She was extremely friendly and inviting, fantastic prices and very timely service, I came in at 4 it’s 4:50 as I’m writing this while my husband drives, 100% would recommend this place, somehow she fixed the issue of my phone volume being very quiet when all I came for was my screen replaced, definitely come here for all electronic repairs

Very good, small, locally run business that specializes in fixing electronics such as TVs, phones and game consoles. Had my playstation 4 repaired with same day service and was extremely satisfied. Centrally located in Regency, this is a great place to have your electronics fixed at a reasonable price. They guarantee the work and do a thorough job. It is kind of hard to find because it is located in a suite on the back right corner of the third row of suites. Good folks here and I will recommend them to everyone who needs repairs.

I was initially excited about getting my TV fixed here because we were going to save a lot of money but there was a miscommunication after my husband dropped off our TV to be fixed. He was deployed and never got their messages that the TV was fixed. The TV had been there too long after it had been fixed and they got rid of it before I was able to pick it up. When I called about it I was screamed at on the phone and treated very disrespectfully. I was nearly in tears by the end of the conversation. In the end I wish I would have taken it somewhere else that wouldnt have thrown out my TV and has better overall customer service.

I love the people and the service there I needed my Macbook Air fixed something fell on it and broke the screen internally ... they were able to fix it for a great price for and in a great time frame will definitely be coming back for all my electronic needs !!

HIGHLY recommended! I was referred to Electronic Service Squad by good friends of mine. From the minute I walked into the establishment they were very helpful and professional. My phone was COMPLETELY shattered and they fixed it within 1 hour of me dropping it off. Before leaving they made sure I did a system check and that I was satisfied with the work they did before paying. The price was reasonable and affordable and the service was excellent. I will definitely be using them in the future if needed.

Incredibly nice people! They know what they’re doing and do it fairly fast. I’ve gotten my iPhone fixed 2 times from them and a laptop. I don’t trust anyone else with my devices other then them. Highly recommend

I brought my 46 inch Samsung TV in because it was completely dead. There customer service was excellent. They actually came to my car and brought the TV in for service and I did not have to leave my car. Within 2 days they called me and explained they found nothing wrong with the TV. Not sure how that happened but they charged me ZERO dollars for their service. Who does that these days? I can’t say enough of how happy I am with this company. I would highly recommend them for all your electronic needs.

My 18 month old TV malfunctioned before my eyes. The manufacturer wanted to charge me double what I paid for it to repair it, and most of the other big-name tech stores in town werent much better. This shop did the repair for a fraction of the competitions price. Communication was superb and professional throughout the process. Their pricing and policies are more than fair. I cant imagine why anyone would go anywhere else.

I took my tv there to get repaired and they called me back quickly with a $200 quote but wouldnt tell me what was wrong. They said it was because in the past they have diagnosed problems and have had people take it somewhere else to get fixed. I understand the concept but as I explained to the employees, they could be quoting me $200 to fix a stuck power button for all I know (that was obviously not the problem).I picked up my tv from them and called someone to come to my house to fix it. Total cost from the company that came to my house = $125I strongly suggest going somewhere else.

Just got my s7 edge usb port replaced very quickly. I went to lunch, came back and it was ready to go! Small office with personal attention. Id use them again to repair my TV, phone or any other electronic item. Ask for directions... they are at the back left side at this address. Reasonable prices... I got several quotes and ESS was the lowest.

This is my phone screen the before and after as you can see I completely broke it, not only my screen but my speakers and my battery was not working my phone was not charging properly. I was desperate to get my phone fixed so I came to electronic service squad and they fixed all my problems. They told me if I would had waited longer my battery would had eventually explote and also whoever fixed my phone before had left some screws missing which to their surprise it was Apple who had previously fixed my screen. I was so happy with their results I got my screen my speakers (both) and my battery fixed all in a matter of hours I dropped my phone before work picked it up after the same day with no problems and I did not loose any data like I had previously when I taken my phone to get fixed at Apple. They treated me like family and were so profesional I loved their service Ill definitely be recommending everyone I know to get their electronics fixed here !

So my TV picture went out but I still had sound. Found this place online & decided to take my TV in. Hours of operation said 12-6. Got there at 1pm and no one was there. I should have walked away then. Called them later in the afternoon & they said “Oh we’re here now”... they said it would be 24-48 hours for their diagnosis... almost 4 days later I called & was told that it would be $224 to fix my TV. When I asked what the diagnosis was the lady who is extremely rude and unprofessional said they’d tell me after it was repaired... I’m sorry what!!?!! You only guarantee your work for 60 days, won’t tell me what’s wrong with my TV but want $224. Called around noon to inform them I would just pick it up that I was just going to get a new one. Got there at 6:40 and the TV was apart & everywhere. Had to wait another 30-40 minutes while the lady sang off beat, tapping her fingers & smacking gum. All just to get my TV and leave only for her to try to attempt be rude again about me picking it up. Would you go to a mechanic and pay them for repairs without knowing what was being repaired? So all this lets me know that they are shady & will never get my business.
