If I can give zero stars it would a BIG FAT ZERO! That place is disgusting. The health department need to visit that store, Rats, leaky ceiling, exposed ceiling where the water had collapsed the ceiling. Buckets everywhere in the store . It sinks. Nothing is on the shelves. It is total disaster. It really needs to condemned.

Hands down the most pathetic of all the Dollar General stores, which is saying a lot considering what a dumpster this company is. My most recent complaint is that the store policy of prohibiting an item worn on my back makes absolutely zero sense given the fact that they allow a woman and her 177 children to walk around the store with a huge handbag, but my tiny backpack which I have no access to on my back is somehow a concern. Their is a convenient option of allowing me to leave it with someone I dont know and have never met at the register, who will spend half of their time away from the register without guarding my valuable property. My backpack is inaccessible while Im wearing it, yet the lady with the massive handbag can waltz around while her and her 15,000 children drop stuff in it all day long without any problems. Makes a lot of sense, especially considering that I was there to actually pay for my items, unlike her and her 10,787,000 children thieves. Congratulations Dollar General, you have officially become just like the communist country all your products come from.

Dollar General has a great location with a bunch of awesome gems to enjoy. The Korean restaurant, for example, and I also I look forward to the Bosnian grocery store right next-door.

This is my go to place for everything when I dont feel like the crowds at Walmart and the prices are good also.

Looking for Believe Beauty foundation. All shades in the wrong place and none of the 1 I needed. Tried 2 stores! Same thing at both. 1 store had 1 bottle of my shade but had been opened and tried!

A bit better than most dollar stores in general in the Jacksonville area, in my opinion. The store is actually very clean and well-stocked, and well-maintained in general.And I was pretty surprised on my last visit there, to see some really attractive dinnerware for $1. I mean, comparable to much higher priced General furnishing stores.My only complaint, and not a very serious complaint really, is that the lines in check-out are very very slow. Besides that though a very nice store, love tapped and clean, and worth a visit.

As long as they have regular shipments I prefer to get household items here. Friendly staff when I go in.

This location is OK. They did have a woman there that wouldnt even look or speak to you but I noticed she is gone and that its why the rating is so high another reason why is because they do keep their shelves pretty tidy which is almost unheard of in a dollar store

At the time I I was looking for a certain product and the lady that was working at the time it was approximately 4 35 P end in the afternoon and the lady the last couple of times that was working his very customer-friendly excellent customer service with me shows me where things are and is very pleasant to have as customer service she deserves a raise really really deserves a grass for how pleasant and helpful she is

Very convient location, and they always have just what you need.

Store is always clean, and the girl at the counter is always friendly whether its the older lady or the younger one . Never have to look for anything for very long before someone offers assistance.

Very clean store. Friendly staff, nice prices. Updating review. Listen DG general managers, corporate and so on. The lack of care and concern for the customer experience you all are providing to customers is UNACCEPTABLE. For the past 3 times Ive went into DG the digital coupons DO NOT WORK. At first the response from an employee was, call corporate. They wont listen to us. Why should I have to take time out of my day to call the corporate office when you all have informed them. If they wont fix the digital coupons per employee feedback, my word means nothing. Last week I had them refund my entire laundry items because the digital coupons didnt work. I went in today and there were 15 people waiting, I was the 3rd in line, all because the digital coupons would not work for another customer. Annnd Im like where are the other employees? No one came out to assist, every single person had to wait while the cashier tried multiple times to ring up this ladys purchase, finally the customer said the line is backed up and this is ridiculous. she walked out leaving alllll of her items. If corporate cannot provide better systems to support their weak digital coupons. then go back to paper coupons and leave the ads in the store and we pick them up as we come in. Also the way the digital coupons recalculate the entire purchase and only take a % off instead of the amount was already bs. I just wanted DG to know the service youre providing to customers is awful.

I shop here alot. There is a white lady that works here that is not very nice. She treats other employees crappy while also ignoring customers. They always have issues with the register or not being able to make or break certain bills. Its ridiculous the issues they have at this store. The only reason I continue going here is bec its near my house and its out of convenience.

Employees like to act as if they are doing you a favor. Every other Dollar General I have been to has had a public restroom. In this specific store, they will tell you that they dont have a restroom or that its out of order.

I had to return an item that I purchased for someone else that they did not like the item still have original tags and receipt the manager was very polite gave me no issues no argument return full refund no-questions-asked I definitely recommend this place over a lot of the dollar stores open in two and a very rude

I just walked out of this dump and the staff does nothing about the loitering population that comes in and.sexually harasses the customers. There are veiled threats made jokingly, but it just continues, making each woman through the line uncomfortable and it’s intimidating. Was made to feel unsafe.
