I would give zero stars if possible. I told them upfront the problem was probably a bad compressor. The tech they sent out agreed but then told me they cannot replace a compressor on an LG refrigerator. Despite not getting any repair the still charged me $180. This is not right. They should have been upfront with me and told me that they were not equipped to replace the compressor. They KNEW they couldn’t fix it and therefore shouldn’t have accepted the appointment in the first place or they could have offered to send someone out from another office that is capable of doing the repair. Meanwhile, I’m still without a working refrigerator and they just don’t seem to care. This is outrageous and poor business practice.
I never write reviews but this time I couldn’t help it! Worst company ever, don’t call them or do business with them. My new LG oven is broken after only 3 months of using it. I called LG and they put me in contact with ACS.They just called me to accept the ticket repair and told me that before they come, I needed to uninstall the double oven. I told them that I couldn’t do it, and also I didn’t want to do it as they could make me liable if the oven was damaged, and then it would not be under warranty anymore. After this short discussion, she told me that they were canceling the appointment and that I needed to contact LG another time. The woman over the phone was super rude, and honestly I think they were not interested in doing any repair when they realized that the oven was under the manufacturer’s warranty. They were supposed to come to NWA from Jacksonville, 3 hours drive, so for sure not aiming to do the drive for a warranty repair. After reading all the other reviews, I see their professional work. Stay away from them!!!!!
Lowes sent them out to repair our microwave. Their tech replaced a blown fuse but obviously didnt test out the microwave afterwards. As soon as I opened the door to the microwave the fuse blew again. After doing some research, this is a known issue. I called ACS and they said the tech said he tested it. I told them that he obviously didnt because the fuse blew as soon as I opened the door. They said they believed their tech. Wouldnt have them repair anything of mine. Contacted Lowes and got another repair company out and it was a faulty door switch blowing the fuse.
I never leave a review, but this company is terrible and if you can help it do not use them . My Samsung refrigerator is under warranty so they are the ones who called ACS not me. I took off work half a day for someone to come out. They fixed the issue but the next day it wouldnt even make ice. They sent someone else out, after taking off work again. This worked for a few weeks then we started having the same issue again, called Samsung wo called ACS. When the girl called to make the appointment for the day after the call I told her Id have to see what I can do cause it was hard for one of us to take off with such a short notice. We was able to work things around and took off another half day of work again . They called at 3:02 pm saying the technician got sick and we would have to reschedule. I understand sick and hope he is feeling better. I ask if there was someone else that could come that day since this would be the third time of taking off work. I was told no, so I ask if we could do a Saturday appointment since we had worked with their schedule and taken off 3 half days and the issue still wasnt fixed. The girl told be she would check and call me back. After them calling today to schedule for tomorrow I decided they do not listen and do not value my time . I called Samsung to have them use another company. By far one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with . I would have used no stars if I could have.
If I could give negative stars I would. They have been to my property 4 times, charged me over 500$. Dishwasher is still broken, their technicians havent a clue what theyre doing. Save your time and money. Use another company...
They claim they repair refrigerators. They charged me $75 to come look at my refrigerator, and told me the compressor needed to be replaced. The guy said it would take 3-5 business days to get the parts. 5 business days later I call to check on it, and I was told “we aren’t going to fix it, because we don’t replace compressors”. They kept my money and didn’t help and even lied about going to fix it originally. Do business with anyone else, not these people.
Brand new LG TV failed within a week and would no longer turn on. Contacted LG who set up the appointment with ACS for the repair. When I got the first call from ACS I enjoyed the text service where I sent them the serial number, picture of the TV and purchase receipt. A few days went by and I called ACS to see what the next step was (I was never told). Turns out they were waiting on a part. Received a call when the part came in and they gave me a 4 hour window for service. Day of repair I got a call when the repair crew was an hour out. Repair crew came in, spent maybe 40 minutes on the TV and did what was needed...fix it. Happy to watch TV again.
