Let me tell you that my expectations were blown away from the moment I walked in.When I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly young lady who asked what brought me into the store and offered to get me a beverage. That was a pleasant surprise. She then gave me a brief breakdown of the store layout and informed someone would be with me shortly.I waited approximately 5-7 minutes, during which time I enjoyed a cold beer.My entire purchase process extended over a period of a few days which resulted in having worked with two different sales persons. I had to take my engagement ring in to be serviced. I live in the panhandle of Florida so I had to travel across state to Jacksonville. Vika helped me get my appointment squared away and was awesome with communication and helping me meet my needs for the repair, even with traveling. The jewler who repaired my ring was Robin. Though she had many repairs that day, she was able to squeeze in my repair while I waited. I was so surprised when it was brought out to me, as I only brought it in to replace a side Damon’s…. Robin had also applied a rhodium plating for me. My ring looked as great as it did the first day I received it! I was so happy and thrilled.
