for my first ever visit. Ive always thought that lush was just an overpriced store for bath bombs lol. I didnt realize all that they had there. Nicole was super sweet and helpful in finding me products that would help out with my skin problems. Ive tried every chemical product under the sun and none have worked. If all goes well with what Ive purchased, I will definitely be back!

I absolutely love this brand/company. I have tried other organic products without being able to see any real results but everything I have used at lush is amazing. Also all the girls who work at the store love their products and believe in them so much that they give the best customer service.

The food was fresh and good. The prices are way too high for the amount of food that you get and the amount is very low and small amounts. The sitting area is very dirty but the help is nice. Went to pick up my mom a bath bomb just because. Was immediately asked if I needed help which was nice. The saleslady was helpful, and I told her I was ready to check out as I walked to the register. Another customer needed help so she helped him which I had no problem with. I waited my time by smelling some soaps near the cash register. All of a sudden the worker and other customer come up to the front. She was aware I was waiting to check out yet she checked this guy out instead? What kind of horrible customer service is that? It was so rude. I didnt say anything, but I just laid my bathbomb I was waiting to buy down and left the store. Really disappointed that I was ignored in favor of a different customer.

First of all I LOVE lush. Thats not the reason Im giving this store in specific a one star review. I understand getting personal with your customers and its also a good way to sell a product to them. I get that some people are just trying to be friendly. What doesnt sell product and whats not friendly is when one of your employees, is sitting there uncomfortably flirting with my boyfriend right in front of me. Even after, both of us made it very clear by our body language and words that we were far beyond uncomfortable.This was the conversation verbatim:Her speaking to me and my bf, okay so who would like to go first?Me oh he can since I did the scrub already.Him, mind you, a bit hesitant because hes not into beauty products says ehhh, alright.Her speaking directly to my bf, Awww, cmon dont be shy I dont bite....hard. then she proceeds to laugh.He said please dont bite me at all that would be preferableHer speaking to my bf, aw, are you sure? Not even a little nibble?

I like lush but their salespeople are awful. A few months ago me and my friend went here to look at some bath bombs a pushy salesgirl wouldnt leave us alone. She then bothered us until my friend tried the lotion. She tried to put some on me (without asking) but I told her that I have extreme allergies and cant risk it. The reality is I cant stand lotion texture. The salesgirl begain to argue with me and acted like an expert on skin conditions. The whole event left a bad taste and I havent been back since.

Using hand sanitizer or being forced to wash your hands shouldn’t be allowed even if I wasn’t planning on touching everything. After working 60+ work hours for the last 4 month, I just wanted to treat myself to a bath bomb. I new what I was going to buy and then leave. Instead I am not allowed to stay even though I have already used hand sanitizer at several other stores within 10 min. I will now go back home and find a different way to treat my depression which your employees don’t care about.Also, I was in the same store a week earlier and purchased a shampoo bar and wasn’t forced to use hand sanitizer or to wash my hands.