Note for others : a more appropriate use of your time is to contact your TV company and let them know about your service experience. The more they know, then their contract with this company will naturally be terminated. Doing that now with Samsung. Also, I have a repair schedule for next week. Please cancel the repair. I’m not going to wait on hold for 20 minutes to speak to someone (this has been my experience the last 5 times I contacted the company). I am gladly going with someone else.Seriously. Listen to the reviews. You can tell the company thinks they have done nothing wrong based on their responses. I’ve had similar issues with them, but no point in posting it because everyone can clearly see they believe they think they are doing well.
They claim to repair refrigerators but have no interest in doing so. The technician they sent to the house wanted to order parts for my refrigerator but he said when he tried to order parts his boss told him not to and to close the warranty ticket. I called their office and they denied my request to talk to the boss that supposedly made that decision. Called Lowes and they are sending another company out to repair the refrigerator.
First of all I was not contacted through the phone number that they were told to contact me with, they called my work number. Left a message and I got it way later. Was supposed to have an actual appointment On Thursday to get my dryer fixed which was under warranty .Then told that was just for a phone consultation... no one was coming o fix anything on Thursday after I had been expecting them for days. The young woman who answered the phone was rude!! If it wasn’t for Lowe’s these people would have no business. I’ve never left a bad review for anyone ever so this would make the first. Yes I did call Lowe’s back and canceled my appointment after I was told it would be an additional 5 to 7 days and then they would call me when the part came in. So how exactly do they know what part it is since they never ever talk to me except for gave me the runaround and I talked to a very rude person. Believe this is the same company that came out twice before and told me that I didn’t have enough wattage for my dryer even though I’ve lived in my home for 20 years and I’ve had a couple of other dryers and never had a problem. Please Don’t contact me! You totally deserve the review you got.
The absolute worst customer service. I had an appointment set up through Lowe’s for an extended warranty repair. I took off work for my scheduled appointment and I called them to verify they were indeed coming after the appointment time was almost complete. I was quickly informed that Lowe’s did not set their appointments and they had no intentions of coming. I was told that they did try to call me but for some reason I don’t have any missed calls. The young lady told me that she could not apologize for Lowe’s, and I agree that Lowe’s extended warranty was just as much as fault. Did not try to fix the problem only added to it.
LG contracted with ACS to inspect my LG TV. ACS gave me a 4 hour window from 2pm to 6pm on a Monday, during which a technician would to come my house. I was told the technician would call me when they were close.Halfway into the window, I got a call from the ACS main office saying the technician was delayed and that LG didnt permit them to perform an inspection after 6pm, so theyd have to reschedule. They said theyd come between 1pm and 5pm the following day.The next day, the entire 4 hour window went by without any call from ACS. I finally got a call from the technician at 5:30pm saying he was about 45 minutes away. (What happened to the LG rule about performing the inspection after 6pm?) When I informed him I had a prior commitment and was no longer home, he made it clear that he could not care less. He said something along the lines of Well just have to reschedule then and tried to hang up. When I mentioned this was the second day in a row ACS had failed to show up, he seemed more annoyed at me than apologetic.I called the ACS main office and told them about the issue. The woman on the line apologized and said she would leave a note for the scheduling manager to see the following morning. She told me I may need to call back (after 11) if I dont hear back. No thanks -- Im not going to chase you all down to get you to do your jobs.I called LG and told them about the horrible customer service on the part of ACS and they thankfully canceled the service request and scheduled it with a different company which, believe it or not, actually showed up when they said they would and fixed my TV. LG would do well to stop using ACS entirely.Edit: As you can see from the response by the owner, this company takes no responsibility for their poor customer service. I would recommend avoiding this company.
They have the worst customer service. The lady that answers the phone is rude. I had a appointment made by Lowe’s they never showed up when I called they said they ordered parts no one ever called to tell me they were not coming
Horrible people! Take your business elsewhere! They do not know what they are doing and will lie and lead you on.
