Very professional watch repair. They fixed my watch with a bent case back that didnt want to close. I visited 5 different jewelry stores in the area and they couldnt snap the case back in. But Jewel Tech watch repair fixed it in 3 minutes! Very honest and helpful people. Thank you!

My finger began to swell and my wedding ring was stuck. So we did everything to get the swelling down but to no available. So we did a Google search and Jewel Tech was the first thing that popped up. So I called them and explained my situation. I asked if the had ring cutting tools, and they said they did. They stated they were happy to help cut off the ring at no cost. I asked where they were located and found out they were only 2 miles away. We went there and they were able to cut the ring off. It was a nice clean cut. They even were able to solder it back together like new on the same day. Convenient location and quick, friendly service.

I was cleaning my jewelry in a basket on the stove. I forgot it and the water boiled out, completely melting the basket, and encasing my jewelry in plastic. I was devastated and could not stop crying. I had a tennis bracelet, 2 pairs of diamond earrings, my engagement ring, and my college class ring in that mess. I have been to other places and priced jewelry and I keep returning to Jewel Tech. They treat people like family and always have time to make you at home.
