While on vacation we stumbled upon this awesome shop. The manager Duane is super helpful and even gave a free juice! It was the best I ever had. He helped us pick out products and is very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend lizard juice Vape.

Over-all a good vape store. flavors are simple and have only 5 ingredients. New store manager (Anna) is pleasant to talk to and it is a nice place to chill. Just so you know...@Baby Daddy the user below this, was a previous worker. With him gone this company is going to flourish in productivity. Lizard juice helped me quit smoking. Other vape shops are not as focused on quitting. I would check this store out. Theyve got something for everyone.

New staff= Way friendlier. I had a great experience here with their new manager. He answers all of my questions, is super nice and friendly, and always meets my vaping needs! Love coming to hang at the shop. I really think one of the other dudes working there needs a little more care when talking to customers, the long hair one. The short haired manager is great and did everything he could to make my experience pleasant.

Absolutely terrible first time customer experience. When I walked In the Only Person in the store was another customer who was sitting on the sofa “waiting” for someone to help. After a few moments go by I speak Out loud “hello”. Still no one. The other customer assumed maybe the worker was in the restroom. Waited a few more moments as myself and the other customer had been there now almost 10 min without any acknowledgement from a store personnel. I helped Myself to the back of the store thinking I’d find a restroom locked so I could Knock and let them know he has customers. Instead, I found Him sleeping on a back room sofa, snoring loudly. I repeated Hello hello and no response, thinking this was awkward and funny I gestured for the other customer to see this. He then woke up the worker by knocking loudly on the wall. As he woke, he was annoyed that we were there and he was at work. I nervously Laughed about the situation making jokes and the attendant wasn’t too happy about that he was actually pretty short and irritated with me because I asked If he was still asleep since I noticed His eyes closed while I was Talking to him .... as I left The store with my product, finally, the other customer advised me he handed me the wrong thing. I just Couldn’t wait to get out of there.

The manager seemed very knowledgeable about the products I was interested in. He gave me a free sample of the tea and it works! I have had pain in my neck for over a week and within 10 minutes it was gone! I just hope I can do it as well from home. But he gave clear instructions that are easy enough to follow. Ill definitely be back for a refill. Thank you!!

Excellent selection and Anna was fantastic! Got a new mod that fits my needs and some excellent juice recommendations. The vibe is real chill here with comfortable seating and games available to play. They have botanical teas and kava. 10/10 will be bringing my switch up to hang out and vape!

So when I lived in Jacksonville I visited this store maybe 3 times total since it was closer to where I worked. Months later they charged me over $21 on my account months after I visited the store and I never signed up for anything. Now again they charged my account the same amount. I had to dispute the first time and won and now I have to dispute again. I havent even lived in Jacksonville for months now and its been over a year since I last visited the store. I recommend going elsewhere than this shady place. They were police with good customer service, but that doesnt mean anything when the company tries to sneak money from your account every few months. If I were you I would not support this store even if they are obviously desperate to try to stay afloat. If you have to steal money from customers, you deserve to go down. Their liquids are unique, but not special by any means. Go somewhere else and save yourself a headache.

I enjoy going here I really try to only deal with Joey since he knows what hes doing. As long as there is people that have knowledge of the products along with good customer service I will continue coming back.

Zach was awesome! Really helped me find a setup and some great juices! Really pleased with my purchase here. Took so adjusting and figuring out but very happy with the rig and juice I bought! Highly recommend!

Customer service is A+. Duane goes out of his way to answer all questions and resolve any issues. My sister-in-law brought me the first time, and now I recommend this store mainly for the quality of assistance.

Came in this afternoon(9/21/18), and Joey, the store manager helped me fine tune my flavor profile. Im new to vaping, and have had a hell of a time figuring out exactly what I like. He was patient, personable, and laid back. Got me hooked on this Go Man Go. Great shop if youre looking for non pushy advice and help.

Recently moved to Jacksonville and wanted to stop smoking and I came across this place. 10/10 recommend the cost was way less than anticipated! The staff is very knowladgable and helpful. If you go you have to try the Bristol flavor!!!

Only 3 stars due to juice selection based on my request. The young man behind the counter was knowledgable and friendly. There are plenty of competitors out there so with some minor adjustments, this could be a top notch shop. I wont give up on them yet.

The young girl seemed bothered that I had questions and I felt she spoke down to me. I dont vape and she did not want to educate me or offer products for my needs. The shop is close to my home and I would have been a reoccurring customer. I will spend my money at another vape shop instead.

Was given what I thought was a $50 off coupon a week ago when I came in to check out the store for the first time. Came back today to redeem it and buy a few juices and a new unit and was told that they would not accept the voucher because apparently it was given to me by an employee who no longer works there. I was told it wasnt a coupon but a gift certificate that was supposed to have been paid for. They should have honored the coupon as it was not my fault what their ex employee did. I was willing to spend more money and also planning future purchases. NOT ANYMORE! Poor customer service.

Just so you know all kratom machines are cleaned in the company bathroom sink since they dont want to spend the money for another sink/3 compartment that is required to serve food service products

This place is nice.. Their Juice options are a little lacking but what they do have is very good.

I stood at the avenues mall location kiosk for 10 minutes. The tall fat guy didnt greet me or look at me at all. If they dont want my business I will take it else where. They used to have really good customer service a couple months ago but its gone down hill. I will also be cancelling my subscription because their juice is over priced and is not worth it.

I had an issue with my eVOD and come to find out it was a feature that I had not known of. The staff was super knowledgeable and AMAZED ME! I wouldnt waste time anywhere else and they even have CBD Oil.

Theres a sign on the door saying that its a politically incorrect store and if you dont like it you can leave. Nothing on their sign actually had anything to do with political correctness, it was just a bunch of silly garbage like my uncle posts on Facebook. If you feel the need to tell everyone you only say Merry Christmas even though its July, youre probably a tool.

Told my wife she could return products with in 9 days. She went to return and was told their only option was store credit which wasn’t disclosed at time of purchase. Wouldn’t recommend due to ill informing customers.

This place does have pretty good flavors. I mainly shop here for the 1.8mg nic juice for my homemade 0.2mg vape sauce.

Ok, so...Ive been going here for a year now. I was smoking (Marlboro NXT) just under a pack a day and decided to see what Lizard Juice was all about. I spoke with Zach and told him what I was smoking and he started me out on the beginner e-cig pens and I evetually moved up to the box mods. All in all, Lizard Juice is a great place! I no longer have the craving to light up a cigarette when I wake up, while driving, or while at work. Lizard Juice is THE place to go to if you want to stop smoking cigarettes. Friendly service and not just a get in and get out type of place. They dont make you feel like an outcast just because they dont know you. They are very knowledgable with their products and liquids. They will walk you through each device and liquid if youre unsure of what you want. Super clean store and great selection in liquids. Went into this location on Sunday Sept 14th. I have personally been on the wall about these e-cigs. As a pack a day smoker i had originally gone to Black Hat e-cigs and was very disappointed in their E-Cig liquid, as It burned my mouth terribly. While out getting food last week the place i wanted to eat was closed and happened to see Lizard Juice. I decided to check it out. The gentleman there was pretty damn helpful and got me exactly what i have been looking for in ways of an e-cig itself. What really sold me and prompted me to make the purchase was their flavors of juice. Much better than what i have been using and after 4 days of using the juice my mouth is just fine! So happy i found something i can use everyday and not go back to cigarettes! I would recommend this place to anyone and WILL!