Beyond terrible.Do not use this company. They came 4 times to fix the TV and each time it was worse. Finally they installed a motherboard that wasn’t even programmed for the unit! They tried to charge us again and tried to get us to sign a disclaimer absolving them of fixing it!Shocking service.
Worst customer service ever. The girls who answer the phone are rude and disrespectful. Nobody gets back to you with any follow-up. I did not choose to use this place. LG directed me to them to repair my TV which was under warranty. I have a new TV and will not use this place if I need repair. I will make sure LG is aware of it. Website doesnt indicate appliance repair. From comments on other reviews, they deny being that company. But this is the company that failed miserably.
Could not recommend this company, they were picked by LG to fix a washer problem and it has been a complete shambles. The first tech changed a circuit board which did not fix the issue and told my wife that he needed more parts (a user board). Silence for days and when I contacted the company they told me the tech said he fixed the problem..Wrong!!They then said they would send someone else out, same person showed up, told him to knock on the door if he needed anything, he spent half the time on the phone and just left without letting us know what was going on. I called the company again and was told that he needed more parts (again) in the meantime he had scratched the washer and dented it getting it apart.Next call I get is that ACS is sending a different technician out, tech shows up, no parts, says he needs to look at the washer and get us to pay $250 for the service call, my wife refuses so he leaves. I call the company and talk to the manager who states that he was there to test the machine and check for a manufacturing defect and if they could not find one we had to pay the $250. No mention of the prior visits, the statements of needing more parts etc. She also said the error code of UE is for unbalanced load which we know except for the fact that the machine stays on the spin cycle for literally hours and then that that error shows up which is why LG started a warranty repair in the first place.I would not do business with this company, they are not straightforward and either their techs do not give them the facts or they are misrepresenting what the techs say. Do not appear to be ethical people.I have relayed this information to LG and hope they select another company going forward. The comment from the owner below says this is not the same company but I looked up the phone number I have been using and it comes up with this company at this address. Problem was in fact warrantied by LG who paid for the repair. As a follow up LG sent a different repair company whose tech diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes, ordered the parts and installed them a week later and fixed the problem. Also at that time I discovered that the ACS tech had not installed the circuit board correctly which caused other issues. No change in my opinion of this company.
Wonderful staff very helpful
I look forward to this company repairing my LG oled sometime next week. I believe in fair reviews for companies so my rating will be a 5 unless we otherwise have issues. So far communication has been great
Was talking to them about warranty service and there was a disagreement and while trying to figure out what to do they were somewhat rude. When I told them that I was a customer and they did not need to talk to me rudely, they proceeded to tell me that I was a Samsung customer not theirs. Glad to hear it,. would not let you work on anything of mine. Beware!!!!
Didnt Show up for appointment.I had a repair scheduled from 1 to 5 and they didnt bother to show up. I called and they said they had to order parts. They hadnt even been out to diagnose the problem and they are ordering parts?? When I complained about them not showing up for the scheduled appointment and asked why they didnt call and cancel they said sorry and tried to blame it on someone else. They are the ones that scheduled with me. When I started googling this company to leave a review it was very difficult to find them and as it turns out they are a computer repair service. I was working with Lowes warranty service to get a Samsung refrigerator fixed and this company is who Lowes set up. Nowhere on their website does it mention appliance repair. I called the 800 number ASC sent me via text and asked if they were Arkansas Computer service, the service rep said yes, then I asked if they also repair appliances and she said yes. I find the lack of appliance repair info on their website and the fact they ordered parts before they came out to diagnose the problem very sketchy. Use this company at your own risk.
I dropped off an expensive 65” curved Samsung TV for an estimate. They quoted $2600 for a panel replacement. When questioned for more information they tried to charge $70 for the quote details. I took the TV to a reputable repair place and they repaired it for $300 the cost of a power supply. ACS felt very deceptive from the start. I’m glad I took it someplace else instead of disposing it. Avoid ACS for TV repair!
The screen on my 55 Samsung Smart TV stopped working last week. Samsung customer service recommended ACS LLC. This company knows what theyre doing. They asked the right questions at the beginning, ordered the parts for the repair, followed up with the parts ETA, and scheduled an appointment to fix it. My technician Mitch, showed up and diagnosed the problem, walked me through what may have caused it, replaced the screen, updated settings and explained why and what he was doing. Within 45 minutes my TV was fixed. I will definitely be recommending this company. Great work!
The information that was given when I dropped my tv off was totally different when it came timeto pick the tv up! I do not want a handout and I don’t mind paying a diagnostic fee, not as high as there’s, but don’t have me dropping off my tv and you tell me the cost of the repairs are more than buying a brand new tv!! I ONLY went to this location because Samsung advised me to go due to my tv being a Samsung! I will NOT be back!Update: And I STILL didn’t get anything accomplished! 😕😕
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!This company has repeatedly lied to me for the past two weeks when Samsung supposedly contracted them to repair my 5 month old 65 inch TV. They have been telling me for two weeks (most recent call 3 days ago) that parts were ordered and they were waiting on one more part and they would set up a time to come fix the tv! Never heard back from them!!!! Today I call Samsung to see when the part will be or was shipped and i’m told that ACS denied the repair due to “work load”! What a joke!!! Please don’t put yourself through this, the company is worthless. My ticket is under the name Ashley Thompson. If the company continues to say they don’t have a customer by this name I can see if I can upload photos of the call history and text messages exchanged as evidence otherwise.
I brought my 43” Samsung LED tv in about a month ago I received a quote I agreed to pay but it never got repaired they claim my parts are on order but no tracking number who uses a company that doesn’t provide a tracking number? I’ve been told this over (3) weeks my opinion take your tv anywhere but here I stayed on the back burner until I just told them do what they want with it and I ordered a new one off line cheaper than their quote for repairs I believe it’s a scam company
AWESOME STAFF AND BEST LOCAL COMMERCIAL DECOR. My iPad bit the farm. I kept forgetting to go to NLR to drop it off for repairs. For the first time, I noticed ACS as I was passing by and decided to dropped in.Fast, professional, and courteous service. My iPad works!!!I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND !!!
Lacked any discernible sense of urgency throughout the manufacturer warranty replacement process. No awareness or compassion to the individual situation or the customer viewpoint.
I purchased my TV in November of 2016 from Best Buy. It is a 4K Samsung TV that was top of the line at the time of purchase. My TV had a 4” black line down the right side of the TV, from top to bottom. I called Samsung to find an authorized dealer in my area and I was pointed towards ACS. I dropped my TV off at ACS with the understanding that I was going to be footing the bill. They determined that the required part to fix my TV issue was the “LED Array” which was no obsolete. As you can imagine, I was in shock that my 16 month old TV had obsolete parts even when they are still selling it at Best buy. ACS told me that I could purchase the entire LED display, but weren’t going to propose that option since it was $1,200, which is the price of a nice new TV. ACS said that I could call Samsung and try to get a one time out of warranty replacement which they have seen happen before. For the sake of time, I will leave out the fine details. So I called Samsung and they denied me everything that I had asked for. The customer service guy told me to call their parts department to find out if the part was obsolete. I swiftly mentioned to them that I just picked up my TV from ACS, an authorized Samsung dealer that YOU pointed me to, and that they said it was obsolete. He said that I would have to have proof of this. I said ok, let me conference in ACS to have them tell you or send you whatever you need to verify this. I conferenced in ACS, but this was not good enough for the gentlemen. He then proceeded to tell ACS that they were not an authorized dealer. We got off the phone and the lady at ACS said that she would take care of this. She called me back 2 days later and told me that she had gotten Samsung to approve the one time out of warranty repair of an entire new LED panel and that Samsung would be footing the bill to have an ACS rep come to my house to perform the repair. I was in shock. I couldn’t believe it. I cannot say enough about the customer service that ACS provided me. They had no reason to call Samsung and fight my battle, but they did and I appreciate it.
Friendly staff, great work
